i will always be grateful to callie for being who she is. i will always be grateful to her for making my heart cry, ache, smile, beat faster for the joy. i will always be grateful to all the lgbt characters grey's anatomy had and still has. my lonely and insecure lgbt being needed that. my mum, who likes callie and arizona as individuals, needed that to see and comprehend that love is love. i will always be grateful to any character who has spoken words i felt in my heart too (or punched an homophobe!) because that really has been an important help in my path for understanding who i am.
