propaganda relies on people not knowing enough about a certain topic to push an idea about that topic onto an impressionable/uninformed audience.

thankfully most people are aware that cannibalism and incest are wrong in real life. so i don't think those fanfics and games you hate so much are really doing anything to 'normalise' it.

there are thousands of popular books and shows with incest in them. none of them have caused people to believe incest is okay. because its something almost everyone knows and is taught is wrong.

people only start to believe these things are okay when they're in a community which argues that incest is okay in real life constantly. or when they've been exposed to such things at a young age.

fanfic and fanart are none of these. fictional books and games and shows are none of these. stop harassing random people and creators for what is obviously just a fictional story.
