A close-up of the Princess, dressed in  traditional Guatemalan peasant clothes, in colourful red and blue huipil and corte, her hair full of flowers of different colours and her  basket full of typical Guatemalan wild fruits: carabolas, guanabanas, bananas, avocados and papayas. We see her picking fruit from trees by jumping in the air to pull them down, with both hands if necessary, sometimes sampling the smaller ones as she walks between trees. She watches a coral snake slither between trees and squats to stare at some colourful insects marching in a row,  as she grins.

A handsome, fashionably-dressed man, with black hair and moustache, a cigarette dangling from his lips, is driving in the road. From his point of view we see the Princess, just off-road, squatting  with her basket of fruit, out the window of his SUV. He lets the vehicle roll  to a stop.

Scenes from the rich man’s life in America play  across the screen, with his friends, in bars, discos, hotels and buffet  restaurants, with many different women at his side in different scenes,  everyone dressed fashionably, in one scene smoking marijuana and in another sharing a hookah, all food and  cocktails the highest-priced and most exotic.

The man walks over to the Princess and holds  his hand out. She looks up innocently and then stands up, dropping her basket  and the fruit rolls on the ground. She walks, like his Queen, to the car,  where she sits in the front seat, next to him.

Scene of same car, going through a gate and up a long drive to a 5-story mansion, completely modern and surrounded by a high, steel fence. The man and  the Princess leave the car to his driver, who parks it in a carport with five other such vehicles. The Princess, still taken by the hand, is escorted into  the mansion by the man.

The Princess, in a luxurious nightgown, sneaks out of her room and goes  from door-to-door, looking through the keyhole and looking shocked each time.

Hmm . . . Que?

Having finished looking in all the keyholes, the Princess puts her index  finger on her chin and looks up, querulously, in a large, well-decorated and  well-lit, but empty dance hall.

As the punk music starts and the Princess mentions each girl’s nationality,  that girl comes out of her room in her national costume and joins the Princess and other girls, dancing in the dance hall to the music, the Princess singing along with the soundtrack.

The Princess turns her back on  him, figuratively washing her hands as she walks to the front of the dance hall.   Ojo de Cristo! Puede seas tu

All the girls in the dance hall, including the Princess, count on their  fingers and on “Para!” the Princess puts her hand up like a stop sign.
