omg hi meg 🥰 i would love nothing more than to monologue about luke in the tour diary to give you some light bus riding entertainment, but as you're well aware, we've just been blessed with cake talking about gbbo content and are losing our minds about that but i'm going to try to multitask here.

luke in the tour diary. there's so much of him being all the things.

he's all about this cone thing. he is gung-ho about the cone. more than any of the rest of them. he has special voices for the cone line. i find this incredibly endearing. he (along with calum) also seems to be leading the charge on the we're young we're hung we're 5sos chant which is also somehow incredibly endearing.

but then, then meg, he shows up smoldering in his tank top with his very wide chest and shapely shoulders and that necklace and his mouth and lips like that and suddenly endearing is not the word i would use to describe him.

the rollercoaster continues with "this is the bus i live on" and the investing skit mixed in with beautiful shots of him in the field of flowers and on the boat and it's enough to make your head spin.

then easy for you to say starts playing, and it seems like it's going to be a nice, vibey montage. and it is. UNTIL LUKE APPEARS SHIRTLESS AND BOUNCING while smiling sweetly and dancing like that one toddler in dance class who didn't follow the routine at the recital and captivated the audience with their antics u know the one.

i had to pause and reply several times to make sure i wasn't losing my mind. i have many thoughts about this half-second moment but you already know what they are and i will not be exposing myself on main this thursday evening. scratching and biting.

all of that bouncing bare torso after he's just destroyed me by dancing in the smiley fleecie? and making silly jokes and weird voices and just generally flailing his limbs every time he's on camera? so much to handle.

so basically: luke hemmings in the eu tour diary is just like luke hemmings in life. the most perfect collection of contradictions assembled inside the most perfect human.
