love this dialogue sm and it plays well w my hc of shri’iia getting so delirious and bewildered after she broke her oath like . it feels like her chest has been ripped open and a part of her soul has been taken away from her..! and how unsettling it must’ve been to suddenly feel so hollow and incomplete, and you’re so very aware that something is missing and you’re also so very aware of your own shortcomings. and I think overtime she learns to live with that hollowness, and she gets used to it - gets used to that feeling, and maybe as centuries pass she’ll even forget what that devotion felt like - that particular feeling of fulfilment, but right now she is getting used to living with that loss, and learning how to move forward despite it. and as much as I am very tempted at the idea that she becomes a cleric of eilistraee in the future I kinda like her just having that part of herself being incomplete, but she’s thriving regardless.
