Hajj and Umrah Packages from Bangladesh
Hajj is a special wish of a Muslim man or woman. Hajj is obligatory once in a lifetime for those who can afford it. One of the five pillars of Islam is the holy Hajj. Prayers and fasting are obligatory for all Muslims, rich and poor, but in the case of Hajj and Zakat, they are obligatory only for those Muslims who are financially able. When performing Hajj, a Muslim must go to a place chosen by Allah and perform certain rituals.
Millions of Hajj pilgrims from Bangladesh travel to Saudi Arabia for Hajj every year. If a pilgrim wants to go for Hajj from Bangladesh, he cannot go alone. Pilgrims must go for Hajj through Hajj Agencies of Bangladesh involved in conducting Hajj. Hajj Package is announced by the Ministry of Hajj of Bangladesh Government. In light of this announced Hajj package, Hajj agencies involved in private Hajj management are announcing Hajj packages from Bangladesh. Anyone can go for Hajj if they want through government management or private management.
How many steps does a pilgrim have to go through in preparation for Hajj?
First, they must pre-register. After pre-registration, you have to wait for the transition to the relevant year. He is scheduled to hit the road that year after reading his series within the quota set by the government.
Pilgrims can make detailed agreements with agencies about their facilities. The pilgrim gets full benefits from the private Hajj agency as per the contract. If the Hajj agency from Bangladesh does not perform the Hajj service properly according to the contract, the Hajj agency must calculate the penalty according to the law.
Why take a Hajj package?
Cannot a pilgrim perform Hajj without a Hajj package? What is the difference between private and public Hajj? We usually get so many questions.
In its 10 years of existence, Zamzamtravelsbd.com has helped hundreds of Bangladeshi Muslims to make their Umrah packages from Bangladesh. With our customized cheap umrah packages, Zamzamtravelsbd has become the best hajj company in Bangladesh.
The Umrah Hajj tour from Bangladesh is starting again after two years due to the Covid-19 epidemic. Umrah pilgrims are traveling to Saudi Arabia to perform Umrah from August 2021. Devoted Muslims from all over the world eagerly perform Umrah. Umrah packages from Bangladesh are selected from various umrah agents. Hajj Agency Bangladesh will help Bangladesh if it is still required to get a visa for Umrah packages. Hajj from Bangladesh is performed only once a year, but you can perform Umrah Hajj at any time of the year. For example, Hajj from Bangladesh costs at least three million and fifty thousand takas. Umrah packages from Bangladesh cost 1 lac to 1.40 lac taka. You can also go for the price. People who can afford it feel more comfortable with a customized umrah package.
Why go for Umrah in a package?
There are many clients who want to go for Umrah on their own without the help of an agency. Can I go for Umrah in this case? If someone wants to go for Umrah, he has to get an Umrah visa with the help of some agent. To apply for an Umrah visa, you must apply for an Umrah visa approved by the Saudi Embassy. Once you get your visa, you can buy a ticket and travel on your own.
But traveling alone to Saudi Arabia for Umrah would not be wise at all. For a good reason, you should go to an agency or Umrah packages from Bangladesh.
Travel agencies in Bangladesh announce different types of Umrah packages. You can take the Umrah package of your choice. Keep in mind that you need to know the details of the agency before taking the Umrah package. Because it is your responsibility to know the details before accepting any service. Then you will not be deceived. Since you are going to perform Umrah for the sake of Allah, it is better to take everything clearly. Umrah fringe travelers usually cannot contact an Umrah agency directly. They carry the Umrah package through local agents. In some cases, they go to perform Umrah with the leader of a local group. They do not understand or feel the need to understand what Umrah package is. They just package Umrah at low cost.

Jihad: The Highest Peak of Islam
Posted on September 14, 2009
Remember Hizb ut Tahrir? The Islamist group who recently hosted the “The Fall of Capitalism and the Rise of Islam” conference in Chicago? Remember how they said they were a peaceful organization who did not believe in jihad? Rather, they just want Islamic sharia law to replace our Constitution (video).
On December 10, 2001 – almost three months to the day after the 9/11 terror attacks – Rashad Ali, a British born Hizb ut Tahrir leader penned the following piece in Khilafah Magazine and on Khilafah.com. The article is no longer found on the site (surprise) – an online outlet for Hizb ut Tahrir – but is available through various archive services, where we found it (oops). It is indicative of the double speak coming from Islamist groups who attempt to blind non-Muslims with a peaceful veneer.
Jihad: The Highest Peak of Islam
uploaded 10 Dec 2001
The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) stated in one hadith, “The head of its matter is Islam and its pillar is the Salah and its highest peak is the Jihad.”
The discussion concerning Jihad is taking place throughout the Ummah and indeed many misunderstandings and distortions, some deliberate, have come forth. Some of these have been propagated by the likes of the government scholars both in the West and in the Muslim World, such as Jihad an-Nafs, Jihad against oneself and Jihad as a defensive war only.
We must realise that Jihad is a pillar of Islam and was described as its peak by Sayyidina Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam). It is the thing, which Allah (Subhanahu Wa ta’ala) in the Qur’an states that gives the Ummah life; indeed Umar ibn al Khattab (ra) stated, “There is no izza (honour) without Jihad”. Hence any misunderstanding of this vital concept would have huge ramifications. Hence, it is necessary to have a clear understanding of Jihad and make clear these corruptions, which have been propagated by the Kuffar, their agent rulers and their “scholars”.
Jihad an-Nafs
Some have attempted to justify their stance on this concept with what is apparently intended as a daleel (Islamic evidence), and so have used a narration to justify this concept of Jihad an-Nafs or dealing with all the political and military problems we face by becoming introspective or looking inwardly as opposed to looking at the Ahkam Shari’ah and seeing what Allah (Subhanahu Wa ta’ala) has demanded from us.
So they use what they claim is a hadith, or saying of Muhammad (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), “We have returned from the lesser Jihad to the greater Jihad, that is the struggle against the evil of oneself.” This is in fact a fabrication and is known as Mawdu’ (spurious). Hafidh al Iraqi and Ibn Hajar al Asqalani, who were hadith masters and muhaditheen, who memorised one hundred thousand hadith by Isnad and were qualified to scrutinise hadith and their authenticity, stated that this was not a saying of the Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) but was in fact a statement that was made by someone in the later generation named Ibrahim ibn Abi Yabla. Hence, this is not considered an evidence in the Islamic Shari’ah.
To elaborate further, it is in contradiction with the subject matter of Jihad that has been elaborated in over a hundred ayat of the Qur’an that have come with the meaning of Jihad being Qitaal, which means to slay or to kill or to fight. This was how the Prophet (Sallallahu Sallallahu “>Alaihi Wasallam) and the Sahabah (ra) understood it. To give an example from the Seerah that was narrated by Ibn Majah with a source in Bukhari, woman came to the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) and asked “O Messenger of Allah! Is Jihad obliged upon the women?” To which he responded, “Yes, a Jihad without Qitaal (fighting), it is the Hajj and the Umrah!”
This clearly demonstrates that Jihad is Qitaal i.e. Jihad is undertaking the physical fighting and this is how it was understood by the woman and the Prophet (Sallallahu Sallallahu “>Alaihi Wasallam), as explained in the Prophet’s (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) answer i.e. Jihad in Islam means fighting. The Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) did not respond by saying that there was the greater Jihad for everyone i.e. Jihad against oneself! Rather he informed her that Allah had prescribed the Hajj and the Umrah for her and that she would get the reward of the Mujahid for undertaking this action, as explained by Imam Sanani in his explanation in the book Sub us Salam.
A definition of the subject of Jihad can be extracted from the Islamic evidences rather than a mere linguistic understanding – so for example the term ‘Salah’ in the Arabic language means seeking maghfirah (forgiveness) or blessing or Du’a (supplication); however we know that in the Islamic Shari’ah it is referent to the five obligatory prayers. Similarly the term ‘Zakah’ means, literally, purification but in the Islamic Shari’ah, Zakah is referent to a specific amount of charity that is taken from specific types of wealth and distributed to particular categories of people. So when we scrutinise the Islamic daleel we can extract a clear definition or definitions. When the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) was asked who is in the way of Allah i.e. who is a Mujahid, he explained, “Whosoever fights to make Allah’s word the highest, then he is in the way of Allah.” [Bukhari and Muslim].
Similarly looking at the Ayat of Qur’an we can see that Jihad is undertaken to convey Islam, and to remove the barriers from implementing and propagating Islam, this can be seen from the rules to do with Jihad as well. So we can define Jihad as struggling to remove the material barriers to conveying the Islamic Da’wa, whether it is by the physical means, or by wealth or expressing an opinion concerning the same.
Myth: Jihad is only defensive
Another distortion that is promoted is the idea that Jihad is only defensive. The protagonists of this idea again utilise certain misinterpretations to justify their positions.
“Fight in the cause of Allah those who fight you, but do not transgress the limits. For Allah loves not the transgressors” [TMQ Al-Baqarah: 190].
“And if they incline to peace, you incline to it also, and trust in Allah. Verily! He is the hearer, the knower” [TMQ Al-A’raf: 61].
These two verses however, cannot abrogate the 119 other verses of Qur’an that suggest that Jihad is not merely limited to defensive war alone. These 119 verses, which are general and absolute, indicate that Jihad encompasses all of the following types of war:
1. Defensive war 2. Offensive war 3. Limited war 4. Unlimited war 5. Protective war
Before we go into the details of the subject let us first clarify what we mean by the terms “general” (aam) and “absolute” (mutlaq). When a verse is described as “general” it means that it covers everything related to the subject. “Absolute” means that the verse is not limited in a particular aspect of the subject in question. If a verse is general, another verse (or evidence from Sunnah) is required to make it specific (khass) otherwise it must remain as general. Similarly if the verse is absolute another evidence is required to “limit” (muqayad) it, otherwise it to remains absolute.
The verses concerning Jihad were revealed as general and absolute without limitation. Accordingly an evidence from Shari’ah is required to limit these verses concerning Jihad. However there are no evidences from Qur’an or Sunnah that place limitations on Jihad. Thus, Jihad encompasses all of the aforementioned types of war.
There are many verses concerning Jihad that could be drawn upon to illustrate this understanding. It is sufficient to focus on Surah At-Taubah (Repentance), which is one of the last Surahs to be revealed. Thus no one can claim that the verses are abrogated, limited or specified by later revelations.
“Fight against such of those who have been given the scripture as believe not in Allah nor the last day, and forbid not that which Allah hath-forbidden by his messenger, and follow not the Deen of truth, until they pay the Jizya readily, being brought low” [TMQ At-Taubah: 29].
“Verily! The number of the months with Allah is twelve months by Allah’s ordinance in the day that he created the heavens and the earth, four of them are sacred: that is the right Deen, so wrong not yourselves in them. And wage war on all the idolaters as they are waging war on all of you, and know that Allah is with those who keep their duty (unto him)” [TMQ At-Taubah: 36].
“O Prophet! Strive against the disbelievers and the hypocrites! Be harsh with them, their ultimate abode is hell, a hapless journey’s end” [TMQ At-Taubah: 73].
“Verily! Allah hath bought from the believers their lives and their wealth because the garden will be theirs: they shall fight in the way of Allah and shall slay and be slain. It is a promise which is binding on him in the Torah and the Gospel and the Qur’an. Whoever fulfils his covenant better than Allah? Rejoice then in your bargain that you have made, for that is the supreme triumph” [TMQ At-Taubah: 111].
“O you who believe! Fight those of the disbelievers who are near to you, and let them find harshness in you and know that Allah is with those who keep their duty (unto him)” [TMQ At-Taubah: 123].
If we examine these verses we see that they include:
“Fight against those who…have been given the scriptures as believe in Allah and the last day…until they pay the jizya.”
“Fight all the idolaters as they fight you.”
“Fight against the disbelievers and the hypocrites and be harsh with them.”
“ …the garden, will be theirs, they shall fight in the way of Allah.”
“Fight those of the disbelievers…”
These verses command Muslims to fight, generally and absolutely. The verses impose no restrictions or conditions. Therefore this is clear evidence that “Jihad” may be offensive or defensive.
These verses of At-Taubah were revealed under certain circumstances. The following verses chronologically precede these verses of Surah At-Taubah. They provide an insight into the circumstances in which Surah At-Taubah was revealed.
“Let not the unbelievers think that they can outstrip (Allah’s purpose). Verily! They cannot escape” [TMQ: At-Taubah: 2].
“Make ready for them all you can of (armed) force and of horses tethered, in order that you may dismay the enemy of Allah and your enemy, and others beside them whom you know not. Allah knows them. Whatsoever you spend in the way of Allah it will be repaid to you in full, and you will not be, wronged” [TMQ Al-Anfal: 60].
“And if they incline to peace, you also incline to it, and trust in Allah. Verily! He is the hearer, the knower” [TMQ Al-A’raf: 61].
The meaning of abrogation (naskh) is that the rule (hukm) of one revelation is completely cancelled by another later revelation. When something is specified it is abrogation of a kind i.e. partial abrogation but it is only in the stated areas of the subject. The criteria for abrogation and specification is that the abrogating or specifying revelation must have been revealed at a later date. It should be noticed that the verses of Surah At-Taubah were the last to be revealed concerning Jihad.
A misunderstanding of abrogation and specification by some of the Muslims may have resulted in these people saying that Jihad is a purely defensive war. Others however are happier distorting Islam in order to please the rulers in the Muslim lands or the Western lands rather than please Allah (Subhanahu Wa ta’ala).
However a further point to be clarified is that the mere appearance of contradiction between two statements (either Qur’an or Sunnah) is not sufficient to claim abrogation. There must be a divine evidence to state that the abrogation is actually relating to the abrogated. There must be a clear context concerning the occurrence of the abrogation. There are a number of incidents where two, apparently contradicting revelations where implemented in total compatibility. Concerning the above verses from At-Taubah they should be understood without abrogation.
Two verses may refer to one subject, such as Jihad, but differ in their context and situation. Therefore one verse may be applicable to a particular situation, and a different verse, seemingly contradictory, is applicable in a totally different situation. Consequently there is no abrogation.
When we examine the verses of Jihad we see that they refer to the same subject but in different situations.
Therefore, Jihad cannot be understood as being neither purely defensive nor purely offensive. The two verses quoted at the beginning relate to the situation of peace and the verses from At-Taubah relate to the situation of conflict. Conflict and peace are two different situations. To explain this, one must look to the accepted explanations of Qur’an and the opinion of our great scholars.
Az-Zamakhshari in his Tafseer of the Qur’an, Al-Kashaf, says:
“If they tend towards peace you must accept it, but this depends on what the Imam sees as a benefit for Islam and Muslims. It is not a must on the Imam to fight always, nor is it a must on him to accept peace always.”
Thus both are compatible, but used under different situations and conditions. Both As-Sadi and Ibn Zaid have stated:
“If they ask you for peace, accept it from them and there is no abrogation in it.”
Hence according to As-Sadi and Ibn Zaid it is incorrect to say that the “sword verses” abrogate the “peace verses”. Abu Bakr Ibn Arabi in his Tafseer of the Qur’an, Ahkam ul Qur’an comments; “The answer here differs…Allah says, ‘don’t weaken, don’t call for peace whilst you have the upper hand. If Muslims are mighty with strength, invincible, and numerous in groups let there be no peace’ [TMQ Muhammad: 35].”
Thus peace may be accepted but not if Muslims have the upper hand. In addition to the evidences of the Qur’an, Sunnah and Ijma-as Sahabah present clear evidences of the reality of Jihad.
Abdullah ibn Umar (ra) relates that the Prophet of Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) said:
“I have been ordered to initiate the fighting of people, until they testify that there is no god save Allah, that Muhammad is Allah’s Prophet, establish Salat and pay Zakat. If they do that they save their blood from me, except by the right of Islam, their account will be to Allah” [Bukhari and Muslim].
In another hadith related by Anas ibn Malik; “Three are the origin of faith, to refrain from saying; ‘they are disbelievers,’ if they say there is no god save Allah, merely because of a sin or bad action. Secondly, that Jihad is continuous until the Day of Judgement, till the last one of my Ummah fights the ‘Dajjal’. Thirdly to believe in the Qadr.”
If Jihad is only defensive war how can it continue until the Day of Judgement? If it was so Jihad would be periodic and would not be continuous. Moreover, this completely contradicts evidences from the life of the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) and the example of Sahabah.
In the nine years that followed the Hijrah to Madinah (where permission was given to fight) the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) personally led 28 military campaigns, and during the same period the Companions (ra) embarked on another 51 military campaigns.
If one looks in detail at these expeditions and battles one finds clear evidence that the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) and the companions undertook both defensive and offensive action. The battles of Uhud and Ahzab are clear examples of defensive battles – on the other hand, Tabuk and Mutah are clear examples of offensive wars. Indeed the Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) took part in thirteen expeditions and eleven major battles in which he took the initiative and launched offensive action. Likewise of the 51 Sariyah (campaigns), 39 were offensive. How can one say, therefore, that Jihad is only defensive?
Transgression
“Fight in the way of Allah, those who fight you, but do not transgress limits; for Allah verily loves not transgressors” [TMQ Al-Baqarah: 190].
The above verse describes the way in which Jihad is being carried out. It refers to the limits that have to be observed when engaging the enemy. It by no means implies that Jihad is defensive. Islam has its own regulations of war – the limits Muslims are strictly commanded to adhere to, are not to kill women, children, old men, and priests who do not participate in war against Muslims. To attack such people would be to transgress the limits set by Allah (Subhanahu Wa ta’ala) because they are not “those who fight you”. However, if they fight against Muslims on the battlefield then to fight them would not be transgression. Muslims are also commanded to treat war prisoners kindly not to torture them or mutilate dead bodies – all of these actions would amount to a transgression.
Transgression would also arise if a nation was attacked without first calling them to Islam. Muslims are ordained to call their enemies to Islam before fighting against them. If they refuse, Muslims should call them again to pay Jizya and submit to the laws of Allah (Subhanahu Wa ta’ala). If the enemy refuses again, Muslims should fight them in order that there be no persecution, and the Deen should be for Allah alone. This procedure should be observed, otherwise the limits have been transgressed and, “Allah verily loves not transgressors.”
The verse; “it is permitted for those to fight, that they have been wronged”, does not tell us to fight because we have been wronged. It merely gives us the permission to fight. The question of the reason for fighting does not enter into it. If being “wronged” were the reason then Muslims would have been able to fight in Makkah. In Makkah, after great suffering the Companions approached the Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Sallallahu “>Alaihi Wasallam) asking him for permission to fight the enemy. The Messenger (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) replied, “Be patient, I have not been permitted to fight” [Ibn Hisham].
The verse “it is permitted for those to fight, that they have been wronged”, which was revealed in Madinah, gave the permission to fight.
The Call
Before a land is opened up to Islam the inhabitants must be invited to Islam. Without this call the fight is not allowed. This call may take a variety of forms: direct invitation, conferences, via the media and so on and so forth. The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) for example sent letters to the leaders, like the following letter sent to Heraclius of Rome:
“In the Name of Allah Most Gracious Most Merciful. From Muhammad, Servant and Messenger of Allah, to Heraclius Emperor of Rome. Peace be upon those who follow the Guidance. I invite you to Islam; accept Islam, you will be safe, Allah will grant you two-fold reward; if you turn away, the sin of (the wrongdoings of) all the people will be upon you. “O people of the Book come to an agreement between-us and you, that we worship none but Allah, and that we shall associate no partners to Him, and that none of us shall take other for words beside Allah and if they turn away, then say: Bear witness that we have surrendered to Him.” Muhammad, Messenger of Allah.
Prior to the Battle of Qadisiyyah, Sad ibn Abi Waqqas (ra) sent a delegation to Yazdagird, Emperor of Persia, headed by An-Nu’man ibn Muqarrin with the purpose of inviting the Emperor to Islam. Yazdagird greeted the delegation in the following way:
“Why have you come to our dominions and why do you want to invade us? Perhaps, you have designs on us…and seek to venture against us because we are preoccupied with you, but we do not wish to inflict punishment on you”.
An-Nu’man replied:
“Indeed Allah has been Kind and Merciful to us and has sent to us a Messenger to show us the good and command us to follow it, to make us realise what is evil and forbade us from it. The Messenger promised us if we were to respond to what he commands, Allah would bestow on us the good of this world and the good of the hereafter. Not much time has elapsed but Allah has given us abundance in place of hardship, honour in place of humiliation and mercy and brotherhood in place of our former enmity. The Messenger has commanded us to summon mankind to what is best for them and to begin with those who are our neighbours. We therefore invite you to enter into our Deen. It is a Deen, which beautifies and promotes all good and which detests and discourages all that is ugly and reprehensible. It is a Deen, which leads its adherents from the darkness and tyranny of unbelief to the light and justice of Iman. Should you respond, positively to us and come to Islam, it would be our duty to introduce the Book of Allah in your midst and help you to live according to it and rule according to its laws. We would then return and leave you to conduct your own affairs. Should you refuse however, to enter the Deen of Allah we would take the Jizya (tribute) from you and give you protection in return. If you refuse to give the Jizya, we shall declare war on you” (Ibn Sad in his Tareekh).
This is the reality of the call to Islam and the manner in which it spread. It is a call to deliver people from the servitude of man to the service of Allah (Subhanahu Wa ta’ala), not a desire for exploitation and domination.
Consider these noble words of Umar ibn al-Khattab (ra) to Sad ibn Abi Waqqas (ra) as he bade farewell to the Muslim army that was to confront the Persians at Qadisiyyah.
“O Sad! Let not any statement that you are the uncle of the Messenger of Allah or that I or you are the companion of the Messenger of Allah distract you from Allah. Allah Almighty does not obliterate evil with evil but he wipes out evil with good.”
“O Sad! There is no connection between Allah and anyone except obedience to Him. In the sight of Allah all people whether nobleman or commoner are the same. Allah is their Lord and they are His servants seeking elevation through taqwa and seeking to obtain what is with Allah through obedience. Consider how the Messenger of Allah used to act with the Muslims and act accordingly…”
Are these the words of a leader to an army that is embarking on conquest for the sake of domination and exploitation? Clearly not.
The Opening of Lands
The opening of lands by the means of Jihad is to destroy the material obstacles that prevent people from entering Islam. The objective is not to exploit the lands in the manner of the imperialists but to free men from the servitude of other men to the worship of Allah (Subhanahu Wa ta’ala). The proof that Islam never exploited or dominated in the manner of the imperialists is the success of Islam in melting the different nations into one Ummah.
History has proved that the unjust conquering of lands alienates the conquerors from the conquered. In the entire history of the world no nation has been able to impose its will on a people to the extent that the people themselves freely leave their own culture and nationality, and adopt freely the will of the conqueror. The Greeks, Romans, Nazis, British, French, Italians, and so on, all tried and all failed. In recent times we have seen countless examples of nations fighting for their independence and freedom from imperialism. The conquerors have always sought to dominate and the conquered have always been treated as second-class citizens.
The West has sought to tarnish Islam with the same brush – to accuse Islam of dominating by force; this however is so far from the truth. Islam spread all over the world until the authority of the Islamic Khilafah encompassed Persia, Iraq, Bilad as-Sham, North Africa and many more lands. The people of these lands were Persians, Berbers, Copts and Romans, who all had their own nationalities, cultures and languages. These people under the shade of the rule of Islam grew to understand it – they all embraced Islam and became one Ummah (nation). The success of the Islamic intellectual leadership in melting these people and cultures is unparalleled in the history of the World and proof that Islam was adopted by individuals out of conviction and not because a sword was placed to their necks. This is the picture that the West has sought to propagate so that Muslims would leave Jihad and leave conveying Islam to the entire world.
The reality is that any nation that has a doctrine, which deals comprehensively with the universe, man and life, must be a nation with the need to spread this doctrine. Islam is not simply a doctrine of thoughts and ideas. Islam is also a practical system and way of life. Faith in Islam is not based only on its thoughts and concepts. A Muslim must also have belief in its actual implementation as a comprehensive way of life. Belief in this must then be followed by action.
It is obligatory for the Islamic nation to invite people to Islam, to propagate it and to subjugate other nations to the Islamic system of ruling.
No Compulsion in Deen
Whilst other nations must be subjugated to the rule of Islam, the individual residing in a land opened by Islam must not be compelled to become Muslim. The Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) has said:
“I have been commanded to initiate the fighting of people until they say there is no god save Allah…”
The Arabic word used here is ‘naas’ – people; which is plural and does not refer to individuals. Allah, the Supreme says in Qur’an,
“There is no compulsion in Deen the right direction is henceforth distinct from error and he who rejects false gods and believes in Allah has grasped a firm handhold which will never break. Allah is hearer, knower” [TMQ Al-Baqarah: 256].
The Messenger of Allah (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) has said, “Whoever has been a Jew or Christian is not to be coerced from his Deen.”
Jihad does not mean as the West intimate when they say Islam was spread by the sword that individuals are forced to become Muslims. Rather, it is the subjugation of the State and nation to the rule of Islam. The individual is compelled to abide by the Islamic ruling (with certain concessions permitted to non-Muslims by Shari’ah) but the Aqeedah (creed) of Islam is not forced upon him.
Conclusion
Jihad is the removal of obstacles, by force if necessary, that stand between people and Islam. It is the practical method of spreading Islam. The call to Islam is compulsory on Muslims. Jihad is included within this compulsory action. Like the call, Jihad is to be performed by the nation (Ummah).
Jihad is continuous and will always be so. This is an obligation imposed on Muslims by Shari’ah. However, this is not the Jihad that is carried by the nation whose intention is to open land to the justice of Islam. Practically speaking this is not going to take place until the Ummah can perform this Jihad and make the Call to Islam as a nation, and that nation must have a state that implements Islam i.e. Dar al Islam. Once this State has been established we can (Inshallah) carry on the work commenced by the Companions of our Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam), which is, to spread the Deen of Allah (Subhanahu Wa ta’ala) to all corners of the earth. The Prophet (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam) stated, “This Deen will never cease to exist. A party of the Muslims shall always fight for it until the Hour comes to pass” [Al Jami us Sahih of Imam Muslim].

THE COMPANIONS OF THE PROPHET (PBUH) : Uthman bin Affan (r.a.)
Hz. Uthman, who was the third caliph of the Prophet and an example of modesty and good manners, was one of the lucky people who were promised Paradise when they were alive. Hz. Abu Bakr started to convey the message of the true religion to his sincere friends first by visiting them. One of those friends was Hz. Uthman. Hz. Uthman was a lenient, gentle and honest person with high ethics. His character was suitable for accepting Islam. He listened to Hz. Abu Bakr carefully and became very interested in with what he said. Then, they went to the presence of the Messenger of Allah together.
The Prophet (pbuh) said to Hz. Uthman:
“Seek Paradise, which is a grant of Allah. I was sent as a guide to find the right path to you and to the whole mankind. There is no god but Allah.“ Then, he read some verses from the Quran.
Hz. Uthman was fascinated by the divine speech. He uttered kalima ash-shahada and became a Muslim. Afterwards, he expressed his feelings as follows:
“The first words I heard from the tongue of the Messenger of Allah were so pure, plain and impressive that I uttered kalima ash-shahada on impulse.“
Hz. Uthman was 34 years old when he became a Muslim. He was a young, influential tradesman. He was well off. When his uncle, Hakam bin Abi'l-As, found out that Uthman became a Muslim, he went crazy. He tied Uthman to a post and said,
“I will not give you any food if you do not abandon this religion.“ However, another relative of Hakam's understood that he would not abandon it even if he was killed and made him release Uthman. [ Tabaqat, 3: 55; Insanu'l-Uyun, 1: 446; Istiab, 4: 221 ]
Before the advent of Islam, Abu Lahab's son, Utba, was married to Ruqiyya, the daughter of the Prophet. When Utba heard that the Prophet propagated a new religion, he said to the Prophet (pbuh),
“I do not want your daughter and your religion. Thus, he divorced Hz. Ruqiyya. Thereupon, Hz. Uthman asked to marry Ruqiyya and married her.
Hz. Uthman and Ruqiyya were among the 15-people group that migrated to Abyssinia due to the oppression of the polytheists. When the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) heard that Hz. Uthman set off before everybody, he said,
“Their friend and owner is Allah. Uthman is the first person to migrate with his family after Lut (Lot).“
After staying in Abyssinia for a while, Hz. Uthman, returned to Makkah with his wife. After that, he migrated to Madinah.
The most distinct quality of Hz. Uthman was his bashfulness and modesty. According to a narration of Hz. Aisha, the Messenger of Allah was once resting covered in a blanket. Meanwhile Hz. Abu Bakr arrived and asked permission to enter the house. The Messenger of Allah allowed him in without changing his position; he asked a question and left. After a while, Hz. Umar arrived. The Messenger of Allah allowed him to come in without changing his position. After that, Hz. Uthman arrived and asked permission to enter. This time, the Messenger of Allah sat up and tidied himself up.
Thereupon, Hz. Aisha asked,
“O Messenger of Allah! You did not tidy yourself up when Abu Bakr and Umar. Why did you sit up and tidy yourself up when Hz. Uthman came?“
The Messenger of Allah answered as follows:
“For, Uthman is a very bashful and modest person. Even angels feel shy in his presence. Shall I not feel shy?“ [ Muslim, Fadailu's-Sahaba: 26-27. ]
Abu Musa'l-Ash'ari narrates:
We went to a house with the Messenger of Allah. He said to me,
“Wait at the door and do not let anyone in without permission!“
After a while, Abu Bakr arrived.
I said, “O Messenger of Allah! Abu Bakr arrived.“ He said,
“Let him in and give him the glad tiding of Paradise.“
After that, Umar arrived. He told me to tell him the same thing.
Then, Uthman arrived. He said the following about Uthman:
“Let him in and give him the glad tiding of Paradise due to the troubles he will confront.“ Thus, he stated that Hz. Uthman was one of the people who were promised Paradise and who would suffer several misfortunes in the future. [ Tirmidhi, Manaqib: 19. ]
Hz. Uthman could not take part in the Battle of Badr though he wanted it so much. For, his wife, Hz. Ruqiyya was very ill. Although the Prophet accepted his excuse, he felt the sadness of not being able to join the Battle of Badr in his heart. Hz. Ruqiyya could not get over the illness she caught and died. The victory of Muslims in Badr transformed Hz. Uthman's deep sorrow into joy.
After returning from Badr, the Messenger of Allah (pbuh) gave Hz. Uthman another glad tiding:
“You received the rewards of a martyr though you did not join Badr.“
After that, the Prophet married his other daughter, Umm Kulthum, off to Hz. Uthman. Then, Hz. Uthman was called “Dhun-nurayn“ (possessor of two lights).
After the death of Umm Kulthum, the Prophet consoled his son-in-law, who was a symbol of modesty, by saying, “If I had 40 daughters, I would marry them off to Uthman one by one.“ [ Usdu'l-Ghaba, 3: 378. ]
Hz. Uthman (r.a.), who took part in the Battle of Uhud, sometimes remembered the sorrow he felt when he heard the false news of the death of the Prophet and expressed the severity of the agony he experienced there.
During the Expedition of Dhat ar-Riqa in the 4th year of the Migration, the Prophet appointed him as his deputy and left him in Madinah. Taking part in all of the battles after that, Hz. Uthman was sent as an envoy to the Qurayshis for the Treaty of Hudaybiyah. Hz. Uthman went to Makkah and told them that their purpose in going to Makkah was umrah but the polytheists opposed him and said to him,
“Go and tell the person who sent you here that he will never be able to enter Makkah and visit the Kaaba. However, if you want, you can circumambulate the Kaaba.“
Hz. Uthman answered them as follows:
“I will not circumambulate the Kaaba without the Messenger of Allah“
The Qurayshis were disturbed by these words of Hz. Uthman and they put him on probation for a while.
The statement of the polytheists turned out to be wrong; the Messenger of Allah circumambulated the Kaaba after a while.
The news that Hz. Uthman was put on probation reached the Muslims as if he was martyred. Being agitated by this news, the Muslims saw no other solution except fighting. Everybody was very excited. The divine revelation told Muslims to pay allegiance to the Prophet. All Muslims promised that they would obey the Messenger of Allah and that they would sacrifice their lives for the sake of Allah and His Messenger. The Messenger of Allah accepted the Muslims' allegiance by one hand for him and the other hand for Hz. Uthman. This allegiance was recorded as the Allegiance of Ridwan in the history of Islam.
When the polytheists heard about it, they became worried and released Hz. Uthman. The Muslims became very happy when Hz. Uthman returned. They said to him, “You have probably circumambulated the Kaaba.“ Hz. Uthman answered them as follows:
“I swear by Allah that if I stayed in Makkah for a year and if the Messenger of Allah were in Hudaybiyah, I would not circumambulate the Kaaba alone if the Prophet did not circumambulate the Kaaba.“ [ Sirah, 3: 330; Zadu'l-Maad, 3: 290-291. ]
Afterwards, Hz. Uthman took part in the Battle of Khaybar, the Conquest of Makkah and the Battle of Hawazin. Hz. Uthman was among those who protected and defended the Messenger of Allah by forming a wall of flesh during the Battle of Hunayn.
Hz. Uthman gave away, 1000 dinars, 50 horses and 100 camels for the Expedition of Tabuk. The Prophet stated the following for this generosity:
“None of the mistakes Uthman will do from now on will harm him.“ [ Tirmidhi, Manaqib: 19; Hayatu's-Sahaba, 2: 97. ]
Hz. Uthman helped the needy a lot in order to thank Allah for his wealth but he lived very humbly.
During a period of famine in Madinah, Hz. Uthman brought 100 camels loaded with wheat from Damascus. Some Companions hurried toward him to buy the wheat. He said to them,
“I have a better customer. He gives me more profit than you.“ The Companions went to Hz. Abu Bakr to tell him about what Uthman said. Hz. Abu Bakr knew Hz. Uthman better than anybody else. He said to them,
“He has the honor of being the son-in-law of the Messenger of Allah. He is also a friend of the Prophet in Paradise. You probably misunderstood him. Let us go to him together and find out about the situation.“
When they went over to Hz. Uthman, Hz. Abu Bakr said,
“O Uthman! The Companions felt very sorry when they heard your words. What is the matter? Can you explain it?“
Hz. Uthman answered as follows: “O Caliph of the Messenger of Allah! There is a better customer who gives 700 in return for 1. I sold the wheat to Him.“
With that statement, Hz. Uthman wanted to say that he gave away the wheat on the camels as charity for Allah.
As a matter of fact, he distributed the wheat on the 100 camels to the poor without demanding any money. Hz. Abu Bakr became very pleased and kissed Hz. Uthman on the forehead.
Once Hz. Uthman heard that there was no food left in the house of the Messenger of Allah. He bought a fat sheep, some flour and oil, and took them to the house where Hz. Aisha lived. He said to her,
“O mother of the believers! I think the Messenger of Allah will share it with his other wives. Tell him not to do so. I will take the same things to them, too.“
The Prophet came home and found out about the situation. He said,
“O Lord! Forgive all of the sins of Uthman whether in the past or in the future, whether known or unknown.“
When Hz. Ali was about to marry Hz. Fatima, he put up his armor for sale. He met Hz. Uthman in the market. He told Uthman that he was going to marry and that he wanted to sell his armor to have enough money for mahr. Uthman (r.a.) bought it for 480 dirhams and gave Ali the money. Then, he turned to Hz. Ali and said,
“O Ali! I am giving this armor to you as a wedding present so that you will serve Allah with it. This armor is fitting only for an Islamic hero like you.“
One of the greatest characteristics of Hz. Uthman was his generosity. He did not hesitate to spend his wealth in the way of Allah. Once, the Muslims had difficulty in finding water to drink. There was no fresh water to drink except the water of Ruma Well. That well belonged to a Jew. He sold water at a very high price. This situation distressed the Prophet (pbuh). When he was together with the Companions, he said,
“If a believer buys the Ruma Well, he will have a similar well in Paradise.“
Hz. Uthman was also there. He took action at once. He found the Jew. He told him that he wanted to buy the well. The Jew did not accept to sell the whole well. He sold half of it at a very high price. Hz. Uthman went to the presence of the Prophet joyfully. He said he had bought half of the well and that he allocated it to Muslims. The Messenger of Allah (pbuh) complimented him by saying,
“The charity of Uthman is wonderful charity.“ Hz. Uthman bought the other half of the well later and allocated it to Muslims. [ Tirmidhi, Manaqib: 19; ]
One of the Companions Hz. Abu Bakr consulted the most during his caliphate was Hz. Uthman.
When Hz. Abu Bakr was on his deathbed, he was telling Hz. Uthman about the properties of the person to be the Caliph after him and Hz. Uthman was noting them down. Hz. Abu Bakr fainted before he mentioned the name of the person he described. Hz. Uthman thought he died and wrote the name of Hz. Umar.
After a while, Hz. Abu Bakr came to himself and asked him whose name he wrote. Hz. Uthman said, “O leader of the believers! I thought you died. I feared that there would be tumult and wrote the name of Umar bin Khattab.“
Hz. Abu Bakr became very happy due to his sensible act and said,
“May Allah reward you with goodness due to this favor you have done to Islam and Muslims. If you had written your name, you would also have acted correctly.“ [ Hayatu’s-Sahaba, 2: 14. ]
Hz. Uthman supported Hz. Umar with might and main during his caliphate and undertook responsibility for fulfilling important duties. After the death of Hz. Umar, the consultation committee he appointed chose Hz. Uthman as the caliph.
The committee consisted of the following people:
Abdurrahman bin Awf, Sa'd bin Abi Waqqas, Talha, Zubayr, Uthman and Ali (r.a.).
Hz. Umar's son, Abdullah was also in this committee. Hz. Umar asked the committee to choose a caliph among them within three days after his death.
After the funeral of Hz. Umar, the committee negotiated for two days but could not make a decision. On the third day, Abdurrahman bin Awf offered that three of the candidates waive their rights in favor of one of the remaining three candidates. Thereupon, Hz. Zubayr nominated Hz. Ali, Hz. Sa'd nominated Abdurrahman bin Awf and Hz. Talha nominated Hz. Uthman and waived their rights. After that, Abdurrahman bin Awf (r.a.) said that he also waived. Two candidates: Hz. Uthman and Hz. Ali remained.
Then, Hz. Abdurrahman negotiated with both of them. Meanwhile he asked the opinion of everybody, from men in the street, to women in their homes and students at schools. The majority preferred Hz. Uthman.
Hz. Abdurrahman called people to the mosque. He said he found Hz. Uthman more suitable for the caliphate and paid allegiance to him. After Hz. Abdurrahman, Hz. Ali became the second person to pay allegiance to Hz. Uthman. Then, the other Muslims paid allegiance to him. Thus, Hz. Uthman was chosen as the Caliph in 644. [ Asr-ı Saadet, 1: 293-294 ]
During the first six years of Hz. Uthman's caliphate, many places were conquered. An important part of Africa was conquered. The first Muslim attacks to Spain started in this period. Cyprus was conquered. Besides, the people of Armenia, who rebelled by taking advantage of the death of Hz. Umar, were suppressed. Tabaristan was conquered. An important incident of this period is that the Islamic navy confronted the Byzantine navy in the Mediterranean and that the Islamic navy defeated the Byzantine navy, which consisted of 500 ships. This victory enabled the Muslims to maneuver easily in the Mediterranean. The Muslims landed on the islands of Malta and Crete. A group of Muslims landed on the Anatolian shores while another group approached the walls of Istanbul. They worked hard in order to be fitting for the glad tiding of the Prophet.
During this period, the system of states was established in administration. The Islamic land was divided into two systems as civilian and administrative systems.
* * *
One of the greatest and historical things and the most important one Hz. Uthman did was definitely the reproduction of the Quran. Some different views about pronouncing the Quran occurred among the Companions that went to conquer Armenia and Azerbaijan. For, the ones in the army of Iraq learned the Quran from Ibn Masud and those in the army of Damascus from Ubay bin Kab. Due to the small differences, Hudhayfah al-Yamani went to Hz. Uthman and said,
“Come to help Muslims before this ummah falls into disagreement like Jews and Christians.“
Upon this application, Hz. Uthman convened a committee of consultation. This committee consisted of 12 people. The prominent ones were Zayd bin Thabit, Abdullah bin Zubayr, Said bin As and Abdurrahman bin Harith (r.a.). The committee reproduced five (or seven) copies of the Quran that was in the house of Hz. Umar and under the protection of Hz. Hafsa based on the Quran that was compiled during the time of Hz. Abu Bakr. These copies were sent to Kufa, Basra, Damascus, Makkah, Yemen and Bahrain. One copy was left in Madinah. This copy was called “the imam“.
* * *
The last period of his caliphate was full of mischief and tumult. Islamic historians mention the following for the reasons for the depressing incidents of mischief and tumult that took place during the caliphate of Hz. Uthman (r.a.) and Hz. Ali (r.a.) as follows:
1- An important part of the Companions who had the luck of meeting the Messenger of Allah and received blessing and luminous light from him had died and the rest of the Companions had to retire and retreat. Therefore, there were not enough qualified administrators; the negligence and incapability of the administrators caused disorders in the course of time. Doubtlessly, the generation of Tabiun, who were taught by the Companions, was one of the most distinguished generations in history. However, it is not possible to say that they were as sensitive as the Companions in terms of justice, capability and equity.
2- The feelings of pride in tribes and clans, which were regarded as a source of pride in the Era of Jahiliyyah, had been replaced by lofty properties and feelings in the first periods of Islam due to obeying the holy orders loyally. However, that the young people of the Quraysh tribe obtained important ranks and positions with the conquests and victories after the death of the Prophet somewhat aroused their pride in their tribe. Belonging to the Quraysh tribe started to be regarded as a means of privilege and superiority, which started uneasiness among Muslims.
3- With the conquests, the borders of the Islamic state reached to Morocco in North Africa and Qabil in Asia. This caused people of different religions, languages and races to become Muslims or to live under the domination of Muslims. The pride of some of these nations, especially Iranians, was hurt a lot; so, a rebellion and opposition movement against the central Islamic authority started gradually.
4- That Hz. Uthman (r.a.) was a lenient and gentle person, that he preferred forgiving people to punishing them caused some people to take advantage of it, which caused misuse and weaknesses in administration. People with ill intentions practiced their deeds of mischief and tumult easily under the administration with such weaknesses.
5- Hz. Uthman (r.a.) was very rich, beneficent and generous before he became a Muslim, too. He liked his relatives and helped them all the time. After becoming a Muslim, these feelings of his and beneficence increased, too; he started to take care of his relatives more. Some people started to say that his charity out of his own wealth was from the Treasury and propagated against him; thus, they instigated mischief and tumult.
6- The administrators during the caliphate of Hz. Abu Bakr and Umar (r.a.) were shrewd authoritarian people; the atmosphere was away from the movements of mischief and tumult. Due to the conditions of his time, Hz. Uthman (r.a.) could not rely on anybody; therefore, he started to appoint his relatives for whom he had done favors to important administrative posts. He started to maintain the authority by doing so. These relatives were definitely capable and honest people. However, this situation was described and propagated as nepotism and appointing relatives to important posts.
7- With the conquests, the community of Arabs started to have relationships with different nations; the children born out of these marriages with new Muslims or Christians and Jews turned out to be weak individuals in terms of ethics and religion. This formed a suitable environment for mischief and tumult.
Along with the reasons above, the efforts of Abdullah Ibn Saba, who was originally a Jew, instigated a tumult that could not be prevented.
In the 35th year of the Migration and 12th year of Hz. Uthman's caliphate, troublemakers from Kufa, Basra, Egypt, etc started to besiege Hz. Uthman's house. The notables of the Companions, primarily Hz. Ali, tried to end the siege but they failed. Whatever was predestined was going to happen. The troublemakers were determined to martyr Hz. Uthman, who was an example of good manners and modesty and who was innocent. Hz. Uthman addressed them as follows:
“Why do you want to kill me? I heard the Messenger of Allah say, ‘It is haram to kill a Muslim except three cases: A Muslim who commits adultery though he is married; a Muslim who kills a person intentionally; a person who exits the religion of Islam after becoming a Muslim.' I swear by Allah that I did not commit adultery in the Era of Jahiliyyah or after becoming a Muslim. I did not kill anybody. I did not exit the religion of Islam after becoming a Muslim. Then, why do you want to kill me?“ [ Asr-ı Saadet, 1: 293-294 ]
However, the network for the tumult had already been prepared and the agitation had reached a point that could not be reversed. Hz. Ali (r.a.) left his two sons, Hasan and Husayn, with the Caliph as guards. Abdullah bin Umar and some Companions were also there. There were enough people to fight the troublemakers. Abdullah bin Zubayr, Zayd bin Thabit, Abu Hurayra and other Companions said they were ready to help the religion of Allah and that they wanted to fight the troublemakers if the Caliph allowed them. However, Hz. Uthman did not want Muslim blood to shed. He refused those offers:
“I never want to be described as a caliph that shed Muslim blood. I take refuge in Allah against shedding the blood of even one person. I know that I will win if I fight them. However, I leave their punishment and those who agitate them to Allah.“ [ Tirmidhi, Manaqib: 19; Muslim, Fadailu's-Sahaba: 28. ]
Hz. Uthman, who was an example of good manners, modesty and merits, saw the Prophet (pbuh) Hz. Abu Bakr and Hz. Umar in his dream one day before he was martyred. The Prophet addressed him as follows:
“We are fasting; we are waiting for you for iftar.“ When Hz. Uthman woke up that night, he intended to fast.
He was happy because it was time to rejoin Allah and His Messenger. It was Friday. He started to read the Quran. Meanwhile, some troublemakers managed to get inside the house and martyred Hz. Uthman. Some blood dropped on the Quran he was reading. Thus, another miracle of the Prophet about the future turned out to be true. The Prophet said that he was going to be killed unjustly.
“Why did the Companions not discover the troublemakers with the eye of sainthood and not take measures against them?“ The following answer of Badiuzzaman Said Nursi to the question above sets light to the causes of this murder: “Those who were the cause of those events and instigated the trouble did not consist of a few Jews; so, having discovered them could not have prevented the trouble. For with numerous different peoples entering Islam, many currents and ideas which were opposed to and contrary to one another had confused the situation. Particularly since the national pride of some of them had received awesome wounds at the blows of Umar (RA), they were waiting to take their revenge. For both their old religion had been rendered null and void and their old rule and sovereignty, the source of their pride, had been swept away. Knowingly or unknowingly, they were emotionally in favor of taking their revenge on Islamic rule. It was therefore said that certain clever and scheming dissemblers like the Jews took advantage of that state of society. That is to say, it would have been possible to prevent those events through reforming the social life, and various ideas of that time. They could not have been prevented by discovering one or two troublemakers.“
* * *
Hz. Uthman reported 146 hadiths from the Messenger of Allah. Some of them included in “Musnad“ of Ahmad bin Hanbal are as follows:
“The grave is the first one of the hereafter houses. If a person attains salvation there, the rest will be easier for him. If he cannot attain salvation there, the rest will be more difficult for him.“
“If a Muslim leaves home with the intention of a journey or something else and says, ‘Tawakkaltu alallahi wa la hawla wa la quwwata illa billah' (I have placed my trust in Allah, there is no might and no power except by Allah ), leaving home like this will be a means of attaining goodness and keeping away from evil.“
“A person who knows the reality of Lailaha illallah and dies believing in it enters Paradise.“
“A person who performs the night (isha) prayer and the morning (fajr) prayer in congregation is regarded to have worshipped throughout the night.“
“If a person makes wudu properly, goes to the mosque and performs the prayer, Allah forgives his sins he commits between that prayer and the next one.“

This city, which has the largest pilgrimage center in the world, is also one of the most inaccessible for the non-believing population. Muslim beliefs are powerful and rigid so it is seldom possible to make this journey without being a Muslim. In any case, more and more non-Muslims are opting for this spiritual option, which brings the traditions of the Middle East into contact with knowledge of different places. Thanksgiving Umrah Packages By Monal Travels How to get to Mecca There are several ways to access this sacred city. The one that most believers choose is to try to go during the Hajj period (around the months of November and December), a holy month in which millions of Muslims make pilgrimage to this land. However, for non-believing foreigners the place is completely forbidden at this time, so it is recommended that if you want to go to Mecca to see its grandeur, you choose to do it at any other time of the year in the that the influx of tourism is not so high but it also allows the tourist to be imbued in its grandeur. To access Mecca, it is best to go, first, to Riyadh, capital of Saudi Arabia. Among the flights that can be found, there are those for approximately five hundred euros with round trips included. Once you are there, you can either choose to go walking on a small pilgrimage, or choose to go by conventional means of transport such as the bus. Recommendations For Traveling To Mecca In any case, being a tourist it is only possible to visit Mecca as well as other holy cities in the event that you are Muslim, so for conventional tourists it is completely forbidden. However, there is the possibility of obtaining the so-called visit visa that can be requested as long as a Muslim or expatriate “godfather” does the necessary paperwork to grant it. In that case, men will be the only ones who will be able to go to Saudi cities, although, as a general rule, entering the sacred rites is prohibited for non-Muslims. Either way, it will be perfect for those who require it. Also, women should wear veils at all times since Muslim laws in this regard are extremely strong and definite. It can lead to problems with the law that the woman in question travels alone.Millions of Muslims of all origins gather each year in Saudi Arabia to fulfill one of the pillars of Islam: the Hajj or the pilgrimage to Mecca. The event has become a lucrative business and is also an important financial asset for the economy of this oil-rich kingdom. Mohamed Zayan, a 53-year-old pilgrim from Tunisia, has waited his entire life to fulfill this religious obligation. But your dream doesn't come for free.

Definition of Haram in Islam
Haraam means prohibited and unlawful things according to Islamic law. It is directly opposite to Halal. The dietary principles of permitted and forbidden nourishment are genuinely clear to pursue. The principles for how permitted nourishment creatures are slaughtered are increasingly convoluted.
Islam imparts much in like manner to Judaism with respect to dietary principles, despite the fact that in numerous different zones, Quranic law is centered around setting up qualifications among Jews and Muslims. The similitude in dietary laws is likely inheritance of the comparative ethnic foundations of these Abrahamic religious groups.
Muslims are ordered by their religion to swear off eating certain nourishment. This is said to be in light of a legitimate concern for well being and tidiness, and in submission to Allah's standards. According to the Quraan, the following things are Haram in Islam:
Dead meat
Blood and Intoxicating drinks
The meat of an animal that has been sacrificed to idols
The flesh of swine
The meat of an animal that died from electrocution or blunt force
Meat from which wild animals have already eaten
Muslims from all over the world get the Umrah Packages from Sharjah or they can take Umrah package by bus from Dubai or Umrah Package by Bus from Sharjah and come to Saudi Arabia where the listen to different speeches about Haraam food and drinks.

I’M, MOSLEM...
2019
Solo Exhibition, Rubanah Underground Hub, Jakarta, Indonesia
Born into a family with "Nahdliyin" mother and "Nationalist" father indirectly made me a believer in "Indonesian-ness". The song "Hubbul Wathon Minal Iman" even echoed during a wedding in my family. Not to mention being a scout since 4th grade elementary school makes me believe that being an Indonesian is the best choice.
Over time, reciting, reading books and dealing with many friends from various Islamic backgrounds, made me think again about "Indonesian-ness". At this point I believe that being a Muslim is not just merely a matter of ritual worship. Moreover, the issue of "nationhood" is also regulated. How to state, how sharia law is enforced, how to state instruments. To the question which Muslim, which is infidel.
In discussing kafir, Islam divides it into 2. Kafir Dzimmi and Kafir Harbi. Kafir Dzimmi is a kafir who is at peace with an Islamic state - then I will use the term "daulah" to distinguish it from other forms of state - and as proof of his submission to pay Jizyah to the daulah, which is why the daulah must guarantee his safety and freedom of worship in accordance with his religious beliefs. -mind. Whereas Kafir Harbi is a kafir who openly and clearly states rebelling against the Daula, including refusing to pay jizyah.
The above triggers a thought that bahwan become Muslims in a country that does not implement the Islamic system, may be divided into 2 groups. Harbi Muslims and Muslim Dzimmi. Although in fact in Islamic terms, there is no such term. This is just my fiction. As a Muslim who is "unable" to uphold Shari'a in the Indonesian state, the only option is to become a Muslim Dzimmi. Muslims who obey the laws and regulations in a kufr state, one form of obedience is possible by paying taxes and a series of other rules. Which is why the state must guarantee my independence in carrying out worship according to my beliefs.
The concept of Muslim Dzimmi may be a middle ground in the country of Indonesia which is being haunted by the problem of "sharia enforcement". This should also be a package with the policy of questioning citizens who intend to get out of their "Indonesianness" and join the Daulah. Anyone who does not fit into the shape of this country and intends to join the "daulah" should be welcome. I simply read that this is no different from the choice of an Anggun C. Sasmi to renounce his citizenship and choose to become another citizen. Or Indonesian students in Russia in the 60s who could not return to Indonesia because they were accused of being communists.
The event of the return of pilgrims "Umrah" in Turkey who will join the IS, it becomes a problem in itself. In addition to spending the state budget, because they use the state budget for the deportation process and the deradicalization program, it is certainly not impossible that they will become the seeds of radicalism in the country. Being a Muslim in Indonesia today is not an easy matter. The "Arab Spring" that emerged at the end of 2010 also contributed to the growing understanding that "sharia enforcement" was an attempt to overthrow a legitimate government. More than that the culmination is the enforcement of the caliphate, which in Indonesia this issue was echoed by the social organization Hizb ut-Tahrir Indonesia. "Parties" affiliated with Hizb ut-Tahrir in various parts of the world. Compounded by the declaration of the Islamic State in Syria in 2014 by a group of troops who in 2004 joined forces with Al-Qaeda who fought in Iraq and Syria - Syria and its surroundings - which later the international community became more acquainted with as the ISIS - the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria -.
The arrest of a young coconut ice seller who wore the shahada clothing which became a symbol on the ISIS flag in 2015 is one example of how the country is very vigilant in developing people's understanding of the "khilafah" and the issues surrounding it - Sharia enforcement and so on -. The climax is the revocation of the legal status of the Indonesian Hizb ut-Tahrir mass organization by the Directorate General of General Law Administration of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights as a follow-up to Perpu No. 2 of 2017. Under the pretext that the Ministry of Law and Human Rights has administrative legal authority in the legalization of associations or organizations, especially those that contrary to the ideology and state law in Indonesia
— Clashing Indonesian-ness and Islam today is similar to the clash of Pancasila and Communism in the 65s. People who try to fight for Islamic law are called radicals (intolerant), whereas Muslims who are Pancasilaas are called hypocrites. Though there could be a middle ground between these two points. It could be that the choice is Muslim Dzimmi.

FIA Crackdown in Karachi & Gujranwala-More Arrest on Illegal Mobile Registration
FIA Cybercrime circle continues its crackdown arresting the mafia groups in Karachi & Gujranwala involved in illegal activities of stealing passport Identities for mobile registration. Earlier a group was also arrested from Rawalpindi. The arrested gangs shown on electronic media were involved in stealing the passport information of overseas Pakistani and used to register smuggled and blocked phones against them. One of the Gang included a travel agency of Karachi, who used the passport data of their passengers and the data was sold to the mobile shopkeepers. It is learned that PTA has also provided a further list of 1326 people, whom passport data has been used in this immoral and illegal activity. FIA has warned travel agents, shopkeepers, and consumers against the use of such data for registration of illegal or blocked phones. They have warned of serious consequences that include 07-year imprisonment and fine or both as per PECA rules. All such illegally registered phones could be traced back by FIA.
FIA Crackdown in Karachi & Gujranwala-More Arrest on Illegal Mobile Registration
It is also reported that PTA and FIA are also taking other preventative measures against the illegal IMEI registration. These steps are being taken against the miscreants that involved in stealing the passport information in a systematic way and activating the smuggled phones by using the stolen passport data or cloning the mobile phones. PTA and FIA have received complaints that when they try to register their phone via PTA’s legitimate process, they get the message that your passport has already been used and a request to pay the tax. FIA Cybercrime circle has last week arrested smuggling groups involved in illegal activities of mobile registration from Karachi and Gujranwala. In Karachi, the group included a travel agent and shopkeepers where the travel agent was found stealing passport information of overseas Pakistani and this was sold to mobile shopkeepers who used the data for registering the phones against them. It is reported that PTA has also provided a list of 1326 people, whose passport data has been used in this immoral activity. In Gujranwala, a smugglers group has also been arrested. The group consisted of five people that have stolen passport information and used the data to register the smuggled smartphones. Almost 5000 passports information of Umrah performers was being illegally used. Media reports disclosed that travel agent and shopkeepers were both involved in this criminal activity. The step taken FIA Cybercrime circle is appreciable by the mobile importers association who says that such black sheep needs to be identified and brought to task to protect consumers and interest of the legal importers. The illegal imports the association said should be discouraged by all as it is making a major dent in the country import revenues and protect consumer rights. The Senate Committee IT in its meeting last week has also stressed upon FBR and FIA to check the gangs involved in passport identity theft for registration and asked to take further steps in improving the process for providing convenience to the consumers. Law enforcement experts are of the opinion that illegal phones that used to come without any registration system are a major source of criminal activities and such crackdown are very essential. Any leniency shown to such gangs could no doubt be harmful to the national interest of the country. Read the full article

Packages for Hajj and Umrah
All the packages for Hajj and Umrah.
The world is ready to welcome the new year and many Muslims across the United Kingdom (UK) intend to play their Umrah in 2018. Although this minor pilgrimage is not as obligatory as Hajj, it is certainly a spiritual journey that Muslims would cherish in their memories forever. Islamists living in the United Kingdom must travel a long way from their place of residence to the holy city of Mecca in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To make it easier for them, many travel agencies offer a range of Umrah packages every year. All these packages do not offer the same benefits to pilgrims. It is therefore essential to choose such packages after considering some key aspects:
Business
One of the most important considerations when booking Umra packages for 2018 is choosing the right company. Although many claim to be the best of Hajj and Umrah towers, they are not all really reliable. This is especially true for tour operators or travel agencies that are not licensed by the Hajj Ministry in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Only travel agencies or companies registered with the Ministry of Hajj are allowed to organize these Islamic religious visits. The experience of the company offering Hajj and Umrah tours should also be taken into account when booking Umrah packages. The companies that have been organizing these religious visits for more than a decade may be ideal because they have the expertise and experience to guarantee a hassle-free Umrah.
Season
Muslims living in the United Kingdom may have the advantage of having enough time to make all necessary arrangements and embark on the sacred journey of Umrah during certain periods of the holidays. During the Christmas and Easter holidays, most offices and all schools are closed. It would be an excellent opportunity for Muslim families to search for Umrah together. Children in the family can learn about the minor pilgrimage and all the rituals associated with it very early with their parents. Many UK-based travel agencies offering Hajj and Umrah tours offer interesting offers on Umrah packages from the UK for the Christmas and Easter holidays, which can significantly reduce the overall costs of the realization of the journey.
Cost
It is important to take into account the overall budget of your trip to Omra before booking Umrah packages in 2018. As a general rule, the cost of these packages includes the cost of flights, the Umrah visa and hotel stays. . By booking well in advance, UK Muslims can get the desired Umrah packages at a lower cost. It also gives them enough time to prepare for the trip. UK Muslims may also consider booking Umrah tours at certain times of the year, when travel agencies offer great deals on packages.
Accommodation
The holy city of Mecca has several important Islamic sites that Muslims in the United Kingdom would like to visit during their stay in this part of Saudi Arabia after the execution of their Umrah. If they were housed in a hotel near the Masjid Al-Haram mosque, they would not only have the advantage of going to the holy mosque, but they would also have more facility to visit all the important Islamic places in Mecca. . For this reason, they must always choose packages including stays in elegant hotels located near the Masjid Al-Haram mosque. Their stay would be truly memorable with all the excellent facilities provided in their hotel in addition to the pleasant environment of Mecca. The Hajj, which purifies man of all sins, is a very sacred journey whose spiritual aspect can be overshadowed by logistical problems. Therefore, it is crucial to choose the "perfect" package for the hajj so that you can fully concentrate on the spiritual aspect of the trip.
Here are some things to consider when choosing a package for hajj:
Choosing an agency registered
Choosing an agency registered with the Hajj Ministry rather than a sub-agent increases your chances of success. Registered agencies are more aware of the latest rules on visa processing, can contact the Hajj ministry to solve a problem, are answerable to the ministry if pilgrims complain and show more ingenuity in handling the issue. arrangements for air transport, hotels and transport. They are also cheaper because travel arrangements to Saudi Arabia can only be made by authorized agencies. The sub-agents must purchase services from these agencies and therefore sell the package at a higher price. Despite all the advantages of the above-mentioned licensed agents, you can choose an auxiliary agent if you have heard good things about them. All authorized agents may not provide a good service, while some auxiliary agents are very professional. Therefore, it is necessary to choose a package provider hajj based on references.
The company of a knowledgeable experienced guide
The company of a knowledgeable and experienced guide of your group is needed. No matter how much information you have accumulated in books and conferences, you can deal with questions you did not have before. It is also important to know if the travel agency is seeking advice from its guide. For reasons of logistical ease, some agents can plan their departure for Arafat and Muzdalifah before the time recommended by Islamic law. Choosing an agency that plans travel under the command of a reputable imam can reduce the risk of taking shortcuts or going against the Sunnah.
Make sure
Make sure to check that the imam will do the hajj with the pilgrims of the package you have selected. It is difficult to contact the imam if he is staying in another hotel, on another bus or in a tent different from yours in Mina. This problem is particularly common with agencies that offer a wide variety of packages under the direction of one or two imams only.
Having a female guide would be an added advantage for sisters on a pilgrimage.
It is useful to check if the travel agent has a full-time employee in the United States and Saudi Arabia. The more an agency relies on external resources, the more likely it is to suffer from mismanagement. In addition, the longer an agency has been providing Hajj services, the better it is able to provide an organized service. Most Hajj packages advertise prices from New York to Jeddah. If you live elsewhere, be sure to include the cost of the domestic plane ticket to New York when choosing a package. Also add the cost of Hajj and Zabiha fees to get an estimate of the exact amount you will spend per person.
Hosting in a convenient site is very useful
Hosting in a convenient site is very useful. Hotel near Haram and Masjid - e-Nabwi is more important than the number of stars in a hotel because it would reduce travel time, save energy for worship and save time without having to queue to make wudu or use a toilet. In some cases, it may be better to share your room with 4 people in a hotel near Haram and not share the room with another person but at a greater distance from the Haram. In addition, hotel ratings are in line with Saudi government standards, which are different from US hotel rating standards.

5 facts about religion in Saudi Arabia
5 facts about religion in Saudi Arabia;
Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman attends a meeting in London on March 7, 2018. (Dan Kitwood/WPA Pool/Getty Images)
Since his father became Saudi Arabia’s king in 2015, Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman has taken dramatic steps to change his country’s political and economic life. But the 32-year-old heir to the throne also has begun to soften the kingdom’s strict religious rules with a promise to return to “moderate Islam.” Among the changes he’s spearheaded: granting women the right to drive, reintroducing cinemas and curbing the sweeping powers of the religious police.
Here are five facts about religion in Saudi Arabia — a country that is the birthplace of Islam and, as such, holds special importance for Muslims worldwide.
1Saudi Arabia has a young and rapidly growing Muslim population. The kingdom has more than 30 million inhabitants, and roughly 93% of them are Muslim, according to Pew Research Center data. The country is officially a Muslim nation and most Saudi Muslims are Sunni. However, a Shia minority accounts for an estimated 10% to 15% of the population. Additionally, Saudi Arabia is a young country: In 2015, about 56% of the kingdom’s Muslims were under the age of 30. The number of Muslims in Saudi Arabia is projected to increase 51% between 2015 and 2050, though their share of the global Muslim population is expected to remain small at about 2%.
2Saudi Arabia is home to two of Islam’s holiest cities: Mecca, where the Prophet Muhammad was born, and Medina, where he is buried. Every year, during the hajj, millions of Muslims from around the world travel to Mecca to complete the six-day pilgrimage to the Kaaba shrine. While the hajj is required once in the lifetime of every able-bodied adult Muslim who can afford it, adherents of the faith also travel to Mecca during other times of the year to complete the shorter, voluntary umrah pilgrimage.
3The Saudi Arabian government follows an ultraconservative Wahhabi interpretation of the Quran. Wahhabism began as a social and religious reform movement in the 18th century and is closely associated with the founding and consolidation of the Saudi kingdom. Wahhabism calls for the literal interpretation of the Quran and includes strict enforcement of religious codes and practices. For decades, the Wahhabi doctrine has been upheld by clerics who run the judiciary and by religious police. But, recently, Crown Prince Mohammed has been pushing back against the clerical establishment and has even stripped the religious police of the power to make arrests.
4Government restrictions on religion are “very high” in Saudi Arabia, according to a 2017 Pew Research Center report that looked at religious restrictions as of 2015. The kingdom is one of 23 countries out of 198 included in the study to earn this distinction, along with countries like China, Egypt and Iran. The desert kingdom falls in this top category of restrictions because it meets many of the Center’s criteria; for example, the constitution doesn’t allow for religious freedom, the government interferes with worship practices, and religious symbols – such as dress – are regulated by law. Saudi Arabia also has a “high” rating on our Social Hostilities Index, which measures aggression by private individuals, organizations or groups in society, such as religion-related harassment and terrorism.
5Young Saudi women are among the most educated in the Muslim world. Despite laws that require women to have a male guardian – a restriction that generally hampers their social mobility and access to jobs – young Saudi women are more educated than their male counterparts. As of 2010, about a third (35%) of Saudi women ages 25 to 34 held at least postsecondary degrees, compared with 28% of men, according to a Pew Research Center report. That’s a big change from previous generations. For example, only 3% of Saudi women ages 55 to 74 had gained higher education, versus 16% of men in that age group. While this recent educational progress hasn’t brought Saudi women up to the level of the U.S., for example, where 48% of women ages 25 to 34 had a postsecondary degree, Saudi Arabia is nevertheless ahead of other power brokers in the region such as Egypt (19%) and Iran (16%).

Tawaf Is Important or not for Hajj & Umrah
What Is Tawaf?
Tawaf is one of the Islamic customs of travellers. During the Hajj and Umrah, Muslims are to go around the Kaaba (the most sacred site in Islam) seven times, in an anti-clockwise direction; the first three circuits at a hurried step, followed by four times, more closely, at an easy pace. The circling is believed to demonstrate the unity of the believers in the worship of the One God, as they move in harmony together around the Kaaba while praying to Allah.
Now, there are many companies who provide Umrah Package but you can select the best Company who provides Best Umrah Package for Umrah.
Ritual details of Tawaf:
Large crowds of pilgrims sometimes make it difficult to perform the customs Gate of the Kaaba.
The circle begins from the Black Stone Hajar-e-Aswad on the one side of Kaaba. In the event that conceivable, Muslims are to kiss or touch it, however, this is frequently unrealistic as a result of the substantial group, so it is appropriate for them to just point or hold up their hand to the Stone on each circuit. They are added to make the Takbir petition (Bismillah Allahu Akbar) each time they approach.
For men, it is proposed to make the initial three circuits at a rushed pace, trailed by four times, more intently, at a comfortable pace. Toward the finish of the orbiting, Muslims go to the Station of Ibrahim to supplicate two Nafil petition rakat, and after that drinking water from the sacrosanct Well of Zamzam, before continuing to the following custom of the Hajj, the Sa'i.
The place for performing the prayer of obligatory Tawaf is behind Maqam of Ibrahim, but it can be performed more distant from there if the crowds are so much congested; the pilgrim should not insist on performing the prayer behind Maqam, especially when performers of Tawaf are so much that they reach behind Maqam of Ibrahim and some acts that others perform and disturb performers of Tawaf are not correct (but the prayer of Mustahab Tawaf can be performed anywhere in Masjid al-Haram).
Muslims are for the most part encouraged to "make tawaf" no less than twice – once as a component of the Hajj, which you can easily perform by selecting suitable Hajj Package from a trusted company, and again as their last action before leaving Mecca.
Nonetheless, on a few events when it is particularly moist or swarmed, the breath may turn out to be more troublesome because of overabundance carbon dioxide noticeable all around the Kaaba.
Circumambulation around the Kaaba:
Circumambulation intends to circumvent something. This demonstration demonstrates the most extreme level of adoration to the degree that wishes to forfeit himself for the dearest. A genuine traveller who has the hunger for meeting his Beloved has been segregated from everything. By circumventing the House of the Beloved, he wishes to demonstrate that he wants only God.
The planets circumambulate the sun, for they take everything from it. Inside a particle, the electrons circumambulate the protons. The entire universe going from the undetectable particles to the planets and worlds circumambulate. Man, being a piece of the universe, should to circumambulate, as well, with the distinction that the planets circumambulate necessarily as indicated by the laws of nature, however, man, the reason being, and owner of unrestrained choice, circumambulates with his rationale and will a House God has designated to respect people. Henceforth, it is normal for Muslims to offer their prayers, to sit, to remain, to discuss the Holy Quran, to rest, to rests right now of death, to be placed in a grave, lastly to be toward that path amid their lifetimes and passing.
"Surely my prayer and my sacrifice and my life and my death are all for Allah, the Lord of the worlds."

Eliminating ‘Pay As You Go’ Pilgrims Registration System By Ibrahim Muhammad
New Post has been published on https://www.blueprint.ng/eliminating-pay-as-you-go-pilgrims-registration-system-by-ibrahim-muhammad/
Eliminating ‘Pay As You Go’ Pilgrims Registration System By Ibrahim Muhammad
Saudi Arabia has upgraded hajj operating system, there is need to upgrade our application software. Otherwise, we will continue to receive ‘incompatibility error’ “Ibrahim Muhammad”
There is an urgent need for National Hajj Commission to hasten its proposed Hajj saving scheme to provide a flexible pattern of payment for hajj seats for Nigeria pilgrims. The slow pace of the ongoing 2018 pilgrims registration’ and the deadline set by Saudi Arabia Ministry of Hajj should provides us an opportunity to review the current arrangement of ‘paying for hajj seats within one hajj calendar year. Hajj savings scheme is basically a scheme for any Muslim citizen intending to perform Hajj by building up savings on monthly installment basis that may be required in future to meet his/her Hajj related expenses. The current practice of selling hajj seats to pilgrims on yearly basis is no more feasible owing to some salient facts: In the last few years, Saudi Arabia has instituted many hajj policies that requires hajj participating countries to conclude hajj plans before the commencement of Ramadan.: Signing of memorandum of understanding with Saudi Ministry of Hajj, securing accommodations for pilgrims, catering services, signing of contractual obligations with Madina Adilah – whose responsibility is it to provide accommodation for pilgrims in Madina and other hajj services that requires financial commitment on the part of hajj participating countries. For example, Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of hajj calendar of events slated May as deadline for all 2018 hajj preparations which includes negotiating, signing of contracts, and making financial commitment to hajj service providers. Consequently, the national hajj commission set March as deadline for pilgrims’ registration thereby leaving only 6-7 month for intending pilgrims to pay N1.5 Million naira on the average. However, it takes seven to eight years to accumulate enough saving for hajj especially in country where the economic indicator points downward. This is a paradox. This is one of the fundamental reasons why NAHCON must quickly see to the take off of hajj saving scheme in Nigeria Evidently, 75-80% of Nigeria pilgrims are middle class and 80-90% of that numbers are famers. They lack financial muzzle to pay for hajj seat at a go as they will prefer having a system that will allow them to be paying for hajj in instalmental arrangement. Nigeria is among top 10 countries with highest number of pilgrims. Unlike Nigeria countries like, Bangladesh, Indonesia, Malaysia, and Pakistan has an instalmental payment arrangement. Catholic Priest wakes up from coma after 17 months, converts to Islam A catholic priest from the island of Java in Indonesia who has woken up from a 17 month long coma has converted himself to Islam after the man claims Allah spoke to him and showed him “the beauty of the heavens”. The 87-year old priest from Spain has lived and preached on the island for more then 43 years and is fluent in Javanese and various dialects of the different ethnic groups of the island and is a well known and respected figure amongst all religious groups of the area. The man who has suffered a cardiac arrest while helping local volunteers to fix the roof of his own church and fell an incredible two stories high has managed to survive and come out of his coma, in brittle shape, yet a changed man. “I know nothing of Islam. Never once have I read the Quran but God spoke to me and asked me to follow him to the heavens and the Holy light shone through my entire being and behold the golden gates of heaven appeared before me and God told me his name and it was Allah” told the newly convert to a journalist of the Kalimantan Press. The man who miraculously suffers no spinal injury should be able to walk soon, admits the physician who took care of him at South Jakarta’s Metropolitan Medical Centre. “This must be the strongest 80-year old I have ever seen. His bones should be smashed to pieces” ponders Jim Won May, who has practiced medicine for over twenty years. His conversion to Islam took most of his church followers by surprise, but interestingly enough, already half of his Christian followers have showed interest in converting to Islam. “If Allah is the true God, I don’t want to be misled in the wrong direction on Judgment day. I trust Father Eduardo. We all believe in him” explains one of his followers. The priest who is still under medical attention has already ordered the construction of a new mosque and his followers are already hard at work to find the funds necessary for the task. “We owe it to Father Eduardo for all he has done for us” comments one of the devotees of the old catholic church, that is now for sale.
