Le premier tournoi en salle des SRD Young Stars s'est très bien déroulé et cela grâce à nos invités, FC Basel, FC Gruyère-Lac et Olympique Porrentruy.

Aujourd'hui, nous avons dû offenser un Dieu maori, qui nous a montré son sens de l'humour tordu.

On a commencé la journée sous un grand soleil, franchement magnifique (apres s'être pelées les miches toute la nuit par 1° dans le van). Vu qu'on avait pris une nuit en camping pour pouvoir prendre une douuuuuche (!), et pour faire la lessive (eh si, on a même réussi à récupérer le pantalon embourbé de Clochette, victoire), on s'est aussi fait un petit brunch de la mort ... Avocat citron - bacon - gruyère - oeuf au jaune coulant 🤤 C'était trop boooooooon

Une fois cette première étape indispensable terminée, on est allées récupérer la lessive, et le lutin de la machine avait piqué une des petites culottes de Clochette ... Ça compte quand on n'en a que 3 ! Devant notre recherche véhémente, il a fini par nous la rendre discrètement deux heures plus tard en la planquant sous un sac de rando ... Hmm, bien tenté petit lutin, on t'a à l'oeil. (Comment ça, mes neurones ne s'arrangent pas avec le froid ?)

On est ensuite parties faire la balade des chutes du Taranaki (alors qu'on est dans le Tongariro et que Taranaki, c'était la montagne d'avant. Faut suivre ici hein)! Sur le chemin, on a enfin vu le volcan qui était caché toute la journée hier ❤️

Les chutes étaient très choupies, et elles ont la petite particularité de tomber depuis ... Une falaise de coulée de lave. (Voui, le grand mur, là, c'est de la lave) on a la classe ou on ne l'a pas !

Ensuite, Clochette et Touille se séparent, l'une rentrant à la voiture et l'autre continuant la route ... Direction les lacs Tama ! Une rando avec un peu de kilomètres mais assez plate au final, très agréable ... Et aux paysages grandioses !

La végétation est très marrante, assez rase, avec quelques buissons aux feuilles très nombreuses mais toutes petites (stratégie pour optimiser la photosynthèse et limiter les pertes en eau), et de toutes les couleurs ! Du vert, du brun, du jaune, du rouge, ça claquait ...

Et puis d'un coup, arrivée sur le lac du bas, soudainement dans un paysage assez désolé, couvert de scories

De là, une jolie petite grimpette (sur une espèce de pouzzolane qui gliiiiisse) pour accéder au second lac, avec une vue panoramique sur les deux assez extraordinaire.

A noter qu'il y avait des bourrasques à 60km/h pour -3 ressentis (selon le visitor center), ça pelait un peu les miches.

Au retour, le paysage se couvre soudain en 10minutes ... (Vous le voyez le jooooli nuage apparu à droite comme par magie ?)

Je rentre, commence donc à me prendre une pluie avec des gouttes énormes et des bons coups de vent qui fouettent violemment le visage, et je fais le voeu pieux que la pluie disparaisse. C'est donc là que l'humour des Dieux Maori rentre en jeu, puisque la pluie s'arrête bien ... Remplacée par une tempête de grêle, avec le même vent de face \o/ ça piiiiiiiiique !! Un très bon exemple du climat néo-zélandais schizophrène !

Note : je suis bien arrivée à la voiture, fortement humidifiée, et on a donc mis le chauffage à fond dans la voiture, je suis toujours vivante 🥰

Boucle Pont de Corbières – Echarlens - Pont de Corbières

En ce jeudi de l’Ascension (9 mai 2024), nous avons profité de la météo printanière et de ce jour de congé pour effectuer un parcours au lac de Gruyères. Nous avons suivi un parcours proposé sur le site Komoot. Au départ du Pont de Corbières, nous longeons le lac en direction de Morlon. Nous sommes dans un cordon boisé. Ensuite, nous sommes allées en Suisse, rejoindre une copine et rendre visite à deux autres copines suisses qu'on a rencontré à Barcelone.

D'abord au bord du lac Léman, dans l'appartement de la mère d'une amie avec une très belle vue.

Ensuite, nous sommes allées voir l'autre copine à Fribourg, très jolie ville avec une rivière dans laquelle on s'est baignées.

Nous sommes aussi allées à Gruyère, visiter le village et puis manger une fondue dans une petite auberge typique.

Enfin, nous sommes passées dans la partie alémanique, avec d'abord un lac de montagne, Oeshinensee, puis Lauteebrunnen et ses hautes falaises.

Week-end chargé ma meilleure amie est venu pour nouvel an du coup au total 6a la soirée géniale des jeux ( billard fléchettes mim )

Le 1er ménage une fois que tous les autres amis sont partis puis direction Lausanne en Suisse 🇨🇭.

Une fois arrivé petite sieste, apéro et dodo

Le 2 spa à côté de gruyère petit fondu au resto et balade près du lac léman dans les vignes

17h on reprend la route et on se fait inviter chez un ami pour manger

Week-end très chargé mais qui fait du bien,qui vide bien la tête

Velan [Vélan] (said Michel) it is the largest mountain - with long back and in front of us (no! Michel must be wrong – Mt. Velan [Vélan] is to the east just above the great St. Bernard – it must have been Mt. Cramont [Crammont] I meant?– our guides were not very au fait at the mountains hereabouts) just below us (rather to the left) the Allée Blanche and the lac du Combal at the farther end of which beings Val Veni [Val Veny] - on our ascent, and at the top, daises, Michaelmas ditto, chamomile, forget-me-nots, gentianella etc the nearest mont wooded, and pointed seeming to close the valley straight before is (conical) is the Mt. Valesan [Valaisan] – impossible – Michel must be wrong again. Mt Valesan [Valaisan] is to the south of little St Bernard – was this last named mountain rather than the long-backed one Mt. Blanc’ had told it was from this white rock the valley was called Allée Blanche -  N.B. this white rock is not in l’Allée Blanche but in the Val Veni [Val Veny] -  A- walked an hour longer (too nervous and frightened to ride along the narrow track amid these rocks and precipices) till we nearly reached the bottom of the valley – very hot riding along the bottom and the flies very troublesome to our mules – the Doria passes under the glacier de Brenva (turns  right) and falls into the Doria of the valley de Ferret just below the little town of Entrèves in the vallée de Entrèves, and passes Courmayeur, Aoste etc etc we had a considerable montée towards the glacier - it was by this that Mrs and Miss Campbell descended from the col de Géant – we were opposite their zigzag track at one - alighted to look at the glacier – our being so near and looking from some height made the sight instructive as to the nature of glaciers in general - then walked down to the bridge - remounted our mules – passed the baths, 2 nice, white new-looking houses at a little distance (left) and alighted à l’Ange the great hotel at Courmayeur at 2 8 – very fine all our way – 10 minutes shower ¼ hour after our arrival – dinner at 5 ¼ in an hour Miss W- had previously lain down and had a fresh bottle of vin d’Asti   then walked to the village of Dolen [Dolonne], as pronounced Dolina on the map – beautifully situated singular village consisting principally of one very odd narrow overhanging shabby street - the wood houses with projecting stories and roofs meeting within about 2ft. at the top - the street (channel in the middle) about nine ft. wide - very antique looking - tolerably good church -  Courmayeur very beautifully situated in deep basin with 2 valleys opening into  it at each end - viz. -  Val Veni [Val Veny] and de Ferret and the valley de la Thuile leading to the little St. Bernard and the bend of the valley towards Aosta - and 2 recess one on each side that of Dolina [Dolonne], rich green and beautiful and that of the village of Saxe, thro’ which you go to Les Trons des Romains, ancient [mines], ‘pour en extraire une galène à petits grains, tenant argent, dans une gauge de spath calcaire’  Vid. Jours 49 et 50

Ce matin, on quitte l'île d'Andoya et plus généralement les Lofoten. On roule pas mal, on monte sur les hauts plateaux norvégiens puis on traverse la frontière avec la Suède. Étonnement, nos papiers et passeports sanitaires ne sont pas contrôlés. On longe longtemps l'immense lac d'Abisko en traversant son parc naturel. Il y a un vent fou tellement fort et le lac est si grand qu'on a l'impression que c'est la mer et qu'il y a des vagues. Dans l'après midi, on arrive dans la ville minière de Kiruna. La mine est immense et est juste à côté de la ville si bien que son sous sol est un vrai gruyère et que les autorités ont commencé son déplacement à quelques kilomètres non loin afin d'éviter la catastrophe. Le soir, on trouve un camping en bord de lac à une quinzaine de kilomètres de Kiruna.

Le jour 50, on commence la journée par aller à Jukkasjärvi et on y visite un musée à ciel ouvert retraçant l'histoire et les coutumes du peuple Sami, peuple nomade éleveur de rennes en Laponie (nord de la Suède, de la Norvège et de la Finlande). On y apprend plein de choses et on prend la pose avec les rennes du parc. On se rend ensuite devant le fameux ICE Hotel de la ville célèbre dans le monde entier pour ses suites gelées (mobilier et déco gelés aussi). Après, nous roulons direction la frontière finlandaise à travers les bois et les couleurs automnales. On rencontre plein de rennes en liberté à la lisière des forêts. On passe en Finlande en fin d'après midi et on a notre premier décalage horaire du voyage. On se pose finalement pour la nuit dans les bois au bord d'un lac #Finlandlife

They get up early and AL drives AW to drink again. There is a throwaway comment about the accommodation that had me thinking about how high maintenance my wife is. Anyone who can identify the mountain that AL misidentifies gets kudos as I can't find a Mont Cramont referenced anywhere.
