I may not be good at it, and my form may suck, but I will get better! I am proud of myself for being able to do this at all considering I am 55 years old and until just a few months ago I couldn't this at all! Even when I only weighed 105 lbs I couldn't do it. Even when I was a kid I couldn't do it. Now I am able to give it my best shot and no one can take the happiness I feel about this accomplishment away from me! Making these short videosof me groovin', and even posting my picture, takes me out of the comfort zone that I have lived in for far too long. Years of being judged forced me into a place where I shielded myself. For 2+ years, I have been groovin', and soaking up everything Misty Tripoli had to say. I finally learned to love myself. Little by little I learned to feel comfortable in showing myself, the person I am due to Hypothyroidism, the person I am that should be dead due to Congestive Heart Failure. I survived CHF - My heart is 100% healthy - And I am going to live my life, do my own thing, and judgement from others be damned! I DON'T CARE WHAT PEOPLE THINK!! I am living my best life and making my dreams come true! I am thankful to Misty Tripoli for creating Groove and I am so grateful for this opportunity to be a Groove Facilitator!
