i had a dream last night that gucci released a new product in hopes of selling their elitist idealism to anti-corporation millennials and it was GucciCrocs™️ and they only made like 500 of them and the first 100 were offered for. a ridiculously low price so ofc they sold out right away and then gucci yanked up the prices for the other 400 but but people were in such a mad scramble to get their hands on a pair of GucciCrocs™️ that they didn’t notice and started taking out these huge loans so they could buy GucciCrocs™️ but they couldn’t pay them back and inflation rose until only the 1% could afford even pretty basic nessecities and we were plunged into a terrible depression and gucci (doing just dandy, of course) was like “oop now that we’ve decimated the fashion industry we’ll provide clothes for everyone and help rebuild, essentially brainwashing everyone so that when this is all over we’ll be remembered in a positive light”
