something about fairy godmother!merlin after gudako lets it slip that she thinks cindereli's dress is gorgeous and that she'd love to try it on makes me feral

so of course, when she wakes up in the middle of the night, she's in a beautiful castle, in a beautiful dress, staring at the mirror like she can't believe it's actually her

and then comes a knock at the door, and who appears but merlin himself, dressed up and ready to escort her to the ball

and there are tons of people there, mostly background characters with little bearing on her day to day life, but some of them are also the friends and family and classmates she hasn't seen in what feels like years

randomly, servants enter her dream and get put into appropriate costumes. abby and dantes are also there the entire time as bodyguards (abby is her lady in waiting/maid and dantes is her suave mercenary friend, it's in the script that merlin never ends up giving her), mash is there as a princess from a neighboring kingdom, and oberon is ALSO there, he forced himself there because he got no invite and he heard about it from castoria, and kind of miffed he didn't hear about this first because he can also do that. it's very important to him that gudako knows that, even if he'll never do it for her, obviously

she spends the night dancing away (always making sure to check on merlin, though he doesn't dance himself), until the clock hits twelve and merlin spirits her back to a room that looks like chaldea, but there are subtle touches to it that suggest its either OG chaldea or novum chaldea with the things she's missing from her OG room that sion couldn't replicate

and he makes her some hot chocolate, mimicking a certain someone (which causes a brief lull in the conversation after which merlin mocks the man mercilessly, but in a very frenemy way, and it gets a small smile out of her as she tells him not to make fun of the dead, but she's still agreeing with him), and they talk about how fun the night was

until gudako jokes about how she didn't have a prince charming. you can't have fairy tales without prince charming, who is the princess supposed to marry??

they end up debating whether she actually didn't have one or if she just isn't a princess who needs a prince charming right now (gudako rejects the premise that she doesn't want one—why does everyone else get knight kings, she says, pointing at shirou and hakuno for artoria and charlie), and she offhandedly says that if fairy godmothers looked like him, prince charmings would be out of a job

and that—

and that catches him off guard because the very next thing she says is "maybe prince charming was the fairy godmother who helped me along the way"

and he automatically says, "i'm not sure that's how the saying goes, my lord"

but anything else he can say dies in his throat when she stands up and asks him to dance with her and how can he say no when she's smiling at him so brilliantly

"shall we, o' wizard of mine?"

"as my lord commands."

and they live happily ever after

(when morning comes, gudako wakes up to a surprise in her bed. she figures out pretty quickly that he's just pretending to sleep, so she kicks him off her bed.

"my lord is a cruel master," he complains, cuddling her.

after they show up to breakfast like that, gawain straight up asks if she needs him to bail her out and is extremely disappointed when he finds that's not the case.)

FGO team invite Hylnyan to travel to next town with them

Heroes' Gauntlet Round 2!!! Guda(ko)'s very fine Lancer Army and her Knights of the Round proceed to hunt Hylnyan down. sics dragons at her.. is HW this? Guda(ko) Necromancer this since they are all in shadow servant forms?

An encounter or two later to realize that Emet is using Guda(ko) to delay Hylnyan to get timeywhimey macguffin grail. Ends up working together

"My Lobo is fluffier than your Fenir."

Hylnyan would still be conflicted at the end of the event but is sent back automatically because resolution. And would still take down Guda(ko) if she was a threat appearing in her neck of the woods

Much parallels spotted when playing both games. Especially Varis during Alliance parley and Wodime's Olympus monologue about godhood.

Guda(ko) aka Fujimaru Ritsuka was practically an Ascian and kinda Elidibus-Emet in a way yet not She's the only suitable compatible summoner left and then 6 years later...

But shards are not stagnant worlds and that LB1 conversation. Would it be much more ecplosive if G'raha (aka Pollux) was added to it since he did change timelines.

The conversation of Guda(ko), Emet (and if he wants to bring Elidibus it will be COOOOOLLLLL!!!!) WoL, Wodime would be quite something with an over dramatic Emet pitting Guda(ko) and Wodime against WoL and guilt tripping G'raha.

What would using the crystal tower, the mother crystal or Crystal Exarch as quartz payment bring? Would it bring back Doctor? Or restore Data Loss? What is this Link Lost with Avengers thing I hear about? I don't want to lose Lobo since Guda(ko) put in much effort for the wolf. I have to wait for the NA version...

That and the game just added Urianger's JP VA to servant list, Estinein and the twins when? XD

I don't fanfic the crossover because I can't handle how obsessed I would be if I have to write it. The most is limited interaction because its huge and I'm not really sure how to resolve it.

Gudako’s Family Tree

Giving y’all an indicator on where her demonic traits come from.

Gramp Fujimaru is a descendant of a Templar Knight that worked directly under Jacques Molay. Because of that, they got cursed by Baphomet. Every eldest child in the family has this curse. However the curse got more and more diluted through each generation.

Lilith, The Progenitor Demon and First Queen of Hell, is Gudako’s Grandmother. She’s a powerful demon but no recognized as a Beast Class servant as she has no love for humanity. Albeit that love is only reserved for her family and kin.

Ryukou Fujimaru is her late mother. Against all odds, Lilith gave birth to a half-human, half-demon. The details on her are unknown other than she died young and had most of Gudako’s traits.

Vaughan Madoc is Ritsuka’s Father. Welsh mage that works in the Astronomy Department of the Mage’s Association. He had sought out Ryukou and decided to marry her after he found she was a half-demon. All in the hopes of creating a heir to pass on his magecraft. However since Gudako didn’t have enough magic circuits nor aptitude, he left Gudako in the care of her Grandfather and returned to England.

So, it turns out the stress I was going through these days was partly because of my period. This world is truly not kind to women at all. To cope with the embarrassment of emotional imbalance, I started thinking about how the gacha girls go through their periods.

Lumine is probably the one who suffers the most. Her main source of income is the Adventurers' Guild, so she's always out and about, and I get the feeling she wouldn't stop because of cramps or anything else. In fact, it's possible she learned to power through it. It's probably hard to put her down.

Stelle... Stelle with PMS is a scary thought. I can see her having some horrible mood swings. And there's like a 50% chance she doesn't remember how to deal with it because of the Stellaron shenanigans, the poor thing. At the very least, everyone in the Astral Express is kind and willing to help.

And then there's Gudako. Lmao, her biggest problem isn't even the period, it's all the fussy Servants. Someone smells blood on her and all hell breaks loose. Paracelsus would definitely try some shady medicine. Asclepius probably tries to get her cured of her period for the rest of her life. One of the dream Servants tries to trap Gudako in a world where she doesn't have to feel cramps. Arjuna Alter might try to use Mahapralaya and destroy the concept of menstruation altogether. It's just a mess.

•It's wasn't until you finally decided to ask her straight up what her problem was

•It's seemed fair given that because of her wariness you almost ended as wyvern food

•That's when she brought up how she'd been sensing something off about you, like there was something dark and malevolent buried inside, it felt like it was restrained but dangerous

•That's when it clicked for you, and you ended up telling her about you being a descendant of Oni kind making you a mixed blood

•That's what she was sensing, it was a consequence of being a mixed blood that you could undergo an Inversion impulse and become a Crimson vermillion red.

•It's was especially true for you given that your blood ran thicker than you parents blood did but it was something you kept a tight leash

•You explained that to her and you could visibly see her relax, she seems to understand that while that was apart of you it wasn't something that made you a threat

•It's was after that that you started to actually bond with Jeanne and eventually though you knew each other for a short time it was obvious there was something developing between you two

•That's why when it finally came time for the singularity to close you were the most upset by it

•Though the sorrow didn't stay fir long, given that she was summoned to Chaldea by chance after attempting to summon more servants

•Needless to say you were excited, our smile visibly lit up the room when you saw her

•And lucky for you, she remembered who you were, which is why it was so easy to finally confess your feelings to each other

•You are actually Jeanne’s first relationship, she never had time for romance when alive do your gonna have to take the lead a lot

•She may not look it but Jeanne is very protective of you, she knows you like to fight probably cause of your Oni blood but that doesn't mean she won't try to minimize the injuries you get

•It also doesn't prevent you from being scolded by her for being reckless.

•Jeanne absolutely loves to cuddle so you better be prepared, cuddling with her feels like being enveloped in a warm blanket

•It's even better that she smells like the sun, it's very peculiar feeling but not an unwelcome one

•This shouldn't come as much of a surprise but she's not the jealous type, why should she be jealous? You choose her outta all the servants to be with and she the type to trust in her feelings and your love for her

•Also not a surprise but She loves affection especially kisses, there's just something about them that she especially loves and not just regular kisses she loves all types of kisses. Kissing on the lips just happens to be her favorite

• She's aware that eventually, your relationship might have to end once the grand order is finished. For now, though, she's going to envelope you in all her love and make wonderful new memories with you, ones that even the throne of heroes is bound to remember.

a headcanon: There's no way Guda doesn't have a large amount of scars. Even though they're always protected by Servants in battle, attacks still reach them from time to time, and they're not immune to bouts of bad luck (some of their scars aren't even battle scars, at least a couple are tripped-badly-while-dodging-an-attack type scars). That, multiplied by a lot of battles over the course of years, adds up to a lot.

A teenager with battle scars gives a weird impression, which could effect negotiations or other interactions with residents of Singularities and Lostbelts, so most of Guda's Mystic Codes come with a simple glamor spell woven in to hide the scars on their exposed skin - particularly with outfits like Gudako's Arctic Uniform where most of her legs are bare.

But glamor magic is another sort of "lie", so Faerie Eyes see through them.

Guda may not have directly told their companions in Faerie Britain about what sort of journey they'd been on, but from the day they met in the Nameless Woods, Castoria could see the scars up and down their limbs, as well as the fact they'd felt the need to hide them - and that tells enough.

Thank you so much for requesting (and sorry for taking so long)! You don't know how much I loved writing this prompt. Lancelot deserves so much love, but I also enjoy putting him in angsty scenarios 👀

When correcting minute singularities one must always stay on guard, the most insignificant mistake can be fatal.

Everyone is aware of that, and still they couldn’t help but to be overconfident about that mission. They only realized their mistake when they encountered a bunch of enemies that turned out to be stronger than they seemed. And when things go bad they can become much worse. 

In the middle of a fight, while Mash was desperately trying to block the enemies’ attacks the best she could, a simple miscalculation left her exposed to one of the creatures. She couldn’t react on time, but Lancelot rushed to her aid, being hurt in the process. 

His master, aware of the gravity of the wound, ordered him to fall back, a decision which the knight wasn’t too pleased with. He kept insisting he should be the one battling the enemies, that Mash needed to retreat and protect their master. Both, master and shielder, refused his request, Mash had enough stamina to keep fighting a while longer, that way Lancelot could take their master to a safe place. If the saber kept fighting, his death was certain, that wound would be his downfall. 

Swallowing his pride, the saber obeyed. He picked his master into his arms and fled to a secured zone, a cave well-hidden deep into the forest. Just as they entered, Lancelot collapsed in the ground, his master hurried to his aid, trying her best to sit him, back against the rocky walls of the cave. Part of his armor was shattered to pieces, it would not regenerate before returning to Chaldea. 

The servant tried to stay awake, being guided by his master’s voice. His sight was becoming clouded little by little; noises began to distort. Last he remembered before losing consciousness was the blurred image of Mash rushing into the cave.

He didn’t know how much time had passed since he collapsed, he opened his eyes slowly so they could gradually readjust. He could feel something pressing gently on his side, just where the injury was. Lancelot quickly recognized the feeling of his master’s delicate hands, she was probably doing her best to stop the hemorrhage. It was weak, but he could perceive a faint wave of healing magic. His master probably had to use a lot of mana to close the wound. It was hard to believe that he was still alive (or as alive as a servant can be), he was very lucky.

“Finally awake, huh?”

They glanced at each other, Lancelot noticed the bags under her eyes, her tired face seemed a bit pale. No wonder why her magic seemed so weak, who knows how long she had been casting that spell.

“You really scared us when you fainted, your wound was so deep I thought you wouldn’t make it… But I finally managed to heal it completely.” She talked fast, almost stumbling with her words, clearly she was still nervous from the shock. “Mash went to search for food, there were some fruit trees nearby so she shouldn’t take too long.”

“As I knight it is my duty to rescue damsels in distress, I wasn’t expecting it to be the other way round. I guess that as long as it’s you I could get used to it.” 

Lancelot chuckled at the sight of his master smiling faintly, yet he soon felt a sharp pain on his side. Noticing the worried look on his master's face he reassured her.

“It’s ok, I’m fine… I’ve been through worse so don’t panic.”

Lancelot took one of her hands to give her a gentle kiss. Seeing how it was covered in his dried blood he couldn’t help but think that a lady such as her shouldn’t be forced to stain her hands like that.

“You shouldn’t waste your magical power to save just one servant, you know that right?”

“Why would you say that so suddenly?” She frowned.

“I just want to remind you that you can always summon another heroic spirit to help you. This time everything came out good in the end, but you could have compromised the mission.”

“I know but…” She stopped, carefully thinking what to say “I know if something happened to you Mash wouldn’t forgive herself, not after you almost sacrificed yourself to save her.”

In the end, Lancelot was Galahad’s father, and that meant he was also a father figure for Mash, just as doctor Romani was.

“I know you worry about her, you are her best friend and you care about her deeply. However, I also know you didn’t do this just for her.”

The two of them stayed silent. Just for a moment, the only audible sound was the wind echoing in the cave’s walls. As much as she tried to hid it, Lancelot was certain that his master was taking decisions based on her own feelings instead of thinking rationally. A part of him was happy about that, after all that was one of the things he loved about her. However, he was also worried that it may cause problems in the long run for her.

“If you risk your life for a servant-”

“I know!” She screamed, fighting back the tears “I know my life is more important as a master… But you can’t ask me to stand still and do nothing when I can help. If anything happened to you I…”

She stopped mid-sentence to take a deep breath, trying to calm down. 

“As long as it's possible I will do anything to protect you, you have my word.”

He would be lying if he said it didn’t make him happy to hear that, shocking as that statement may be. Lancelot wiped her tears with a sad smile.

“You should stop stealing my lines, it’s a bit embarrassing. Please, don’t cry anymore, I can't bear to see your beautiful face like this.”

He leaned a bit to kiss her, stopping himself midway as he heard Mash’s rushed steps as she entered the cave. The shielder was happy to see him recovered, and encouraged him and the master of Chaldea to take some rest, insisting that she will keep watch for the night. The master refused at first, yet she soon felt all the exhaustion hit her like a train. She curled up next to the saber, letting her head rest on his shoulder, but she had a hard time falling asleep, opening her eyes from time to time to check on Lancelot. It wasn’t until she could hear him breathe deeply in his sleep that she could relax as well.

My Ritsuka/Gudako headcanons

She’s a chronically sleepy ADHD trans girl who has never taken anything seriously in her life before Chaldea, who uses humor to cover up her emotional turmoil and has sooo many mental issues and yet she persists.

She’s bi and polyamorous so at the very least she very much enjoys meeting all these hotties en route to saving humanity; she’s lowkey a perv and I mean that as a virtue (“Mash, her boobs are so big I can’t work under these conditions.” “My deepest sympathies, Master, it is going to be okay.”)

Despite hiding behind humor and sarcasm, she loves so loudly. Like, she is not slick. She is 🤏this close to confessing her love to Mash at any given moment only to dodge and say something like “Is your hair pink or purple, I can’t tell” when Mash asks why she’s staring. Anyone can see how much she adores Mash, even Mash can kind of see it, she just can’t quite figure out what to make of it or how to feel about it. And besides, humanity needs saving, that’s more important right now.

This isn’t to say her interactions with Mash are awkward at all. For all the effort Ristuka puts into not revealing her true feelings for Mash, she absolutely will confess her feelings about others to her. Because Mash is the closest, dearest friend she’s ever had in her life. They love each other dearly and that goes without saying. Mash knows that Ritsuka catches feelings way too easily and how that just makes her job as the Last Master of Humanity that much harder. She will genuinely fall in love at first meeting sometimes. She is only setting herself up for more yearning and the last thing she needs is more yearning. (“I miss [servant from past singularity], Mash. I miss them a lot.”) Mash isn’t the jealous type though so this doesn’t bother her.

Please ask more about my Ritsuka she’s taking up so much space is my brain. So is Mash tbf.

Hello! I hope that you have are having an awesome day! Can i request yandere gudao, Gudako and Mash x Servant!Reader (Who is kinda like Zhongli from genshin impact in where each ascension reveals their divine nature and also the reader shares similar power sets. Not only that the reader has been with them since the beggining acting not just as a loyal servant but also a mentor and a support figure for them)

This is going to lean more into them being platonic and less romantic, I hope that's okay!

I kinda wish I could say that my time has been awesome, but after I finished my summer semester, my zombie air-conditioner told me to die on the hottest days of August. It's better now, though!

{Gudao, Gudako, and Mashu}

Fuyuki was a very stressful and hard time for all of them. There's a good bit of time between Fuyuki and Orleans because there's a lot of readjusting that has to be done now that there are only two mages, they're not even good ones, and Olga has passed. They are all very stressed and very depressed.

Lucky one of the servants that Chaldea happened to summon a servant who more than capable of being their to support them in their time of need!

Their first [five star] high ranking support Caster! However, Da Vinci and Romani aren't sure if it's actually the person they were trying to summon. They're dressed in nice enough clothes, very polite, and overall just shockingly normal. They know servants will be different depending on the class as well as the point in time they're taken from. But with all of Da Vinci's research, she's never heard of them acting like this.

Despite their unexpected personality and being new to Chaldea, they are quick to start their mentor roles with both their new masters and Mashu.

Starting when they lend an ear to listen to Gudao and Gudako's troubles. They are nervous to express how overwhelmed you are with being the only two masters left out of dozens of them. Plus, being traumatized by the sudden explosion, the bodies, thinking both they and Mashu would also die alongside them.

But they are nothing but kind and supportive. They don't sugar-coat it and lie to them, the up coming journey will be hard. They will be with them every step of the way and help them to become better mages. Gudao and Gudako couldn't be more relieved to finally have that off their chest.

Gudao and Gudako know that everyone is doing their best to get the current situation at least passable so they can do the Singularities and not let everyone die. But wow. Did it feel good for someone, anyone, to just sit down with them and be there for them.

Mashu is sort of in a similar place. Now, being a Shielder class, she isn't too sure how to be one due to the lack of information they have on them. They may not be a Shielder, but the new servant is a defense support servant. They can't help her in the 100% way she needs. They can still help her train and improve her skills.

She just jumps into training. Mashu just wants to be a good servant and protect her senpais and Chaldea. Which was a mistake. Her new teacher can immediately tell something is wrong and makes her stop. She can't be a good protector or have her training go anywhere with how she's feeling.

They sit her down with some tea and, like with the Gudas, talk about what's wrong. It's not just to optimize a training schedule, but because they care about master and don't want to see her in emotional pain. It goes similar to Gudas, if not more hesitate than them, having a different background. They're so patient with her and allow her to take her time, saying that she doesn't even have to admit her feelings fully or even say them at all. They just want her to know they are here for her.

It does make her emotional. So many heavy unexpected things have happened, and she might not express her feelings now or possibly later, but the feelings of support mean a lot to her.

As their time with Chaldea continues, they become more comfortable, they choose to acsend into their second ascension and stay in it. It's a lot more what was expected when they were first summoned. There is much more proper and traditional type of outfit. It's flowly and shows off the black and yellow patterns they hide under their sleeves.

With more and more servants that join Chaldea, they thought the masters and Mashu would branch off into hanging out with other servants. Especially the more lively ones, reading, drinking tea and training can only be so fun. But, they don't. Even Mashu, who use to be curious about their backgrounds. The only time they actually do is when suggested to. Gudas and Mashu seem to have fun, but they feel like it's only to make them happy...

The three of them like the other servants, and like Da Vinci and Romani. But like the servants' skills, they are a pillar that has kept them from Fuyuki to Camelot. They really don't know what this journey would have been like without them in it.

Their journey together seems to be ending very soon, and the three could not be more worried about. They should be happy that Chaldea is almost done and the world will he save. But they don't wanna let go. They don't want this consent in their life to leave them, and they want to see them go. At least the Lostbelts will happen!
