I've decided to start up a small mastermind / accountability / growth group after hearing about the benefits of such a group and realising that it's what I've been looking for for ages.The idea behind a mastermind group is that it works as a growth group, providing accountability to each of the members and acting as a sort of peer-to-peer mentoring and growth support group.We plan to have weekly 1 hr online meetings (via google hangouts) to support each other in reaching our individual goals.I'm looking for between 4-8 people, who have big goals and are already working towards making them a reality.NB we are based in Melbourne Australia so keep in mind timezones when considering this as you will want to have meetings at a reasonable time.The specific agenda is still to be sorted but the plan is along the lines of - 15 mins sharing high and lows of previous week - 30 mins hot seat where one member discusses a specific challenge or opportunity they have and the group provides feedback.
