THE ORIGINAL BLACK CONDOR!!! After yesterday's B'wana Beast, I needed another equally stupid comic book hero. The Black Condor is Richard Grey Jr., the only survivor or a caravan made up of scientist traveling through Mongolia. He was then found and raised by a race of… super-intelligent condors!!! No shit! He was then discovered by a mountain hermit called Father Pierre, who was able to tame and raise the feral child. When Richard grew older, he tracked down and killed… the same bandits who killed his parents! He then moved to the US and discovered a plot to kill a US senator. He was too late to save him but decided to use his powers to fight gangsters and crooked politicians. While later versions of Black Condor had a myriad of powers, Richard's only power, originally, was flight. Somehow he developed some mental powers down the road. Lame.
