Growing Mint In Raised Beds (Grow LOTS of Mint Every Year!)

Today I'm going to show you the mint I’m growing in my raised beds. I grow lots of mint each spring! There is little to no maintenance and the mint will come back every year!

The mint plants are growing well on one side of the planter but on the other side I had to cut them all down and start over. Something is wrong with the batch of steams we got for that side. Things are starting to Bloom! 💐 I live in a townhome, and have been missing having a garden! So I brought my garden to my balcony! I’ve been sharing some photos of plants, herbs, and flowers that I’ve grown through seeds, or bought small in the beginning. I purposely bought some flowers that weren’t blooming as of yet, as I love to see the surprise when the blooms open! This first photo is of my African Lillies, they are just gorgeous, and just fully bloomed today! Are these some of your favorites too? 💛 My tomato 🍅 plant was grown from seeds, which came in this kit, to include the jar. It’s been growing pretty well, except recently I’ve seen a few leaves that look like bugs are them. So I keep checking it daily. I’ve been seeing the tiny yellow flowers, which will turn into the tomatoes 🍅. The recent hail storm may have caused a few of those flowers to fall off. 😞 But; look at the last photo, what do you see? I noticed this today! 🍅 My tiny garden is part of my “Me” time! It’s giving me the time to get my hands in the earth, and smell the fresh soil! I’m not thinking about anything else, but caring for them. My mind is not stressed, I’m feeling the sun, and breathing in fresh scents of Rosemary, Tomato 🍅, Basil 🌿, Lavender, Chamomile, Mint, Bee Balm, and mixed scents of flowers.
