Day. 1  Marrakech – the High Atlas Mountains – Ait Ben Haddou – Ouarzazate – Skoura – Dades

Our Marrakesh to Fes 3 days desert tour starts at 08:00 pm,  from Marrakesh to Dades valley via the High Atlas mountains Tizi n’Tichka. Stopping from time to time, to enjoy the impressive landscapes and Berber hamlets. On our way,  we will visit the universal Heritage Site of Ait Benhaddou Kasbah as it has been named by UNESCO in 1987. This Berber Kasbahs which has been used as a very important destination for international film makers, for more than 20 films. One of the most important fortress strongholds on the old Salt Road where caravans brought slaves, gold, ivory, salt, and silk from sub-Saharan countries to Marrakesh and beyond. We’ll pass through Ouarzazate, or what we call Hollywood of Africa since it’s has been as well a very famous destination for film makers. After Ouarzazate, we will continue to Dades valley, through the Kalaat Megouna, Skoura (Berber villages around the valley). we will spend the night in Dades valley.

Day 2: Dades – Todra Gorges – Jorf – Erfoud – Merzouga (Camel Ride & Night in Sahara) After breakfast, we will start the second day of our 3 days tour Marrakech to Fes,  going from Dades Gorges to the Erg Chebbi Sahara desert in Merzouga. Berber villages are scattered along the way, we will pass through Todra Gorges, Tenghir, Tinjdad, Jorf. Then to Erfoud where we will feel the beginning of the Saharan Oasis of Tafilalet, we continue to a Hotel in Merzouga, after relaxing for a few minutes you will take some of your luggage in a small bag (the necessary for the night in the desert), leave the other luggage in the hotel. Time to ride camels on an adventure crossing the Erg Chebbi sand dunes, this is a great opportunity to take lovely pictures of the sunset and sunrise. when we reach the camp we will leave the camels and we walk to the highest sand dunes, for Sand boarding and to watch the sunset. We will spend the night in a desert camp (Berber nomad tents) with drum music in the middle of the Sahara.

Day 3: Merzouga – Er Rissani – Ziz Valley – Azrou – Ifrane – FezOur Adventure continues early in the morning, to watch the sunrise in the dunes, then we ride the camels back to Merzouga. After breakfast and a fresh shower in the Hotel, we start our journey to Fez. We stop on the road to enjoy tea with a nomadic family before we get through the High Atlas mountains. We stop by a town called Midelt where we’ll have lunch, This town is a very impressive mountain city at 1488 meters of altitude, well situated lower down the Jbel Ayachi (3737 m). In the afternoon we’ll continue to the legendary city of Fez end of your Marrakech To Fes 3-Day.
