Made a batch of kourabiedes to take to my parents place last night. This recipe will be going under my other one on my website. The first one currently on my site are super melt in your mouth but probably best kept in the fridge in an airtight container. These are shelf stable and just as delicious. Just tweaking my recipe. The original didn’t cope with warm weather and was a little too crumbly- ok if kept in fridge. This recipe is stable. But it’s not vegan. One step at a time❤️ so I’m just going to remake this again and if it’s the same I’ll put it up over the next couple of days onto the website. Love baking but not when tradies are working on the house.
