i forgot to say that Missy's got a son around Izzy's age, which makes him a nephew/little brother figure to Trev.

EDIT: his name is Jeremy but goes by Jezza or Jez and he uses he/they pronouns, but just recently started poking around at Gender Things™ so he still mainly defaults to he/him.

i also can't ever decide if sandra's got sisters (at least two) and a few niephs (fun term for sibling's children) or if she's an only child like Chris. i think there's some humour to be found in the idea of her being one of five or six sisters, like the pride and prejudice bennets, and her marrying an actual Bennett, but there's also a lot about her that screams only child ykwim?

anyways, all this to say is that i'm trying to establish an age line in my headcanons to make my writing the CYDS kids a lot easier on me lmao

part of being the way i am (has ocd) means i adore spreadsheets and organizing them (bc it soothes my anxiety) and i am doing one for like all the ocs/semi-canonical ocs i've created and. i know i love max so much and also he's a posh lad who deffo has a family estate in the country but . did i need to give him such a big family TT.TT

Just throwing these headcanon facts, mixed with some canon ones, out there in case anyone would be interested:

Robert has an older brother Alex and a younger sister Ellie. Alex used to be married to Gigi. The siblings' parents are still together.

Lucy has her Dad, her Mum, her Uncle Robert, her Aunt Ellie, and her Granddad and Grandmum

Annie has her two daughters Francine and Langston, her older sister Alice, and their parents.

Dennis has a twin sister Sara, their parents, and their Aunt Dora.

Vanessa has her older brother Dave, her sister-in-law Wendy, her niece Aly, and her and Dave's Mum, and her Dad and Dave's adoptive father Darren. (Their Mum's second marriage resulted in Dave being born, but she and his dad split when he was around six or so.)

Max has, along with a great many extended family members, his parents, his dad's parents, an older brother Hugh who has a son Jax, and an older sister Carlie who has two daughters May and June.

Jonathan has his daughter Bennie and his ex-wife Elspeth. He also counts his two best friends from childhood, Davy and Ben, as family.

Trevor has his Auntie Carrol, his late Granddad, his parents, a second Granddad figure in the previous Cornley Theatre Lights Manager Ralph, an older sister figure in the previous CT Sound Manager Missy, and a younger sister figure in Ralph's granddaughter Izzy.

And fun facts about the Cornley Youth Dramatic Society kids!!!

Lucy, May, June, Izzy, Francine, Langston, Bennie, Aly, and Jax are all in, or were part of at one time, CYDS.

Francine, Langston, Bennie, and Aly are the closest in age, and they hang out a lot. Usually over at Jono or Annie's.

Occasionally, they'll go to Aly's house, but she lives a bit further out than the other three. If her parents aren't able to pick her up that night, she sleeps over at her Auntie Nessie's.

May and June are a few years younger than Lucy.

Izzy is between the twins and the other four girls in age.

Jax is the youngest of the Cornley Cast family members that currently attend CYDS.
