You and Clarisse have known each other since you first arrived at camp.

It took about two weeks for you to gather the courage to approach the daughter of Ares, which was odd for you because you were a social butterfly.

Clarisse wouldn't admit it, but she found it amusing when you came up to her and started to stutter, and to this day, whenever she remembers, she teases you about it.

After your first conversation, where you asked her to teach you sword fighting since you only knew how to use a bow and arrow until then, Clarisse gladly accepted. Her condition was that she'd only teach you if you joined her team in Capture the Flag, considering you were one of the best - if not the best, in Clarisse's words - at the camp.

Thanks to the training sessions, you and Clarisse began to bond as friends.

You talked about everything and nothing simultaneously. Clarisse felt she could be herself around you, knowing you wouldn't judge her.

Even if Clarisse was in the midst of a fight or giving orders alongside her half-siblings, she would stop as soon as she saw you, to come over for a conversation or to give you a hug.

She doesn't remember when she started feeling something for you, but she got scared that you might not feel the same and ended up distancing herself.

"Hey, Clarisse," you began tentatively, trying to keep your tone light yet concerned. "Mind if I join you?" She glanced up, surprise flickering across her features before settling into a guarded expression. Nodding silently, she gestured to the empty spot beside her. Sitting down, you couldn't ignore the tension radiating from her. "You've been a bit distant lately. Is everything alright?" Her gaze softened, a mix of emotions swirling in her eyes – a blend of vulnerability and the stubbornness that defined her. "It's nothing, just camp stuff," she shrugged, trying to brush it off. You tilted your head, offering a small smile. "You know, you can talk to me about anything. I'm here if you need someone to listen." Clarisse sighed, her guard starting to crack as she looked away, fingers fidgeting with a loose thread on her shirt. "I just... I thought maybe I was getting too close. Didn't want things to get... complicated." Her vulnerability caught you off guard, but you reached out, placing a reassuring hand on her shoulder. "Complicated how?" She hesitated, eyes darting back to yours, her expression a mix of confusion and a touch of fear. "I... I started feeling something... and I was afraid you didn't feel the same." A small, hesitant smile tugged at the corners of her lips. "I've missed hanging out with you." "I've missed it too," you admitted, relieved that you were finally talking about the unspoken tension between you. There was a brief pause, the weight of your unspoken feelings hanging in the air before you broke the silence. "So, are we good?" Clarisse grinned, a hint of her usual spark returning. "Yeah, we're good."

It was no surprise to anyone at the camp when you two appeared together.

During the Capture the Flag game, Clarisse always kept an eye out for you. While she was engaged in a battle with a Hermes kid, she ended up falling, and you intervened just in time, nearly hitting the boy with an arrow.

"Need a hand?" You asked with a smile at your girlfriend. "I could've handled it myself," she grumbled, starting to get up. "A 'thank you' would be nice," you offered your hand to her. She accepted the help to stand. "I'm holding your hand," she murmurs, taking yours, and you lift her, shaking your head, amused by her. Clarisse stops and looks at your hands together with a huge smile. Before you could say anything, a noise from the forest interrupted, and Clarisse planted a kiss on your cheek before darting off, leaving you standing there, trying to process what just happened.

Clarisse definitely loves giving bear hugs.

She would wake up earlier just to spend extra time with you without anyone interrupting.

When Clarisse's siblings from the Ares cabin tease her about being a lovesick fool, she doesn't even bother defending herself anymore because it's true, and she's not ashamed to admit it.

Your love language is physical touch, so she wouldn't mind receiving hugs and holding your hand all day long.

"Good morning!" You'd hug her from behind at the Ares table, planting a kiss on her cheek, realizing she was annoyed, then darting off to your own table. When you glanced back at the brunette, you'd see her with a huge goofy smile amidst the cheers and teasing from her siblings.

While Clarisse trains, you would go just to watch her. She'd try to impress you, but if she made a mistake, she'd be extremely embarrassed, yet she wouldn't admit it, claiming that the slip was part of her plan for that move that made her fall to the ground.

"And that's how you catch your opponent off guard," she'd explain as she gets up from the ground. "Yeah, right," you start laughing at her. "Hey, I'm serious." Clarisse brushes off the dirt from her clothes, trying to save face.

She'd dislike everyone else but seeing you would instantly brighten her day by 100% .

Honestly fascinated trying to figure out how both of Ambessa's kids ended up being diametrically opposed to her whole jock spartan might-makes-right mentality.

Tthe obvious answer, of course, is that Ambessa's husband (Kino's dad, and the guy Mel thought was her bio dad until recently) was way more of a diplomat and way less of a fighter, both philosophically as well as in terms of skill. And that he's the one who passed this on to the kids.

This fits well enough as an answer. The guy in the portrait certainly looks more like a talker than a fighter, and we know that Ambessa has a thing for pretty, submissive men thanks to her whole introduction in S1. Also, regardless of Mel's genetics this is presumably the man who raised her and is her father in the "nurture" sense of the equation, so it would be completely reasonable for her to take after him.

However, there are a few issues here.

One is the fact that even when Mel is talking to who she thinks is Kino about the possibility of one of them being a bastard, or of a bastard half-sibling existing, neither of them mention their father at all. While I doubt either of them would hold illusions about Ambessa remaining faithful to a spouse (for all we know the guy's still alive while she's off carousing with twinks), you would think that if both kids were close to their dad or took after him particularly, there'd be at least a passing mention of him in the midst of this discussion.

Maybe Mr. Medarda died a long time ago, though. Perhaps it's a topic so buried that it's an established habit to simply never mention it. Or maybe there is an issue of estrangement between him and his children for other reasons. He doesn't seem to have factored into Ambessa's decision to send Mel away, nor is his potential grief brought up around the subject of Kino. Despite confirmation of his existence, he seems (ironically) to be out of the picture, though it could also just be that the writers wanted to leave their options open for what he might be like in case another Arcane-adjacent series comes into production. I am fairly sure that Mel is the most likely character from Arcane to create continuity into a show about Noxus or Demacia or something, if we get another LoL series, especially since her story feels the most unfinished.

However, there's another possibility, which is that Mr. Medarda up there was such a nonentity in his kids lives that he doesn't come up because there's not much of a relationship to acknowledge. In which case, even if he is more of a diplomat (and he and Ambessa were a political marriage, presumably?) it'd be hard to credit him with influencing the kids so significantly.

One of the interesting things about Mel and Kino is that even though they are at odds with their mother on a lot of topics, topics that even seem to tie into prevailing Noxian cultural ideals (so, things they'd have been overall raised to believe in by the rest of their house and not just their mother too), they are also kind of astonishingly confident in expressing themselves?

So, somebody must have been supporting their alternative viewpoints and validating them as opinions worth expressing, even if they weren't things Ambessa approved of or actually wanted to foster in them as opinions/philosophies.

I think an interesting option is that it was Ambessa herself who did this, actually.

Ambessa's lore mentions that she figured out really early on that Kino did not share her temperament at all. Also, that she started searching about for ways of ensuring not only her house's domination, but the survival of her children specifically. Because the succession in a Noxian noble house doesn't seem to be guaranteed by birthright, which means that Kino and Mel would probably face rivals from their own family if they seemed too weak or vulnerable to lead, and someone else contested it. An easy way to remove a "weak" leader would also be to just kill them off. That's even apart from external rivals (like the ones who actually did kill Kino).

Which means that even if her kids had different values and priorities, Ambessa would probably have wanted them to still present those opinions with ferocity and confidence. If they cower to her, they will cower to others, and that's worse than them just not being aggressive combatants or warlord types. If you're gonna be a peacenik weirdo (by Ambessa's standards) in Noxus then you better damn well still be an assertive one.

I like this idea partly because the image of Ambessa trying to balance her kids having totally alien opinions about things like the value of life and importance of compassion, with trying not to actually beat down their spirits about it. Just spending a lot of their formative years being like, ugh, I have to listen to my nerd ass loser children tell me why they think mercy is a good idea. Such a fucking chore. Anyway great job presenting your arguments kids, lots to think about, let's go get ice cream. Then Mother has to fire one of your military tactics instructors for daring to call you a couple of wieners. Again. Even though she's right.

“Wow, Gabriel really went all out…” You mumbled to your husband as you finally found your way back to him after greeting some more family from your side, your hand subconsciously going to rest on the now noticeable baby bump that was sticking out from your dress.

Almost all of both yours and Miguel’s family crammed into his younger brother’s backyard. Children running around, tios drinking, tias gossiping, banda playing while your mother helped Conchata serve the food, and both your siblings running around trying to keep everything running. (Uncles, aunts)

“You know how my brother is. He’s just excited to have another nephew or niece running around when he visits.” Miguel joked, handing you a cup of agua Fresca, pineapple to be more specifical, his arm going around your waist, pulling you closer to him.

“Have you seen Gabriella?” You asked as you waved over to your sister, watching as she and her brother in law went up to the banda they hired for the party.

“She’s with Peter and Mj, she wanted to play with Mayday.” He replied, to which you only let out a hum and a nod, feeling your nerves start to bubble as you saw Gabriel motion to your sister, who had a white bag in her hand. Miguel must have noticed the way you tensed up a bit, because he turned you to face him instead. “What do you think it to be, amor?” (Love)

“I’m okay with whatever. You?” You raise a brow up to your husband, bring your cup up to finish your drink before pressing your lips together in a thin line in a half-ass attempt to fix your lipgloss.

“Same here, although I wouldn’t be upset to see another little girl as beautiful as her mother.” Voice dropping as his tone shifts to a bit of a mix with a tease and a flirt, making your cheeks flesh as you lightly hit his chest.

“Stop it, we’re in front of family.” You faux annoyance and he pulled you closer, knowing you were enjoying the teasing as much as he was. He knew too, by the way your hands went to hug his waist. The way his lips came up in a smirk before he placed gentle kisses on your cheek made your heart flutter.

“Con permiso, con permiso.” The air that was once filled with music was now taken over with Gabriel’s voice as he held one of the microphones in his hands. Everyone’s chattering quickly died down as they turned towards the younger O’Hara brother, excitement oozing from all the guests as he cleared his throat before continuing. “It's almost the time we’re all here for, my dear brother and sister-in-law, finally welcoming a new O’Hara in the world after twelve long years.” Some laughs and some whistles blew out as Gabriel motioned for you both and your daughter to go join him up in front next to the band. Your cheeks started to hurt from smiling so much, but you couldn’t bring yourself to stop. (Excuse me everyone/attention please)

“Are you excited to find out what your little sibling is gonna be?” Gabriel asked his niece as he put the microphone back on its stand, trying to help distract the buzzing preteen as she tried to peek around her uncle to see if she could get a peak under the drummer cymbal’s to see if she could see the color of the powder underneath it.

“Mhm! I can’t wait!”

It’s as if with perfect timing to her words, the Banda starts to play. Your hand grips Miguel’s tightly in anticipation, he gives you a reassuring squeeze of the hand and a quick forehand kiss before pulling Gabriella closer to him. The three of you silently wait for the cymbals to raise and crash together.

After a few more seconds, you finally see the drummer's arm raise up, and with a dramatic crash, pink dust begins to fill the air. Yells of excitement over took the music as the band kept playing, Miguel taking you and Gabriella in his arms as you felt tears begin to form.

“I’m gonna have a baby sister!”

“It’s a girl! Mig, It’s a girl!”

“Thank you so much baby, I’m gonna have another angel thanks to you.”

Just Slapping Down Some More Attempts To Use Jinx Against Vi

**Spoilers For Arcane**

I don't want to make a whole big thing on this, because I've discussed it before as have many others. But I just saw like six or seven posts in a row parroting this weird idea that Jinx is somehow this golden standard that Vi has to live up to. I know these posts of mine sometimes draw some pretty harsh Jinx rhetoric. Let me be clear. I love this character. I think she has quite possibly the most tragic start of any of them and her battle to reclaim her soul and her mind over the course of the story is beautiful and heart wrenching. But man. Some of this stuff I read is just beyond baffling. This is NOT an anti-Jinx post. I am perhaps just too stupid to know how to address these points any other way when they are linking her specifically to other characters.

"You guys think Vi lost any sleep over the fact that Jinx honored Vander's legacy more than she ever did by becoming Zaun's hero, while Vi became as bad as Silco using gas to subdue her enemies?"

Jinx:

Integral part of Silco's operation pushing shimmer into Zaun

Attacked the council murdering three councilors bringing wrath of Piltover down

Unleashes the grey on all of Piltover indiscriminately

Lived in hiding with Isha during the occupation

Was made "The Symbol" because she was who Caitlyn was hunting and the Zaunites were desperate for something to believe in. It isn't because Jinx was a freedom fighter. The show confirmed multiple times over she did not participate before Act 2 picks back up.

Only goes to Stillwater for Isha.

Vi:

Part of team that destroys Chem-Barons (agents loyal to silco) and Shimmer (drug silco unleashed) which Ekko confirms are massive risks to Undercity

Honorable mention: "I busted half of zaun out of stillwater while you were passed out in the bottom of a mug!" (paraphrased)- Like I said above. Ignored the occupation until Isha needed her. And Vi was in a just sort of suicidal spiral because of everything that happened to her including Jinx' behavior among other things.

Naturally, like their mother, they'd both want to give you the life they feel you deserve.

Honestly, your oblivious nature probably works in their favor.

It's so much easier to keep you out of harm's way then.

That and you don't think any less of your two siblings.

The two have different yandere behavior yet both would care deeply for you as their youngest sibling.

Dragona is definitely the more caring one.

Jodio cares, yeah... but is much more volatile than nurturing.

Dragona is known for calming Jodio after his more violent bouts.

They definitely act as a nurturing figure who's active, takes things seriously, and is great with persuasion.

They're your oldest sibling and no doubt likes to watch over you.

They're more likely to manipulate you, preserving your oblivious nature while they and Jodio do crimes.

I can even see them dressing you up in cute outfits as a form of bonding since Dragona likes fashion.

Jodio is an entirely different story.

He's the more violent brother of yours.

Jodio's most common response to new faces is aggression.

He's impulsive and often feels no guilt for his actions.

He cares about personal gain and family, that's it.

He's the yandere most likely to commit murder compared to Dragona.

Dragona, on the other hand, is most likely to help hide it.

Jodio is focused on protecting and keeping his family members happy.

This is seen with how he acts towards Dragona, so of course he's going to be concerned about his oblivious younger sibling.

Honestly, if you were ever bullied and threatened, there's a good chance both of them are stepping in behind the scenes.

That person is either being bribed by drugs... or outright murdered.

Something to know about Dragona and Jodio is this... They know not to leave evidence behind.

They're used to doing crime for personal gain.

Be that drug dealing, theft, or even murder.

The two could do the most heinous things, blood spilled across the ground in a meeting gone wrong.

Yet then come home completely clean to greet you, maybe even offering to hang out.

These two are used to living a double life.

They even make sure that when they're away, due to their connections, you're treated well by everyone around you.

It would be eerie to everyone else, but you don't see it.

You just think you have cool older siblings that are popular!

There's probably times you're almost involved in crimes.

Yet both your siblings are quick to correct things, keeping you unaware while threatening anyone who decided you should be involved.

Honestly, this is mostly just these two keeping you out of trouble.

They really only need themselves getting involved with all this crime.

Dragona at the very least doesn't want you involved with drugs let alone the rest of what they do.

Jodio is mostly just concerned with keeping others away from you.

They know better than anyone else that anybody could be involved with what they do.

Which no doubt makes the two distrusting of any friends you have.

Said 'friends' could be using you to get close to them, or intend to hurt you.

Which often ends up making you socially isolated due to your overprotective siblings.

I also imagine these two have eyes everywhere due to what they do.

They also know what you're doing and who you talk to.

Your siblings don't view what they do as anything malicious.

Due to their connections they view it as something necessary.

You getting hurt could jeopardize a lot.

They love you, in their own ways.

It just so happens their love is doing crimes to get money to keep you happy.

Sometimes those jobs include a bit of blood.

However, they promise they won't ever get caught.

You won't know about a thing.

You'll just praise your older siblings, tell them you love them, hug them, etc...

You just see them as your protectors, the people who would do anything to prevent you from being hurt.

They like that you view them as that.

They aren't heroes, not even close...

But to you? They are...

They plan to keep things this way, to see you happy, even if it means behind the scenes they have to get blood on their hands.

Does your lamb go by any name other than The Lamb? If so, what?So my lamb does actually have another name, or i guess just a name, but they don't use it. They tend to view that that name, that person died when the axe fell, and they became The Lamb, the last lamb. Their role is now more important than what they used to go by. Almost no one knows it, no one calls them that, and it's what they prefer. But if you're wondering, their name was Bah. (Together their family was Bah, Bo and Bee)

How old was your lamb when they were sacrificed? 27

How long was your lamb held captive by heretics before their sacrifice? 3 days

Did your lamb kill anyone prior to their first death? If so, who? Yeah, I meantioned in a previous post but in my au the killing of sheep kind has been going on for a long while. By the time my lamb was an adult they already had a hand in directly and indirectly killing folks in order to protect themself and their siblings. Their little group honestly made a point to avoid people as much as possible because in the end of they had to decide between risking letting a stranger know they exist vs making sure they and their family were safe, that wasn't a very hard choice. They purposefully try to not think about it though, not because they regret it but because in the end it didn't even matter.

When your lamb mourns a dead loved one from their past.. who is it? Their siblings, but it’s been long enough they’ve started to forget their faces.

Who raised your lamb? My lamb was raised with their siblings with by their parents till they were about 6-7 after that they mostly traveled, staying with other groups and in villages for as long as they could without being caught/relying on the kindness of strangers till they were teenagers. After that it was just them and their siblings. My lamb doesn't really remember their parents.

Where was your lamb raised? A village? A prison? Constantly on the run? See above answer.

Did your lamb have any specific skills pre-sacrifice? Just survival related stuff, they got very good at living in the wilderness and supporting themself. Also melee and pickpocketing.

How or where was your lamb caught? It ended up being a freak accident that did them in.Their sister got hurt while foraging, and it slowed them down/stopped them for long enough they got spotted and captured. It was pure luck that my lamb was the last of the three to live, (their sister ended up dying while they were all being taken and their brother just happened to be executed first) and they had no idea they were some very last sheep left.

How did your lamb feel with their head on the pedestal? Afraid? Relieved? Angry? Resigned. when the axe finally fell it broke them a little Lot bit.

Does your lamb have any notable or unique features? Nothing that’s not just from being the type of sheep they are. And/or the red crown’s influence. They got red eyes now because of it

How tall is your lamb? They keep growing (at the time they and narinder get married their like 5’9-5’10 not counting the horns)

Is your lamb petite? Curvy? Fucking jacked? They got that ruminant bod. Endomorph they are strong and could take you out but they aren’t jacked. They’re just build like a tank.

Is your lamb’s wool pure white? No it’s an off white cream color.

How does your lamb prefer to keep their wool? Short and shorn neat? Wild and untrimmed? Be honest are there branches in that bitch? They have a negative association with being sheared, (the bishops robes and those of their highest followers/witnesses were made with and/lined with the wool from sheep they captured and sheared) so they kinda try to avoid it as much as possible/do half cuts with their wool so it's not nearly has usable for stuff as it should be. They do make a point to keep it as clean as possible though.

Do you base your lamb on any specific species of sheep? If so, which? My lamb is a Wensleydale sheep!

Do they use their own wool for anything? Nope. My lamb never had the opportunity to learn how to turn their wool into anything useful and even if they had, they honestly don't have the patience for fiber craft. .They Do need to be sheared though at least once a year and if the fiber is decent enough they'll give it to their own disciples to use.

On a scale of one to ten how floppy are their ears? Not really floppy, probably a 3 ? Wensleydale sheep don't have floppy ears lol

Do they bear any traits of forced domestication? Is their tail docked? Was their ear tagged? Do they have scars from being shorn (and nicked) against their will? Were they ever painted with or assigned a number rather than a name? Nah, they were shorn against their will before being sacrificed but they don’t really have any marks from that other than mental (blood and second cuts are bad for a fleece after all)

What do their horns look like? So wendsydale sheep are naturally pulled. So until they were about vessel they didn't have horns at all. Once they gain the red crown they gained a short set of horns that after ascending their horns started growing more. Eventually they may end up with a large set of curled horns or even multiple but they don't like to think about that.

Was your lamb born male, female, intersex, or do you have no opinion on their sex at birth? They’re amab

Does your lamb use pronouns other than they/them? If so, which ones! Nope only they/them

Are they capable of having children and would they want to have children? Complicated answer actually! So in theory yes, they physically could have children, however in my AU i'm going with the idea that cross mixing species lowers chances of conceiving considerable. Like it can and does still happen, but it's a lot harder and kids tend to take after the carrying parent! The only partner they even have they'd consider having children with is Narinder and so if they do want biological kids it's going to take effort. And leading into this, they have, Major hang-ups over children. The idea of having a child scares them A lot. (lack of control, the thought of losing them, something going wrong, not really having an example of a good parents themself or really having even been near a kid till after starting the cult etc) Part of them does long for that as an option, but even at their worst they're aware hey would not be able to handle being a parent/let alone a good parent. They need to grow and change before that. Getting with Narinder and kinda being slowly introduced to the idea of interacting with kids through his daughters does help.

If they were to be a parent or are, what epithet would they have their child use? Mom? Mama? Dad? Baba? Nony? Abba? Gonna be real they don’t want to think about this, whatever any hypothetical kids do end up calling them its fine.

Do they wear something other than the canon cloak? They only really worn my "version" of the Canon cloak when they first started crusading. Once they're a god they start indulging a lot LOT more in their appearance. Presentation is everything and they work very hard to look their part as the last god. When they go crusading to bring back the bishops they wear something similar to this piece, a lot more Armour etc. Also they do know how to dress down they just don't like being seen by any of their followers not fully decked out.

Does your lamb wear jewelry or makeup? They Love decorating their horns and ears and wearing makeup, they like being fancy. The world’s a stage and they have a role to fit.

Is your lamb flirtatious? No.

Did your lamb have any partners pre-sacrifice? Simple answer, but no, kinda too busy running for their life with their siblings for that to really be an option.

Did your lamb take any followers as a partner? Yes, pretty early on into the cult they took a couple partners because they expressed interest and my lamb was curious. They did break off most of the relationships if they started to want something more serious/as their devotion to TOWW grew even before freeing him. Once they became a god and brought Narinder in, it got a lot more complicated for them. we don’t talk about Poppy.

Who is your lamb’s second in command or closest follower? Thorarjul! He's probably the closest if I exclude Narinder. He's a good guy, one of the oldest followers, and joined before the lamb slayed leshy. He's pretty easy going and while it's not 100% clear how he actually views the lamb,(as in if he views them in a religious sense or just as a leader. Which is weird to think about since he is the loyalty enforcer) he does love the community and that's enough.

Is your lamb ever honest about their feelings or past? With who? they don’t even know how they feel 90% if the time, so as much as they can be? In general they are Not doing okay lol

Is your lamb merciful? Did they ever refuse to spare someone? If so, why? Is it a mercy to not allow one to ever pass on, to hold your folk in a gilded cage. To nuture with one hand and to control with the other. They are the one and only Lamb, the Shepherd of their flock and protector and guardian. Sent to keep all in their meadow hale and lively by their own grace. If anyone is to see the beast then they were never meant to see it’s light at all.

(Immortality cult were god had control issues and trauma and doesn’t know how to let go its their perfect paradise but at what cost)

Is your lamb trustworthy? ehhhhhh. I mean Kinda? They have their followers, and cult's best interests in mind but they aren't the type to actually talk about their own intentions or thoughts which leads to problems. And they have control issues. And they also tend to not view others as people, They are being forced to work on that and also communication, though. As long as your interests/goals align, yeah they're trustworthy. if they don't though it becomes a lot more complicated. They won't stab you in the back intentionally? But they might do it by mistake.

Is your lamb quick or slow to trust others? even they aren’t really sure.

If your lamb could pick a cult job other than leader what would it be? Don’t worry about it

Is your lamb a good cook? No not really.

What is your lamb’s favorite food or dish? Actual answer they stop eating once revived and refuse to actual eat. Everything tastes like ash and decay to them now.

But also we don’t have that problem here its paradise :) (meta answer is I’ve literally never had a dissenter in this save and also it’s kinda broken now because of the follower count that I don’t think the overall faith can fall under 100% lol)

Does your lamb use substances? Are substance banned from cult grounds? Alchohol is allowed but nothing else. Followers are allowed to indulge but only when the lamb allows it.

My lamb has a habit of kicking things when angry/frustrated, this started before their capture but has become significantly more common once they started crusading a way to burn off their negative emotions away from the cult. They tend to raze any area to the ground they're crusading in to get as many resources as possible, and to burn off steam.

Narinder 50 questions and answers!

When did your Narinder aquire the Red Crown? Was he born into the role or did the crown choose him for a particular reason? During narinder's childhood any potential crown bears were marked and then raise in their respective god's temples only interacting with those involved with the faith and other's marked. Once they came of age depending on the current state of their temple/god. They would be given secret trials related to the crowns' domain. If they passed but weren't chosen, they would be sworn to silence to become head disciples for the future god. If they were chosen they would ascend, If it isn't a trial season when they come of age, they are given the choice to become missionaries and leave their gods lands or be sacrificed. The crowns are sentient, so they have a major role in this. if they start tiring of their bearer, the crown bear is defeated by another god etc. a trial season would start, basically a show on its marked parts to see who is “worthy” The crown selects its bearer, if it doesn't like you will not gain its power. The bearer before him had died defeated by a pair of twin gods and death domain currently sat unoccupied. Death's trials were notoriously deadly and all the other candidates who were of age hadn't made it/weren't chosen by the crown. Narinder was actually a bit young (2 years off of becoming of age) when he began his trials, but they hadn't been going well, and he stepped forward. I'm not gonna go into it in detail since this is already getting long (and i want to do a comic about this at some point) but the scar Narinder has on his chest is from this time and related to how he was chosen as the new god of death.

Why does the red crown find him worthy as a bearer? Spoiler I wanna make a comic about this see the end of the last question

What did his childhood look like? Did he live with the other crown bearers? It was complicated. Narinder had a relatively humble life in the beginning, just his mom, aunt and little siblings. however at a young age around 7? he was marked as a potential crown bearer/priest and was taken into the temple's fold. He still had contact with his aunt since she was a lower level disciple of current god of the red crown but not the rest of his family and he doesn't really remember them much. He met kallamar a year later who was in a similar situation and a bit older and kinda latched onto him. He met Shamura some time after but they are significantly older than all the others so they kinda stepped more in as a mentor/guardian type position vs kallamar who was still a teen. eventually heket came into the picture when narinder was hitting preteen time and leshy is the family baby and came to the temple right before everything started kicking off as a literal infant (aka a war between gods, that eventually led to there only being them left)

Does the Red Crown give him any unique powers such as the power of rot (a la TROD AU)? As a god yes, he could see when people were “meant” to die (though stuff like accidents etc could change this) and could rot/age things. As a not god he’s mostly normal though he can still use his third eye if focusing to read followers minds and see their intended death (the cults whole immortality thing makes this a fucking mess)

How did he feel about Shamura pre-exile? They had more of a mentor/parental relationship to begin with since shamura is significantly older than the others. They were very close when narinder was young/when he was newly ascended and shit was a mess but drifted apart as they got older and their ideals started clashing. Shamura had an idea of who and what narinder should be and do and narinder kinda hated that a lot epessially since shamura would encourage him to experiment and then chastise him when he did it “wrong” of all of his siblings they drifted apart first/the most even before his exile but he never thought shamura would go as far as they did.

How about post exile? He feels pity for them, and grief but their relationship is cordial at most now. They don’t fight and he isn’t cruel but of all his siblings, I don’t think they ever really fix things since they kinda do just have conflicting personalities at the end of the day and don’t really understand each other.

Which sibiling was his favorite? Least favorite? Before exile, honestly Heket but in a detached way. They were similar people with similar ideals and also didn’t interact enough/have overlap in things for them to fight over it, so they mostly just got along when they do chat After its kallamar, after everything they have an understanding and he's the first that Narinder actually starts trying to fix things with. Mostly because kallamar both makes an effort and knows were and what to push on.

What weapon did he use prior to exile? He didn’t he mostly fights with magic and hand to hand, if he has to he would use a staff

Do you have headcanons about who his witnesses or ‘bosses’ would be pre-exile? If so, who are they? Not particularly i honestly think of Narinder having a different structure to his cult than his siblings and having witnesses as a defense wouldn't have been necessary or really wanted.

Did Narinder take any lovers before his exile? Yeah a few, nothing ever super serious though (kept in physical and casual) and generally people who weren't his own followers. He never liked the power dynamics and how they influenced his relationships.

How did Narinder feel about his priests, witnesses, and followers? Complicated, he tries to keep his distance. (Death god in the death cult during the old faith was not a very Open role to interactions) he wishes things were different even then.

Does he have a dedicated meow button? Narinder makes a Lot of weird sounds, but no dedicated meow button.

Does your Narinder have any unique features? other than the stuff that is just based on his species, see next question. He has a scar on his chest, on his lower legs and writes and is missing his left pinky and ring finger and all the claws except the thumb on that hand. Oh and he has marks on his face from where it can split.

Is he based on any particular breed of cat such as a puma or a British shorthair? He’s a jaguarundi, wild cat native to the Americas

Describe his fur. Is it unkempt? Well-groomed? Curly? Kept short? Short and tough? It just a thing with his species their fur is just like that he is well groomed though. He kinda hates feeling dirty after being trapped for so long. Fun fact jaguarundi are one of the few cats naturally occurring “ticked” coat pattern and also come in 2-3 main color morphs depending on Where they live (this is why Xotchil is tawny actually not because of whean lol)

Is, and I cannot stress this enough, his tail so, so fluffy? Hm not really but it is v long

How ears is he on a scale of 1-10? (This is not a typo) 2-3 he is not very ears

Was he born with his third eye or did he gain it later from the crown? Got it upon receiving the crown, it was the crown’s gift after proving himself to it.

Any notable scars post-exile other than around his wrists? Chest scar, and hand

Did your Narinder have any disabilities prior to his exile? No

Does he have any new disabilities upon being spared? He has limited mobility in one of his hands and chronic pain in his joints.

How does he pass the time in exile? Time moves very oddly in the veil and depending on many things can either seem longer or shorter. Narinder honestly spent most of them time fluctuating between sleeping, daydreaming doing his duties and dissociating. a part of him was still free "metaphorically" to help guide the dead to the afterlife which would involve walking them through their memories and sometimes he would take longer than necessary with that just to escape for a bit.

Are the kits, Aym and Baal, really his children? (biologically) Nope.

How does he feel towards Aym and Baal? Ambivalent? Caring? Annoyed? They came to him Young. They are is sons even if it's not by blood. He raised them and cares a lot about them. They're one of the things that helped narinder snap out of the headpsace he got in the veil and begin focusing. even if they are both adults by the time they get out of the veil, if they needed him he would be there immediately. He loves them.

Why does he wear the veil? Or does he forgo it entirely? He started wearing a veil as a bishop as part of his image as the god of death. He started doing this at first to help hide his emotions, keep himself seperate. Afterwards it became more of just a preference thing, he doesn't wear them often but sometimes he like the added protection for his eyes lol.

How and when was the prophecy that he would rebel against the others revealed? My guy was not really involved in that, there was already was distance forming between him and the others by that point so, my narinder found out about the prophecy when the other went to confront and imprisoned him. For when the others learned it varied, but for a couple years at least.

How did the others react to this prophecy before it happened? Badlhy

Did he feel doomed by the prophecy? Relieved? Offended? Vindicated? My guy did not really get time to process there even was a prophecy before shit went to hell so. Complicated my narinder really REALLy hates when people try to dictate what he should be and how he should act and that extends to stuff like this. He kind hates the idea of fate or people having a set path.

What exact rebellious act got him chained in the first place? He felt like life ended too soon for some people, he wanted to see if he could change that. See above but the way his cult working and the role it played in the old faith started to Grate on him. He didn’t like something even death was inevitable especially since he knew their were already exceptions to it (his siblings, the ducks, etc) he wasn’t even sure what he would do once he cracked resurrection but he wanted to prove he could. And he started drastically changing his cults teachings in a way that didn’t align with the others to go along with that.

What are some of the biggest emotions he feels about being chained? Anger. Hate. Bitterness. Grief.

Deep down.. does he agree that it was necessary? No.

Does he have any remorse for harming his sibilings? If so, does he ever show it? No. And if it happened again he would fight even harder. He thinks them acting on a fate and doing what they did was destructively pointless and everything in the end was their own fault. Their actions have consequences, and as gods they should have known better, and as a family…. No he does not feel remorse for it. Let the past die, he has to move on if he wants to move forward at all.

Does he care that an entire species and culture was ended because of him? Yes. Again he thinks the entire thing was dumb and pointless. It’s hard for him to fully conceptualize since 1. He was not a sheep nor was he raised/lived with them before 2. afterwards all he was able to learn was about their lives after they died while being trapped. Its the kinda loss that’s nearly impossible to comprehend but he does care

What was his first impression of the lamb? This thing is weird. Interesting but weird (they reacted oddly to dying/him lol)

When did he realize the lamb might turn against him? Was he blind to it until it happened or did he have a gut feeling long before then? He had no idea, he honestly thought they would be upfront with him. Their own behavior does not fix this

Does/Did he enjoy the lamb’s visits? It’s a break in the monotony and once the lamb starts opening up and acting more on their true self he does like him. He likes how honest they are, and enjoys their talks. It’s why he was willing to “marry” them before being freed.

How does he feel about the lamb after being spared? Confused. Their relationship is a hot mess. But mostly just confused and off if we’re focusing on just after spared period. It gets worse later! :)

Does he support or partake in cannibalism? Munch munch (this is a cannibal cult lol, they are all cats and waste not want not)

Does he take a lover other than the lamb after being spared? If so, describe them! WHEAN WHEAN MY BELOVED. Whean (he/him) started as friends with Narinder (he was involved with helping narinder's physical recovery and also is just a very hard to phase person so was able to deal with narinder's shit long enough to gain his trust) and became more during Narinders and the lamb's roughest period. He’s faithless and doesn’t have the same view of nairnder as most of the cult does and that helps a lot. He’s the biological father to the girls. It was a Hey, i've decided I want kids, would you be willing to be the other half in this equation if I tell you I want these kids to Just be mine.” Situation. and whean was down, he's not looking to be a dad personally, doesn't really like kids. But he loves narinder and was 100% willing to help with this. Win-win for both of them, narinder gets kittens without strings attached and whean gets to help his best friend.

What is his biggest struggle after being spared? Fitting in with the cult? Seeing the lamb’s face daily? Chronic pain? After being spared, he had a very long healing process. It took about 2 years for him to regain enough mobility and to become healthy enough (his immune system is very bad at first) to finally really integrate properly into the cult with duties and become more independent. Narinder is missing his pink finger, and part of his ring finger on his left paw. And his middle, and pointer on that hand are missing their claws. He has limited feeling and motion in that hand even after physical therapy.

Does your Nari use any pronouns besides he/him? If so, what ones? He simply does not care actually. Fine with anything but most comfortable with he/him just because of familiarity. He falls somewhere on the nonbinary spectrum but doesn't care for or about labels and just sticks to he/him pronouns. This cat does not care about you or how you perceive his gender or presentation, thank you.

Was he born male, female, intersex, or do you have no opinion on his sex? Intersex and has the ability to carry children.

Does he ever wear jewelry or makeup? Yeah started wearing jewlery as a way to express himself and makeup as a bonding thing with the lamb.

Has he ever used catnip? If so, what happened? Yeah but it doesn’t do much for him personally so he doesn’t bother.

Is identity kept a secret from the cult? If so, do any of the followers recognize who he really is? HAHAHA NO The lamb framed their ascension/defeat of narinder as an inevitable thing to the cult, but still spoke of narinder with a lot of respect and devotion as someone really important to the faith. They got getting "married" when Narinder was still a god as the lamb, giving themselves to him, and they very much did not make a secret of this. half the reason narinder was/is so confused because they do still seem to view him with a sort of religious devotion while also Not. And when narinder did join, they expected him to take a leadership role alongside them, even if their word in the end came first. And since literally everyone even from the start is there still are a lot of folks in the cult who treat Narinder with more than just respect he'd get if he was just a normal person. A lot of the folks in the cult have taken on the lambs weird view of Narinder as something different, special and deserving reverence. even if he's no longer a crown bearer. Doubly since Narinder takes his “job” very seriously and actually does try to act in a leadership role ( he acts more as the grounded one handling smaller things and interpersonal issues, talking and mediating since my lamb while excellent at appeasement really doesn't like handling people's “problems”)

Describe his personality. He's angry and proud and bitter but like a big thing to me is Narinder is patient, almost to a fatal degree imo. He's not fast to act and prefers to wait and watch before interacting. However he does have a bad habit of making assumptions about how the people he "know" will act preemptively and getting really thrown off when they do anything different that what he expected (his original betrayal, the lamb deciding to fight for their crown, the lamb banning him from leaving etc)

(i am going to fully admit i pull some of his character quirks and behavior from my own cat nugget, girl has… Issues but isn't aggressive unless really pushed she's just kinda a mess and I've decided my narinder deals with issues the same way) When he is thrown off he gets very defensive and kinda shuts down. Not violent but extremely guarded and not quick to trust again. Even if he knows he's "safe" he doesn't care. He's collected, he's put together, he's not even really rude but he will do the bare minimum for you if you've hurt him. He won't go down to your level and hurt you back but he makes sure you are Very aware he's not forgotten and at least for now he hasn't forgiven. If you do push his hand then be sure it’s not going to be something he ever regrets doing.

Is he shy about any topics? Does he enjoy talking about anything in particular? Once a book is closed on something. (Ei the prophecy and him being chained, injuring the others) it is closed. Don’t touch it, we move on. He likes talking about plants! He’s not great at growing them kinda average but knows a lot about what they can do, he know a lot about things that can harm you in general and kinda likes rambling about them lol

Does he ever rethink the concept of sacrificing followers now that he is one? My lamb isn’t even willing to let people die of old age, do you think they sacrifice people. If anything narinder’s gonna go up on the alter himself if that’s what it takes to have them get over it (this is a joke)

Is his favorite food anything other than fish? If so, what is it? Meat. He like rabbit.

I write fictional works mostly in the genre of fantasy (high fantasy/epic fantasy/dark fantasy/historical fantasy/urban fantasy, etc. You name it!) and science fiction (space opera/cyberpunk/superhero, etc).

Damian, I love my prickly boy. He is so not used to it but he deserves to laugh and enjoy being a little kid and all his siblings love tickling him for different reasons. Mostly different combinations of tormenting him, getting him to act like a kid and seeing him smile like one.

Dick and Tim definetly do it the most, he's practically asking for it ("no I am not you moronic-") and it's just so fun to watch him fight his reactions and give in. As much as he tries to escape (he will kick and punch if you don't pin him) he also doesn't try nearly as hard as he could. If he really felt like it he could have just stabbed you or gone for somewhere vital, but he doesn't. Though if you bring it up or tease him about it he is liable to. I cannot imagine him finding teasing anything other than demeaning, Dick is the only one that can sometimes get away with it. He will bear the indignity of his father and occasionally Dick tickling him but anyone else is going to have to fight him for it.

He doesn't exactly mind it even though he would much rather be the one tickling people but he doesn't get many chances as he is cursed to be the youngest. He rarely initiates bc he knows hed get destroyed but he will jump on any opportunity if someone has already been pinned or otherwise incapacitated. He will help whoever is winning no questions asked. The loser obviously needs to be taught a lesson and he will Assist.

The only person he really tickles is Duke but even then it's just poking him because he's too slow getting to the car for school. Duke still feels like he's in a weird middle ground of being the newest so his revenge is usually also only pokes. He isn't confident enough to go for the kill yet, especially not on Damian, so he's safe For Now.

Dick is a big fan of vibrating a claw onto his stomach because he will grab his arm and start kicking just like a cat when it grabs a toy and will scream laugh like he's being murdered. I like to imagine he's also got super ticklish ears just like his dad. And the second everyone finds out about it he never knows peace again. He wears that hood for a reason.

(Im glad you liked the hcs, i want you to know ive visited your blog for like 4 other fandoms over the years as a lurker and I've just recently started sending things, ive loved everything of yours that ive read)

Damian is FAR too serious for someone so young, and of course he gets Babiest Brother Privileges. Those privileges being getting tickled to bits whenever his father or siblings deem fit lol

I agree that Damian is probably not the type to tolerate teasing. Unless it is under very specific circumstances (or by very specific people) it might just piss him off lol. You have to find just the right way to tease him to do it in a way that he's not humiliated by so that it doesn't ruin the whole point of tickling in the first place -- to get him to laugh and be happy like his age for once lol

and also YES, he's definitely more willing to let Dick or Bruce get away with it lol, the others it's a fight (not one that Damian will win, probably, but a fight nonetheless lol)

yes he absolutely takes advantage if someone is already pinned, and omg the Duke stuff is so cute!!!

obsessed with your Damian tummy tickles thoughts sdkjfhdsf i have multiple half-finished fics rn actually where there's this specific spot on Damian's stomach that's his "giggle spot" and of course it's always Dick taking advantage of it lol (and Damian being mortified that he's giggling of all things). Tummy tickles just feel so childish sometimes lol, it's the perfect thing to apply to Damian and wanting him to enjoy more of his childhood while he can!

Random head-cannons for PJO (again):

- Nico loves music videos— like Lady Gaga’s Paparazzi MTV performance he would love. (Maybe too because if Lady Gaga played during his stay at the casino, it might remind him of good memories with his older sister.)

- Hazel has met Bianca. I like to think that Bianca sat with her before leaving because Nico was coming to save Hazel. Like Bianca knew that was her sister the same way Nico knew— but Bianca sort of knew it would happen but wanted to meet Hazel— have a sibling relationship with Hazel. (This is leading into AU stuff) I feel like Hazel wouldn’t know until she found a random photo of her when going through some of Nico’s stuff he had as a kid.

- I feel like Will is the type of character for when something insane happens this is his reaction:

Percy: Hey man, so uh, during Harleys maze, I may or may not have broken like- two bones? One is my arm, the other is Annabeth’s ankle.

Will: *one eye twitches as he sort of half glare, half not yet still shocked* Mkay Percy.

(Like just imagine Will on his last straw, that’s how I imagine this)

- Kayla and Michael were really close. Lee and Will were also very close.

- Michael hid a safe in the infirmary that had files and stuff that he wanted hidden— also like random possessions and letters/ stuff from Lee except nobody could find it and then when they did find it nobody knew the code. Kayla did some digging and found the code. (They refused to let anybody try to break the safe or have Hermes cabin try to pick the lock)

- I have quite a few headcannons for Kayla even though she hasn’t been seen much throughout the books. I feel like one of the bigger ones I have is that she has two older siblings who are twins- very random, but she doesn’t really have a cannon backstory (yet?).

- Once the Apollo cabin realizes that Nico has not seen like— a lot of pop culture stuff and Disney movies, they force him to watch a lot of them.

- Everyone, including Nico, forgets that Nico was born in like the 1930/1940s until they bring up some big historical fact and he’s like:

Will: Ya’ll up for watching this rocket take off? You can see it from our cabin, it’s gonna go to the moon.

Nico: What do you mean to the moon?

Will: ??? Wait do you not know about the moon landing?

Nico: PEOPLE HAVE GONE TO SPACE???

(This is the only historical event I could think of for some reason)

- Nico would 100% love video games and love like a 3DS

- Hazel cusses— like a lot— mostly when she’s annoyed/angry though.

- Frank is good with younger campers. He likes to reassure them that it’ll be okay and try’s to make them laugh

- Nico is less emo/dark and more just- random? I don’t think he has a set style, nor do I think he’s gloomy— I think of him more like a combo of Sam and Sebastian from Stardew Valley.

- Nico likes to hangout in the infirmary and goof off with Kayla and Austin. Will’s glad they get along

- Lee or Michael had set a rule where you can’t hang from the beams in the ceiling— Kayla disregards the rule quite a bit.

- Will 100% has a southern accent— not like a full blown accent but it mixes with his daily speech. Like specific words and phrases bring the accent back.

- Hazel and Nico like to draw— both have completely different styles though, and Nico draws more often while Hazel experiments with art.

- Hazel (and Nico) likes to visit Nico and talk to her brother often- so they hangout like once a month and talk very often. I feel like after Leo would create some device/adapter to make it so monsters wouldn’t attack every time you sent a text, they’d text more often than Iris message. (Ik not everyone has the best relationships w/their siblings but my sister and I are like this so I promise I’m speaking from experience lol) like every piece of gossip/major event, every “what would you do in this situation”, etc

Hogwarts Legacy next generation - The Sallows

As I said in this post, I wanted to share some photos and lore of some of the next generation of hl kids in my lore! So, today we're doing the Sallows! <3.

Eleazar Sallow:

You've already seen him on my account before but this is Eleazar Sallow! He is the oldest child out of the five Sallow kids and he was named after Matty's late mentor at school, Eleazar Fig. Upon coming to school, he was sorted into Gryffindor (much to Matty's bragging rights upon her husband since she's a Gryffindor herself).

Growing up, he was definitely your stereotypical mature oldest brother. He helped out with his younger siblings, kept his younger brothers from getting into trouble (or at least tried) and looked out for his younger sisters when trouble came by.

He is an absolute hopeless romantic and has been in love with the same girl since he was five (whom he later on married). In school, he was close friends with Xander Prewett and Hector Weasley who were both sorted into Gryffindor as well. The three of them do a lot together and were practically inseparable in school. He played on Gryffindor's quidditch team and that was one of his hobbies he really enjoyed.

Later on in life, he follows in his mothers footsteps and becomes an Auror. Although, unlike her he didn't go into the Hit Wizard/Witch department, he went into Magical Law Enforcement Patrol (so basically what Officer Singer does, except for he actually does his job.)

He marries Noctua Gaunt II (more on her later) and has one son whom he names Gideon.

Caroline Sallow:

This is Caroline Sallow! She's the 2nd oldest in the family and the oldest daughter. When she went into school, she very unsurprisingly sorted into Ravenclaw.

From a young age, Matty and Sebastian noticed just how intelligent their daughter was. She taught herself to read and write, advanced in her understanding of magic, and even taught herself about muggle studies that she had heard of from her mother. So it wasn't surprising that she got into Ravenclaw.

She is definitely the braincells when it comes to the Sallow kids (more specifically her younger brother, Marcellus) and attempts to keep him from doing dumb crap like teenage boys often do.

She's somewhat a "no-nonsense" kind of woman, meaning she just likes things to get done the way they should be and nobody should be goofing off while doing it, as that might interrupt the process of it. She's very particular about specific things.

Her best friend is Noctua II, as they have been good friends since childhood. Although they are in different houses, they always made sure to find time to hang out together. Caroline is also well acquainted with Dean Clopton (bet you cant guess whose kid that is lol). But regardless of her acquaintance with the quidditch lover, she absolutely despises quidditch and is the only Sallow child to not play. She read a book about it once and said she knew all that she needed to know about it.

Later on in life, she becomes a Professor (although she doesn't teach at Hogwarts). She met her husband, Rome Smith, in her workplace. The two were later married and had two children, Hildegard and Lyall Smith.

Marcellus Sallow:

Ah yes, the Sebastian-esque child who also happens to be the middle child. Buckle up because this is a complicated one lol. Marcellus Sallow is the third oldest out of the Sallow children and he also happens to be the middle child. He is the most like his father out of all of them and half of the time that's a good thing and half of the time its a disaster.

He was a total daddy's boy growing up, following Sebastian around everywhere as long as he was allowed to. So, obviously Sebastian spent a lot of time around Marcel in particular. And like Sebastian when he was younger, Marcel tended to get into a bit of trouble throughout his childhood.

Eleazar and Caroline would constantly have to make sure he wasn't getting into trouble or doing something he wasn't supposed to. So yes, he is absolutely the problem child but he isn't all that bad.

He enjoys reading but prefers action fantasies over other genres. He's constantly outside and exploring the world around him and that usually is the way he gets into trouble if he doesn't stop himself before its too late. He actually slit his own eyebrow himself because he thought it'd make him look cool. He ended up getting in trouble for that later and it got infected because he didn't do it right (💀). But he has zero regrets about it.

In school, he is unsurprisingly sorted into Slytherin and he is good friends with Lorenzo Gaunt, despite the two of them having around a three year age gap. He plays Quidditch and loves winning has he is a very competitive person. Merlin forbid he loses against one of his siblings in a game of Quidditch. He gets all salty about it but eventually gets over it.

In his fifth year, he meets a girl named Marie, who had been ditched by her date at one of the school dances. Marcel himself didn't have a date, so when he saw her sitting alone (and thought she was cute) asked her to dance. He then harbored a massive crush on her and they ended up getting married almost immediately after school. Later, they had two sons Jonathan and Roman.

For his career path, Marcel dreamed of following in his fathers footsteps of being a Curse Breaker but unfortunately after getting mixed up with the wrong group of friends once Lorenzo graduated from Hogwarts, Marcel got into a bad mix of people and ended up becoming a smuggler secretly.

(i'd have to take a whole post to explain his further lore on just this subject alone, so we're gonna stop it there before it gets too sad LOL)

Adonis Sallow:

The boy sweetheart of the Sallow family, that's for sure. Adonis is the forth and youngest son in the Sallow family. He is the older twin of Anne Sallow II by about five minutes.

He is an absolute mommy's boy. As Matty got older and stopped working more frequently, she could spend more time at home as she desired. The twins were the last two children to be born so she got to spend more time with them as expected. Adonis was practically glued at the hip to his mother for the first couple of years of his life. He could be described as a sweet but anxious child.

Eventually, he grew out of his mass anxiety thanks to the help of his older brothers and learned how to cope with it. Although he still struggles with it, it's much better than it used to be. He enjoys being outside and enjoys small creatures of pretty much any kind. He used to find insects or other small creatures and bring them inside to show everybody, much to Caroline's dismay (she hates insects).

In school, he was sorted into the Hufflepuff house and has many friends there. But either way, his best friend is his twin sister. He is loved by the Professors and students there due to his loving nature, something his family was very proud of. He also played quidditch and got really good at it.

He met his future wife, Rose, at school when he was in his seventh year. Rose didn't talk much and as a result of this was often bullied for it. When Adonis was made aware of this, he made sure to reach out to her. He knew she didn't have any friends, so he offered to be hers. He told her she didn't have to talk if she was uncomfortable with it and that he'd keep up the conversations himself.

Eventually the two ended up falling in love and eventually Rose was comfortable enough for the two of them to begin talking with one another. It was something that he helped her with and that deepened their love for one another. After school, they ended up getting married and had four children: twins Peter and Dorran and then two daughters, Amaryllis and Cassiopeia.

As for his career, he saw how being an Auror affected his mother and older brother mentally and physically and wanted to help those from that department with their struggles. He ended up studying to become a therapist and opened his own practice to help Aurors who were struggling mentally. He was publicly praised for this since the Ministry offered no compensation to the Aurors who had been working for so long.

Anne Sallow II:

Anne Sallow II is the youngest child out of the Sallow children. She was obviously named after her aunt, Anne. Sebastian attempted to name his first daughter, Caroline, after his sister but Anne griped about it saying it made her feel old. Eventually, once Anne II was born, she allowed Sebastian to name his daughter after her. Although a contending name for her was Aria, after Sebastian and Anne's mother.

She is the younger twin of Adonis and was the unexpected one. When Matty found out she was pregnant for the fourth time, she expected it to be one final child. Turns out it was twins, surprise!! I hope you enjoyed all the sleepless nights with not one but two babies!!

The twins were also born prematurely, which definitely didn't help with Matty's anxiety about the situation. But everything worked out and Anne II is dearly cherished by her parents. Although, since she and her brother were premature, they developed some health issues and often got sick as children. As they grew older, it got better but both of them can recall getting sick quite often.

Just like her twin brother, Anne was also sorted into Hufflepuff and is friends with many there. She is outrageously outgoing and is the more competitive twin. She loves Quidditch and made a very good chaser in her days of playing.

After her time in school, she went on to become a Professional Quidditch player and being half Irish, she played on Irelands team. Which Matty was very happy about. After a few years of Professional playing, Anne decided that the life of quidditch was no longer for her, as it became less enjoyable. She turned to studying nursing and became a nurse in a muggle hospital.

Under unfortunate, but slightly humorous circumstances, she met her husband, Clark Nelson, who was a muggle man. The two later ended up marrying and had two sons, David and Benjamin.

(Sebastian wasn't the absolute happiest that his daughter was marrying a muggle, simply due to the fact that she'd be around less since she had chosen to stay with her muggle lifestyle. However, once Matty reminded him that she was a muggleborn and spent fifteen years of her life living as one ((not to mention he had muggle in-laws)), he quickly got over it and has a good relationship with his son-in-law.)

Sorry this is long as crap. But this is actually very little of their lore, pretty much just the basics. Each one of these characters has a lot of lore behind their characters because I just couldn't help myself LOL.

Ghouls.. I would like to know more about what you think of the ghouls!! Doesn’t need to be like canon related I’m just interested in your interpretations/headcanons :]

haha well most of the things i say here are somewhat canon related (to me) because i'm the kind of autistic that makes me feel compelled to follow rules and be as factual as possible (yay for literal / rigid thinking patterns lol), so the canon lore really matters to me and i build my headcanons around it. i'm really not a "make up whatever i want" type person 😅

buuuuuut i do have some headcanons about the ghouls and how they work. omg ummm.. i've never really shared my ghoul headcanons here.. i'm a little shy about sharing my headcanons in public, but i will do it for YOU dear anon 😳

okay i gotta say this first though: i do not headcanon the ghouls as demons or some other kind of supernatural creature summoned from hell and i do not think their elements matter at all and i do not headcanon them having magic. anyway.

i wrote a post a while ago explaining my analysis of what appears to be canon about the ghouls so far / in the lore at the time i wrote that post. here's a quick summary of the main points of the post:

the Nameless Ghouls are humans.

they were killed and transformed into undead servants in a ritual sacrifice.

Ghouls work for The Clergy, not for Papa.

the Nameless Ghouls in the band are considered to be missionaries and Papa's apostles.

Ghouls sometimes have other jobs unrelated to the band (like taxes), assigned to them by the Clergy.

the Ghouls' elements were assigned to them by The Clergy (but they're not really relevant anymore because they were just placeholder names so the Ghouls could sign autographs).

there might be a lot more Nameless Ghouls other than those in the band.

but other than this i haven't really shared the Specifics of my ghoul headcanons.... here are some of my PERSONAL thoughts:

Sister Imperator & The Clergy select candidates to become Ghouls from among the Siblings / members of the cult, based on how useful / talented they are and what jobs The Clergy wants them to do. these are the employees they want to keep forever!

the leaders don't tell people when they're going to be turned into Ghouls... hence the kidnapping.

uncommonly, though, sometimes members of the cult will volunteer to become Ghouls. and even more rarely, sometimes they sacrifice people from outside the cult and turn them into Ghouls. i think Phantom is one of those cases.

i was having trouble reconciling my adamant belief that the Ghouls are Dead humans with the fact that they're so alive-passing, and what i settled on is that they're "functionally alive, but technically dead".

it's very similar to the situation with Papa Nihil, but with a few key differences-

similar to how Nihil can still dance and play saxophone and take naps, the Ghouls' bodies are also very mobile and very Functional. they can still eat / sleep / breathe / etc. they're dead, but they function as if alive because their spirits are possessing their own dead bodies.

like Nihil, their bodies don't decay. (they dragged his corpse around for 3 and a half years after he died and he didn't decompose at all!) they're magically preserved! but unlike Nihil, who was old as fuck and died a natural death, the Ghouls get sacrificed when they're in peak condition to play in the band. they're dead, but they gotta stay fit!

Nihil is a normal ghost. he still has free will and memories of his mortal life... the Ghouls do not.

Ghouls are meant to be loyal servants of the cult, so the ritual that transforms people into Ghouls involves ripping their souls out of their bodies, erasing their memories, and essentially programming them to be obedient. it also makes them Weird.

they're not totally mindless, though. they're magically bound to follow orders, but they still have enough individuality to follow orders badly and get berated for it.

they keep basic personality traits, like their attitudes and interests and preferences and stuff, but they can't remember specific details of their mortal lives, like names / families / events / etc. the point is, their personal identities get erased, and their souls + bodies belong to the cult now.

they're not really aware of the fact that they're basically puppets. they do have a decent amount of freedom and individuality! they still have emotions and they get to waste time being silly and partying and stuff. they're still people, as far as they're aware. but they never think about why they never leave the Ministry building unless they have permission / have been instructed to do so, or why they just can't Say No to anything that Papa or a member of The Clergy tells them to do, or why they can't remember anything from before they started working this job, or why they're not allowed to quit... they never wonder about it and they're not capable of wondering about it.

a headcanon i have that i really like is the idea that they wear masks not only to hide their non-existent identities, but because they're very Averse to seeing their own faces. it kinda freaks them out because it triggers their minds to start Trying to remember their past lives, and they just can't. it confuses them and makes their heads hurt. i will see an unmasked ghoul and go "actually this is NOT cute. ghouls only show their faces when they're in extreme distress-"

i like to think that when their bodies are resting, the Ghouls' ghosts get to hang around and still be annoying to each other but like. spectrally-

ummm i can't think of anything else to say right now and i don't want to type any more.

I know I'm terminally coffin-brained lately but hear me out it really bothers me that the perception of the Coffin of Andy & Leyley is ONLY "hehe incest cannibalism game" which is....not EXACTLY inaccurate but it certainly simplifies it ya know??? like I call it the incest cannibalism game too as a joke but I'm realizing there are a lot of people who think of it as like...a porn game? & btw I'm not AGAINST porny games or whatever I just think it's reductive & inaccurate to call Andy & Leyley that when in reality there is not even (so far) any textual sexual content beyond a demonic vision of a possible future. yes very obviously their relationship does have a sexual & romantic undertone, but it's compelling specifically because it's a complex story about siblings who have been genuinely fucked over by their parents & the world & they have developed a topically obsessive codependent relationship as a result.

like the initial conversation that the game's title is based on is Andrew casually half-jokingly talking about killing himself & it's just so..... narratively delicious. Ashley is not some horny one-dimensional slut who just wants to fuck her brother? Her reaction to Andrew talking about suicide is to joke that she'll race him to the balcony & he says back - semi sarcastically but we KNOW there's truth in his words, that he's clearly thought about this - that it would be too romantic, that they would be smashed together on the pavement, buried in the same coffin & like...the game proceeds from there with these two living in this intertwined fate, tangled together in ways neither of them can ever escape. it's romantic but it's also tragic & awful.

Andrew's love for Ashley will always be bitter & tinted with resentment because he was thrust with the responsibility of raising his little sister when he was only a child himself. he was made responsible for caring for Ashley with absolutely NO example of what caring for someone looked like & he was barely old enough to care for himself. Ashley never had anyone care for her in her entire life except Andrew & so she absolutely adores him to a dangerous & unhealthy degree.

like I hate it when people think Ashley is oh so abusive & manipulative or Andrew is so awful & selfish (she is manipulative & he is occasionally selfish) but like - as if there are not layers upon layers of WHY she treats Andrew the way she does & WHY he's so resentful. (as a side note I think debating who abuses who (aside from obviously the fact that they were both abused in different ways by their mother) or who's "worse" just...misses the whole ass point.)

and the cannibalism is initially about survival & the stakes are very apparent & built super well given the opening of the game spends a lot of time just demonstrating that they are literally starving to death to the point where Ashley is fainting & they're sharing a can of tomatoes out of the garbage joking that it's the best meal they've ever had. it is highly worth noting the way their actions escalate & get worse & worse with time as the game proceeds & you can see the way they're both getting more & more comfortable with violence & taboo. this game just would not compel me if it were just randomly "lol let's eat people!" get real

idk I just feel like people who don't know the game get the wrong idea about it when it's actually SO narratively rich okay bye

Hi I really love your AUs, and have a few questions about your Webs story. I'm fairly sure when Leo found out about being Big Mama's son, but how did the other 3 turtles find out about it? And how did they each feel? Also how did Splinter find out that he has a daughter (if he ever does), and how does he feel about it?

Also I'm not completely sure how to spell her name, not very good at spelling, I think it can be shortened to Jenni though. 😋

And Yeah, Leo finds out from overhearing Splinter and Mama's conversation (during the arena fight episode) and then spends the next month or so in denial/trying to disprove it.

The other 3 find out from Leo, specifically after the 'Family dinner with Draxum' that Mikey had planned where Leo looses his shit at Draxum and ends up storming out after hearing the "no i didn't use any spider dna in the mutagen, what are you talking about?" from the dude. Donnie follows him to the roof and gets the entire angry/frustrated info dump about the thing, as well as Leo admitting he wanted to know without a shadow of a doubt before telling them. So the twins end up going to Mama to get confirmation straight from the source and then going back and filling the other two in on what just went down.

Mikey and Raph in particular were frustrated that Leo kept this from them for this long (even if he wasn't entirely sure, they feel he should have told them. Donnie's feels that way too, but he also feels that Leo was being dumb for not just asking the people involved outright instead of his sneaky snooping he had been doing.)

I don't think any of them really know what to think of Mama being their mom at first. Though Raph and Mikey are more willing to at least try to give her a chance, while Leo and Donnie are a little more stand off ish.

Splinter does find out he has a daughter at some point (he actually has 2. Jennika & Venus (who's a turtle mutated with his dna. She's the other 5's half sibling, but still Splinter's daughter.) I'm not entirely sure when/how he finds out. I dont think Mama would tell him b/c she is far too protective of her and already lost her children to him once.

Right now, i'm thinking that once the boys find out who she is, they tell him, but kinda off hand. Like I'm not entirely sure they knew that he didn't know. So it would probably go something like this-

"We officially met our little sister today."

"Your what?"

Anyways! He's definitely in shock over the whole thing at first but he does want to get to know her (even if she's not exactly fond of him at the moment.) I think she's part of the reason he agrees to the joint custody, so he can spend time with his daughter as much as Mama gets to spend time with her sons.

And no worries! I'm bad at spelling too lol. I usually spell her name J-E-N-N-I-K-A. And i shorten it to Jenny for a nickname.

"First Period"

↠Pairing: Dean and Sam Winchester x little sibling!reader (afab)

↠Summary: Dean and Sam help their little sister out as she experiences her first period (FLUFF)

↠Notes: reader is around 14, really late first period lol

Dean and Sam had raised you, their half-sibling, since they were twelve and seven. John had dropped you off to them one day, explaining that you were from a hook-up he had and your mother wanted nothing to do with you. So from that day forward, Dean and Sam took care of you. It was rough but they managed. 

Dean had known something was off since lunch, he just didn’t know what. After devouring your meal as you always do, you started complaining of your stomach hurting. Like the supportive brothers they were, they stopped at the gas station and grabbed you some medication but nothing seemed to be helping. You guys were still a good ways away from where you needed to go, nearly four hours. So you just suffered in the back of the Impala, holding your stomach while listening to Dean’s rock music. 

You shifted uncomfortably in your seat after a bit and felt something wet. You raised an eyebrow and looked down, moving over to see what you had sat on. Although it wasn’t visible on the black seats, you felt the wetness and lifted your finger up, discovering it was blood. Your eyes widened and you quickly looked at your body. Your jeans were absolutely soaked in blood, right on the crotch.

Being raised by two brothers with minimal education, didn’t really allow much time for “the talk”. Sam had minorly explained what a period was a few years back, but he didn’t get specific details, as he had been interrupted. It was then forgot about, why would they even remember something like that? Due to your limited social interaction with other kids, you had barely heard any talk of periods, pads, tampons, etc. You were a little panicked, looking at the blood and at your jeans.

“Umm,” you mumbled, and Sam glanced back.

“Y/n? Why’re you out of your seat? You should have your seatbelt on.” He turned back and his eyes widened at the giant stain on your jeans.

“S-Sam, I think I'm bleeding…” You mumbled. 

“You’re ble- what!?” Dean exclaimed, looking back. Dean slowed to a stop, pulling over. He then looked back to and his eyes also widened, “Aw fuck.”

Sam picked up on your panicked expression and quickly gained his composure, “You’re alright, Y/n. It’s just your period.”

“My- my period?” You asked, taking a minute to process.

“You didn’t give her the talk?” Dean questioned.

“No he did I just-” You defended the younger brother, “I just didn’t realize it would be like- this. Ummm..what do I do?”

Sam had briefly explained not what it was, but not what to do about it. Your face burned in embarrassment. Sam reached out and gently touched your knee while Dean pulled back out onto the road, “You’re okay, Y/n. We need to stop for some supplies okay?”

You slowly nodded, unsure of what he meant. You waited patiently, anxiously as Dean pulled into the next convenience store. Sam and Dean both went to get out, “Wait-! Can one of you stay?”

Sam smiled gently, “Of course. Dean, why don’t you head in?” Dean’s eyes widened, he didn’t know shit about periods. But he didn’t want to stress you out more, so he nodded and headed in. 

That’s how Dean ended up standing next to a random twelve year old in a convenience store. Dean stood there, hands in pockets, looking at what they had. The twelve year old, embarrassed, and too afraid to grab her pads in front of a random grown ass man, stood there as well. The two stood there for an embarrassingly long amount of time, waiting each other out. Eventually the girl’s mother retrieved her and grabbed the pads. Dean watched what she grabbed and grabbed the same exact ones. He then looked at the tampons. He ended up deciding on a variety pack of those. He played it cool at the register, pretending he wasn’t embarrassed to be buying feminine hygiene products. 

He eventually went back out to the Impala, getting back in and handing them to you, “There you go.” Sam glanced at him, silently wondering what took so long but Dean just shrugged. You looked at the boxes.

“Don’t worry about the tampons for now, just go into the bathroom and put a pad on your underwear, the sticky part goes in the middle, and the wings will fold onto the outside,” Sam explained, knowing his fair share of information from dating Jess. You nodded and went to do so, coming back later, “All set? Don’t worry we’ll get you new clothes as soon as we get to a motel and can find a store.”

You nod and set the bag to the side. Dean pulls out onto the road, glad this whole situation was over. Eventually you piped up from the back, “Hey, how do the tampons work?” Sam went to answer and glanced at Dean, smiling a little at what he was about to do.

“Don’t worry, Dean will explain that one to you later.”

I keep going back to the two little elf girls in Annatar-Sauron's vision and how they looked like Haladriel's future daughters. The blonde looked like how we imagine Celebrian would look like as a child. The (younger?) redhead elfing had hair similar to what Halbrand's auburn hair looked like in the Post-Reveal Raft Scene and the ginger hair of Sauron before Adar killed him. They were also both wearing dresses in different shades of green. I think Sauron strongly associates that color with Galadriel. She wore an emerald/teal dress the last time he saw her; Mirdania always wears green and he sees her as discount version of the woman he truly wants; Also, in Medieval History, we know that brides usually wore green wedding dresses because the color represented fertility.

I think it's interesting that Sauron specifically wants daughters with Gal. He doesn't dream of having sons like many men do. Instead, he wants two beautiful and spirited little girls that will probably be much Little Galadriel was as a child. I also wonder if have two Half-Maiar daughters wouldn't be a dig at Melian? We tend to see them as being brother and sister with a big rivalry. I can just see Sauron feeling immense pride over the fact he had not one, but TWO, lovely and powerful Half-Maiar daughters, and she only had Luthien.

I really loved all of that too and those girls do looks like they could be their daughters!!! 😀 Love the green dresses repeating too not just for what you said, but also since Arwen's wedding dress was green in the movies and that's my favorite color too. And I thought about him wanting daughters and again at that rivalry he seems to have with Melian, which fits that theory about them being siblings (and that old song "Anything you can do I can do better" LOL), and having 2 half-Maiar children would one up her having one. LOL It just seems to fit with him being like that, and also both of the siblings falling for elves.

Giorno Giovanna

Giorno was the most composed upon learning about his new half-siblings. He wasn’t particularly surprised, he had always suspected there were more of them out there. Dio’s “legacy” was far-reaching, after all.

Despite his calm demeanor, he had a moment of internal conflict. He had spent so much time defining himself outside of Dio’s shadow, and now there were two more people who shared that bloodline. Would they expect him to act like an older brother?

Initially, he keeps a respectful distance, but he warms up to the boy twin faster because of his friendly nature. Giorno isn’t used to casual sibling relationships, but he appreciates how easygoing his new brother is.

The girl twin intrigues him. She reminds him a bit of himself- distant, isolated, self-contained. He never pushes her to open up, but he does offer subtle gestures of support, like inviting her to meetings with Passione or ensuring she has resources if she ever needs them.

If either twin ever needs something, they’ll find it taken care of before they even have to ask. That’s just how he shows he cares.

Ungalo

“Oh, cool. More of us.” Then he promptly goes back to doing whatever he was doing before.

He’s weirdly neutral about the whole thing. At first, he doesn’t even know how to interact with them. Family wasn’t really a concept he cared about, so he treats them more like acquaintances.

The boy twin is easy to get along with, and Ungalo finds himself talking to him more than he expected. He enjoys their casual, low-effort conversations. It’s nice to have someone who doesn’t expect much from him.

The girl twin? He assumes she doesn’t like him because of how withdrawn she is. He doesn’t take it personally, but he also doesn’t make any effort to talk to her unless she initiates it.

If she ever did, though, he’d be kind of surprised but would act normal about it. “Oh, hey. Didn’t think you’d wanna talk. What’s up?”

Rikiel

Stressed. Finding out he had more siblings immediately sent him into overthinking mode. Were they okay? Did they have bad childhoods like him? Would they want to be close? What if he messed up?

The boy twin’s friendly nature put him at ease fast. It was refreshing to have someone who didn’t judge or pressure him. They get along well, and Rikiel finds himself enjoying his company.

The girl twin, though… she reminds him too much of how he used to be- closed off, isolated, unsure if she belonged anywhere. It makes him feel protective of her, even if she doesn’t ask for it.

He never pries into her business, but he makes sure she knows he’s around if she needs him. If she ever opens up, he’d be honored.

Once he gets over his initial nervousness, he genuinely enjoys having more siblings. He may not be the best at expressing it, but he’s always there for them.

Donatello Versus

He was immediately suspicious. More siblings? Out of nowhere? Why should he care? What did they want from him?

He doesn’t trust them at first. He assumes they have some hidden agenda, even though they don’t. It takes a while before he starts accepting their presence.

The boy twin’s friendliness throws him off. Why is he so easygoing? Why is he being nice? What does he want? It irritates Donatello at first, but over time, he gets used to it. He won’t say it out loud, but he actually kind of enjoys having someone treat him like a normal sibling instead of an enemy.

The girl twin confuses him even more. She keeps to herself, doesn’t bother him, doesn’t demand anything. He tries to figure out if she secretly hates him or if she’s just like that.

Eventually, he stops overanalyzing and just accepts that this is who they are. He’s still wary, but deep down, he does like having siblings who aren’t trying to screw him over.
