Not to dunk on the worst of evil on the eve of its finale but like gurl, you could never be the absolute whoreslut that is evilive.
#Both of them are gangster/mafia Dramas but twoe feels like it was made by straight men for straight men#while evilive is toxic gay yaoi written by straight (questioning???) men#likw im sorry but i was expecting these last three episodes to build up more on the relationship between Junmo and Gicheol#to make that payoff at the end that much more heartwrenching#but what we got felt so....bland? like Where's the flavour????#like why were they so afraid to show more scenes like that drinking scene in the finale to show exactly what Junmo thought of Gicheol???#because it would come off as gay???? come on#they kinda botched the execution of an otherwise excellent concept and premise#good god Gicheol and Junmo you both could've so much more could've been so much messier#sigh#gicheol died like that's gotta count as bury your gays trope#like he LITERALLY died of a broken heart because his boy bestie lover shot him RIGHT IN HIS HEART#smh gay people are not allowed to even take their lives anymore /j /lh#anyway#guys go watch evilive im begging yall for the 78383107382019th time#it's just so much gayer and so much messier & the sexy villian is already balls to the walls GAY obsessed with the protag its barely subtext#the worst of evil#evilive#evilive kdrama
