For the one who introduced me to (and got me obsessed with) this ship, I'm sure I can come up with some hcs for Celeta! 😉

They met during a past World Exhibition. Their workshops were beside each other, and they often found themselves crossing paths. They soon started having lunch together and quickly forged a friendship through their shared love of inventing and being women in a heavily male-dominated career

Greta has several romantic nicknames for Celine (the most popular one being "my beautiful Rose" on account of Celine's middle name). Celine tried coming up with nicknames for Greta, but she's not as creative when it comes to romance...

While she might not be good at making cute nicknames, Celine has mastered the love language of gift-giving! She often makes things for Greta, jewelry and tiny automatons being the most common

Both are strong advocators for women's rights and women in science. They hope to one day co-write a book on inventing specifically targeted toward women to inspire more women to break away from the norm and pursue their dreams

Celine once took Greta on a late-night date, which featured a picnic under the stars. Celine taught Greta everything she knew about the constellations twinkling in the night sky, and Greta happily listened to her girlfriend ramble away about the stars above

Greta enjoyed gifting Celine roses as they were her favourite flower. Celine loved having them in her workshop as they brought pops of colour and a pleasant aroma to the room. She had several vases dedicated to her roses, and never once were they all empty, thanks to how often Greta got Celine new flowers

Even though "Celine" and "elegance" rarely go in the same sentence, she would do anything for Greta, even put on a fancy dress, do her hair and put on makeup. The first time Greta saw Celine all dressed up, she got so flustered she had to excuse herself to process the beautiful image in private and get her heart rate under control

After Celine died, her body was cremated to make for easier transport back to France so that she could be buried. Greta brought Celine's remains back to France but kept a small amount of her ashes. Greta put them into a heart-shaped locket she made and wears daily to keep Celine close to her heart

childhood hcs :D

- Archie used to walk around with Veronica's heels on when he was old enough to walk. He would fall over a LOT. Archisa moment later when Archie surprised Elisa by walking in her heels perfectly.

- Once Wentworth wasn't available due to a family emergency, Horatio made Sandra babysit Archie for an evening. He HATED her and screamed and cried for the entire evening.

- Another time, Archie reluctantly showed her a painting he made, which was just a big slop of paint on some paper. Sandra being Sandra.. called it awful. Archie proceeded to cry again for three hours until he was sick.

- Bernadine being only 18 when Archie was born, used to take him everywhere she could. She'd take him sightseeing and to feed the pigeons. He loved her more than anyone.

- Bernadine also used to dress him up and put makeup on him. He didn't like it, but would laugh because the brush tickled his face. Curtesy of Shark, she taught him how to take care of his hair.

- She'd also let him walk on her feet

- His first word was applesauce.

- Greta had many siblings, and she's kind of in the middle. She has two sisters and one brother who were older than her. Her sisters helped her sneak out to work on her inventions, while her brother used to bake with her. Her little siblings would beg her to read them stories and let them help her with her work. The former was usually accepted while the latter wasn't.

- Greta met Celine when she was 16. Her sisters also used to help her sneak out to meet Celine. They always approved of her, and wanted to see her happy.

- A grandpa's girl. She was young when he died, but he left everything he had to do with metal and physics to her. He was a well-known inventor in his town, and Greta was often taken to see his exhibit in the museum.

- Greta was the type of kid to smash leaves in a pot with mud and try to get her older brother to drink it. He did not.

- Celine used to climb out her bedroom window at night to climb trees and look at the moon.

- Her first present that her father actually wanted her to have (they were very typical with how he and his parents raised her - wanting her to grow up to be a lady but as if she was having that.) was a telescope. He came back the next day to Celine completely taking it apart, components all over the floor. He was mad.

- She'd take apart anything she could get her hands on. Lamps, radios, you name it she took it apart to see how it worked.

- Taught herself how to do a backflip by herself over the span of about three hours. She could do so much like that, and even shocked Greta with it.

- Made friends with random animals behind her home. She'd feed the squirrels and tell them all about her dreams.

- Definitely the kid who accidentally knocked her front two teeth out by being reckless.

- When she was about six, and Isaac was fifteen, she used to ask him to throw her across the grass onto a mattress for fun. He didn't want to because she was clearly going to get hurt. But seeing her laugh and shout "again!" soothed his nerves over it.

Especially with Georgina, Madam Xiang, Karen Knight, Greta and more(Marina Romanova is also), they're really really sooooo fine that you wanna hug them really bad that you don't want them to go elsewhere

(well atleast in my AU, I switched Georgina's personality into a very sweet and caring person rather than a bad attitude of hers)

celine always saw beauty in greta despite the troubles they both went through.. even after all this time. also this is based on an alternate ending to my fic im currently in the process of making (you can find it on ao3!!) greta doesnt exactly take it so well..
