After being stranded in heavy rain you wait for your boyfriend to pick you up. What you weren't expecting was to met one of his acquaintances while waiting. He didn't either.

Sitting under the bus shelter you looked down at your phone to read the time. You had been there for well over 10 minutes and the rain had no sign of stopping or getting any lighter.

You felt your phone vibrate and saw that Megumi was calling you.

"Hel-"

"I have your umbrella"

"Yeah I figured *sigh*"

"Where are you? I'll pick you up."

"I'm at the bus shelter, near the school."

"Okay wait there, I'll be-."

The rain poured harder making it hard to hear him over the phone.

"Megumi? I can't hear you?"

No response. You hung up.

He sent a text saying that he was on his way.

Just as the rain had got worse before you heard heavy footsteps of someone running under the bus shelter to.

You looked up from your phone to see a person doubled over, absolutely drenched and exhausted. After a few seconds they caught there breath and stood up, occasionally glancing at you.

"Forget your umbrella to?" He asked politely, just engaging in small talk.

"Ha yeah... I should have checked the weather report today."

"Yeah"

The rain kept going as you two stayed silent.

"Got far to go?" He spoke again, this time looking at you until you faced him.

"Oh well, not really I was just going to run to the school up there but the rain keeps getting worse." You smiled

"School? You don't mean that really small one surrounded by bamboo, do you?"

"That's the one"

"So are you a sorcerer too?"

"How did you know?"

"I'm going to Jujutsu high to"

Back at Megumi's dorm he's getting a weird feeling in his stomach, like something was eating him alive.

"Yeah I'm actually a second year but I was training in another country"

"Really, that's so cool! How come I've never heard of you?"

"Honestly I was a bit of a loser" he laughed and so did you.

"That can't be true, you look so cool and mysterious."

You noticed that it was silent again and you looked over to see that the guy was now looking straight in front of him, ears red.

"I-I'm sorry, I didn't mean to make it awkward..." You said with a nervous chuckle.

"Oh NO, No Not at all" he said even redder now as he stumbled over his words.

"Um, I was just wondering..."

You felt a cold hand intertwine its fingers with yours, to your surprise you saw Megumi standing inbetween you two holding pa wide umbrella.

"Oh Megumi, Hi" you said not noticing the glare he was shooting the guy.

"Hey Fushiguro, how are you?" The guy said nervously scratching the back of his neck.

"I'm fine, Okkotsu, if you don't mind I'll be walking my girlfriend back to the dorms."

The atmosphere got thicker.

"Yeah see you at the school I guess..."

With that Megumi had already started to lead you away with out letting you say goodbye. His hand slowly loosened its grip as he sighed.

"You knew that guy?" You said

"Yeah, he's got a thing for dead girls."

"W-WHAT?"

"Yuta okkotsu, a special grade. He's related to Gojo so we would rarely bump into eachother in the past.

"Special grade?!"

"Y/n what ever you do, don't go messing around with him okay."

You doubted that Yuta was actually a bad person, let alone one who would hurt you. But you couldnt help but listen to Megumi as you saw the jealousy getting to him.

"Okay Gumi, on one condition."

"What?"

" I can talk to him about my amazingly strong good-looking boyfriend." You giggled as you swore Megumi was breaking down inside, movments becoming stiffer and hesitant.

being miles' seatmate is a massive blessing, yet... also a massive curse. the curse being that neither of you could keep your pens, pencils–even brushes, be it paint or calligraphy–away from the others' clear notebook pages or clean scratch papers. you both would always come home with littered designs and doodles, expressing your feelings to each other out on the margins of your notebooks and the corners of your book pages.

in art class, you both took the liberty of expressing your feelings and viewpoints out to the world, like how your teacher defined what art was; it starts with an idea, and then becomes a beautiful flurry of colors, words, movements and all. you were both giggling as you drew on his notebook's margins, with your knuckles brushing over the side of his hand as his fingers would make contact with the back of your hand as you both ran the tips of your pencils over the once clear and spotless pages.

"what is that?" miles asked you in a hushed voice, accompanied by the ringing sound of his chuckle. you pointed out that your cute little blob of a creature was a fat frog, that looked utterly adorable. miles shook his head as he doodled a spider crawling down the margins next to the frog. "i know frogs don't look that goofy." "that's because you've never met my frog before, miles." you said with a giggle as miles asked you in a whisper shout, " you have a frog?!"

"yes, mr. morales? would you and your friend like to, um, make our art class a biology class?" your art teacher spoke up, asking you both with a confused smile about what you two were discussing. the two of two of you froze up and widened your eyes as the whole class turned their heads and darted their gaze your way. "u-um... just expressing our freedom of opinion... through our creative minds!" he said with an awkward smile as the art teacher nodded and smiled wider. your teacher walked over to you two and asked to see miles' notebook, but with the two of you reluctantly showing them the doodle covered margins of the notebook.

the teacher looked through it, and unexpectedly, their smile widened as they saw all the little creatures and people you two drew. they handed it back with a mutter of 'how creative' under their breath. the teacher then clasped their hands together and announced a surprise assignment: to fill the margins of their art notebooks with as many doodles as the students can fit. "i'll be looking forward to your output, you two." they said with a soft voice as you two bashfully smiled and thanked your art teacher and hurried off.

you both breathed a sigh of relief and slight confusion. "so... guess we have our work cut out for us now?" you asked miles as he nudged your arm with his elbow with a crooked smile. "ganke dmed me, he's telling me he won't make dinner for us tonight because we inspired the teacher about homework." miles said with a sigh as you faked a disappointed groan. "well then, text him back that i'll treat you out to a nice dinner and date to the art museum nearby? let's pretend curfew doesn't exist." you said with a wide grin as miles chuckled back. "oh, well... okay then, who am i to say no?" he asked you as you gently took his hand in yours and he held your hand back and walked down the halls with you–smudged ink stains and pencil marks on the side of both of your hands as you two walked down the halls.

Your enthusiasm for knowledge, your smile, your interest in him.

You would ask him questions about his research, about his interests, about him.

But, as things go on, the way he reacts seems to come off as annoyed, so, you start to dwindle off. Which starts to worry him.

So, one day out in the courtyard, he decides to question you. he sits across from you, watching as you read a book, a nervousness to you.

Cause a twinge of pain seemed to have come to light when he spoke.

"I just... Came to see if you were alright... And... If you needed assistance with anything personal." He spoke softer, lowering his head slightly so his silver hair could at least try to cover the heat that rose to his cheeks.

You couldn't help but grow wide eyed, he was usually so calm, so reserved, so.. so aloof. He never really bothered with his emotions, but now? Why you?

But you didn't argue, you accept this. Maybe this could be the first step to something sweet?

omg hi meg 🥰 i would love nothing more than to monologue about luke in the tour diary to give you some light bus riding entertainment, but as you're well aware, we've just been blessed with cake talking about gbbo content and are losing our minds about that but i'm going to try to multitask here.

luke in the tour diary. there's so much of him being all the things.

he's all about this cone thing. he is gung-ho about the cone. more than any of the rest of them. he has special voices for the cone line. i find this incredibly endearing. he (along with calum) also seems to be leading the charge on the we're young we're hung we're 5sos chant which is also somehow incredibly endearing.

but then, then meg, he shows up smoldering in his tank top with his very wide chest and shapely shoulders and that necklace and his mouth and lips like that and suddenly endearing is not the word i would use to describe him.

the rollercoaster continues with "this is the bus i live on" and the investing skit mixed in with beautiful shots of him in the field of flowers and on the boat and it's enough to make your head spin.

then easy for you to say starts playing, and it seems like it's going to be a nice, vibey montage. and it is. UNTIL LUKE APPEARS SHIRTLESS AND BOUNCING while smiling sweetly and dancing like that one toddler in dance class who didn't follow the routine at the recital and captivated the audience with their antics u know the one.

i had to pause and reply several times to make sure i wasn't losing my mind. i have many thoughts about this half-second moment but you already know what they are and i will not be exposing myself on main this thursday evening. scratching and biting.

all of that bouncing bare torso after he's just destroyed me by dancing in the smiley fleecie? and making silly jokes and weird voices and just generally flailing his limbs every time he's on camera? so much to handle.

A/n: I think I'm gonna write like 2-3 more parts to this because there's so many ideas I have for it and not enough room. Also...I love you too. ALsO my dad is a tattoo artist and I love writing these kinds of AUs bc I actually know abt them.

You never really expected to be a tattoo artists,, yet here you were,, in the waiting room of a tattoo parlor,, and all because of your friend and roommate, Ten

He had told you of a job opening to be an artist's apprentice,, yet failed to mention that it was to be a tattoo artists... or that your guide was a friend of his

So naturally you assumed they'd be loud, annoying, and lazy,, yet you gave it a shot bc why not

Then someone calls your name, and you turn around to meet the infamous Taeyong

His hair was white, standing out against his tan skin and dark tattoos,, his eyes were large and dark, looking at you

It took you a moment to find your voice,, feeling small in his gaze, but you nodded and followed him as he walked

The interview was pretty basic,, asking you if you had any experience, if you were comfortable with seeing blood, the essentials,, then he showed you his tools, explaining basic safety and hazards

His voice was rather monotoned and matched his expressionless face,, but somehow you still were caught up in what he was saying

By the end he simply told you he'd text you with any information/if you got the job,, then he turned around and went right along doing whatever he was doing before you had come in

Ten told you he was always like that,, expressionless,, but he was a cool guy and that you should give him a shot if you got the job

Which you did, exactly two days later he had texted you, giving you a schedule and telling you to bring a sweatshirt because the shop often as cold

So you show up the next day, dressed casually with a sweatshirt tucked in your arm,, he tells you to go to his booth, saying he has extra pens and inks for you to use which was kinda nice of him because you had no supplies at all

His first client comes in, and he sets up his station, making sure to give you a nice view of what he's doing,, then he turns on his music which is surprisingly,, soft r&b,, unlike everyone else around you who's blasting modern rap

It kind of catches you off guard,, yeah he's chill but,, he has some dimensions to him??

Anyways,, when he finally starts with the tattoo he suddenly has an expression on his face,, hed concentrated on what he's doing, his eyebrows furrowed

When he quickly glances at you,, you realize you've been observing him more than his work, which quickly causes you to burn with embarrassment as you focus on what his hand is doing

To your luck, he doesnt bring it up after he's done, rather asking your questions and seeing if you noticed certain techniques,, when you answer all of his questions he doesn't say anything but a simple okay and goes right back to cleaning his pen and table

Whenever you come home, Ten asks you a billion questions,, but they're oddly specific

Like,, did he mention anything else besides work, did he get lots of texts or phone calls,, and you're like what no idk jdiwkakf why

But he shrugs, saying he was just curious,, but you had your suspicions

So the next time you're around Taeyong you pay attention to what he's doing more,, turns out his phone blows up and he stares at it like it's a dead bug,, and you ofc bring this info to Ten bc you want to be in on the tea

But he refuses to tell you, saying taeyong would beat his ass,, so you leave it be and focus on your work

The longer you and Taeyong work together, the more he talks and tries to make conversation

Like one time he asked you out of the blue if you had seen how almost all animals from the Seoul area had been adopted,, and you were like yeah omg but you were also bamboozled bc why does a quiet creepy emo like taeyong pay attention to the news- or dogs and cats??

The both of you find out your similarities and interests, and small talk is no longer awkward because hey it's about things you actually like and know about

Ten drops in sometimes,, which reveals Taeyong's goofier side

You actually heard him laugh when Ten was telling a story and you were like hE DOES THAT?

But by now a few months have gone by and you've done quite a few tattoos, you're getting pretty good at it too,, Taeyong even told you good job on your most recent one which made you feel proud of yourself but you didn't tell him that

You found yourself getting more interested in who Taeyong actually was, and not who was at work

Parts of himself would show when he talked about how much he adored music, or how he actually wanted to be a dancer but discovered the art of tattoos

A small part of you even thought he was cute,, god forbid you tell Ten though he'd probably tell Taeyong and everyone in your shop

When your apprenticeship reached 6 months, Taeyong told you that you should consider becoming an independent artist,, to which this made you feel a pang of sadness,, bc you actually grew to really enjoy working alongside him,, but you told him okay

You brainstormed how to stay around him longer because quite frankly you were terrified of most other artists,, and then it came to you, why not work in the same shop?

So you called the owner of your current shop, discussed booth rent, and bam, you were set

When you told taeyong, he smiled widely, suddenly hugging you

"I'm sorry, I'm just happy for you!" He exclaimed, his smile never fading

You thanked him, saying that you wouldn't have been there if it weren't for him,, and ten but meh who cares about him rn

So the both of you work in the booth next to each other, often talking while giving tattoos or during break

And honestly, it didn't even seem like you were working, rather than just doing something you loved to do,, with someone you liked loved to do it with
