therapist wanted me to fill out questionnaires before my appointment in [checks notes] 2 weeks? & gregbert got me answering like i have depression rather than anxiety, apparently

like. have i felt bad about myself or thought i was a bad/worthless person sometime in the last couple weeks? sure! that's just greg talking though, he does that. have i felt down over the last couple weeks? a bit yeah but thats also greg hes kind of a downer. have i thought about hurting myself in the last couple of weeks? yeah thats greg again, hes full of shit ideas, i dont take him seriously

n like. the thing about greg is he's a horrible little ocd-flavored anxiety gremlin. gregs whole thing is scrupulosity. all the nonsense he spouts comes back ultimately to whether or not i'm Good, both in general & for the people around me, & the worry that im Not, Actually

i do see how he reads as depression & maybe theres an element of that idk, stuff overlaps, but his whole Bit is anxiety

meanwhile on the lil anxiety quiz i forgot to answer like it was based on social situations or the aforementioned moral bullshit. it was geared for GAD and i answered it like GAD and thats my goof i shoulda remembered to not do that. so it looks like i got none anxiety with left depression and that simply aint it

ill have to.. clarify probably. in 2 weeks. ugh

i wanted to start sooner but i didnt want weekly appointements (expensive), and the soonest biweekly appt that works w my schedule was . 2 weeks out. bc this tuesday was a holiday :(
