zamira and george

The first time she let George sleep over early on in their relationship had been quite reluctantly. Zamira hated sharing her space and her bed. It was the scariest thing to her to even consider letting him invade her life in such an intimate way. Zamira had tensed in his arms that first night for a few minutes in the darkness of her room. As his comforting smell filled her nose and the sheer strength of his grasp brought her a feeling of safety that she'd never felt before. Zamira had melted into him effortlessly, and she was never able to sleep without him after that night.

gabriel and laura

Laura was supposed to be a game he played, but he played it far too well. It was far too late before he realised it. It was nothing more than a pawn in the O'Kelly's game to infiltrate her family. There were moments she'd given him an undeniable case of the butterflies, but it was hard not to have a mild crush on someone who looked like Laura. He was stopping by one morning with two cups of tea. The sight of her in the kitchen felt like a slap to the face. Her bare legs and "slept in" look gave him a sensation he'd never felt before. A sensation that gave him the shocking realisation that his fake feelings were now oh so real. He walked behind her, fingers gently lifting her top to reveal bare skin. Lips pressed to her hair. Gabriel knew he was in trouble now.
