Do you see my vision? Not just chosen children, but chosen Navis too!

I don't have too much of a plot yet, but, in typical Digimon fashion, a group of kids (Lan, Maylu, Dex, Yai and Chaud) get pulled into the Digital World against their will to save it. The difference this time is that they already have digital companions who get some major reformatting when entering the Digital World! The PETs get turned into Digi-PETs, but still have the ability to upload Battle Chips to give the Navis-turned-mons special attacks, kinda like the cards in Tamers. I haven't designed Digi-fakes before, but I do know I want the Navi-mons to get unique new evolutions despite their rookie forms being pretty normal.

I do have some reason when choosing the Digimon forms, (despite my Ghost Game bias...)

Megaman is a Gammamon because it has multiple evolution branches, including a dark form, much like Megman. Very simple explanation.

Roll is a Cutemon because it is a bunny, and is pink, and is cute. End of story. (I didn't want to use Lopmon because it wouldn't make sense without Terriermon.)

Gutsman is a Sunarizamon because I liked how bulky and ground-based it is. It also wasn't a partner Digimon, to the best of my knowledge, and I was trying for a bit of variety.

Glide is an Agoramon because I think it would be funny to have instead of a fluffy bunny knight, to have a fluffy bunny butler. Angoramon can also fly, and is big enough to carry people, which I think Yai would use to her advantage.

Protoman is a Gaomon because Saver's Gaomon won me over with his 'sir yes, sir!/yes, master!'s. (I had to doodle my point which is why ProtoGaomon gets a whole page to himself.)

Hello! I love to digitally sculpt and print figures. I've set up this Tumblr to document various WIPs and projects I'm working on. Sorry it's been a while... life just a bit busy but anyway another batch of Pokemon Sky Trekkers! Quick warning it's been a while since I saw Yugioh GX, so some things might be off. Without further ado...

Jim "Crocodile" Cook

As it was stated in Duel Links, Jim dropped out of South Academy and quit dueling for a while. After doing some traveling, he ran into Axel along the way after the latter graduated.

After they both Fell to Poke-Earth (more specifically Galar's Wild Area) they at first feared they were in the Different Dimension again, but that theory quickly died when they A) noticed the area was less of a wasteland and B) saw Shirley, Jim's pet crocodile has turned into a Krookodile. She's become sort of a middle ground between eebydeeby and mystery gift.

While decently smart as a croc, becoming a Pokemon gave Shirley true sentience. Jim once pointed out to the crew, "It was like getting to know her for the first time"

While she can walk alongside him more easily now, Shirley still likes being carried around like a backpack.

He participated in some archeological digs when traveling with the Sky Trekkers, although he feels a bit... iffy about reviving fossils. The only reason he has a fossil mon on his team was because he saved it from poachers who stole a Tyrunt from some scientists, and the Tyrunt didn't want to leave him.

In a similar vein, Cara Liss is on his shit list when he heard about her poor Frankenstein abominations of fossil mons.

The Eye of Orichalculm gives him minor Aura sight, but he still keeps the eye bandaged because, unlike a Lucario or an Aura Guardian, he can't turn it off.

Him and Hanji tend to be research partners often, and like Dogday, he does tend to make sure they don't go overboard

Axel Brodie

Axel had to do a lot of paperwork to still use his gun despite it only shooting cards. (A lot of the crew still raise their eyebrows at that)

He did modify the gun a bit to also fire pellets made from Type Gems. (Law enforcement have similar weapons)

After a while and some convincing Axel and Jim did Duel to demonstrate how it works. (Aoi: "Still don't really understand how your world revolves around this card game... Axel: "Well, man, no one's home is normal from an outsiders perspective. Aoi:"....Well I suppose I can't argue with that logic."

He's one of the few people who can arm wrestle Donkey. He doesn't win, but he lasts longer than most.

Gammamon

His egg was found in the Wild Area by Shirley. It triggered some nesting instincts.

When he hatched as a Curimon, nobody really knew what he was. They thought he was a new pokemon since all he said was "Curi!"

But until he digivolved into Gurimon and started to say more words (granted, they were mostly things like "Play!" and "Hungry!" but still) was when even Jim and Axel, whose pokemon knowledge was limited, realized this probably wasn't typical.

When he finally became Gammamon, he could finally speak full sentences and say he was a Digimon not a Pokemon but...

Jim- "All right, squirt, what's a Digimon?"

Gammamon- "... I dunno!😃"

Shirley still sees him as her baby and constantly fusses over him.

It wasn't until they meet another Digimon, a SymbareAngoramon who's fighting in the Ferrum League, that they had a more complete picture about what a Digimon was.

Him and the other Sky Trekker kids, June, Cody, and Ika, are his best buddies and get into a lot of mischief together.

After a while, Gammamon could digivolve into his champion forms depending on his emotions.

BetelGammamon for when he's feeling strong and confident

KausGammamon when he's feeling light and carefree

WezenGammamon for when he's being protective

And even GulusGammamon for when REALLY mad, sad, or depressed.

PHEW! This took me forever cuz I really had to think about what I wanted and even then I'm not 100% on it, especially with Axel.
