Review: This soup was amazing. The broth was flavorful but not overwhelming. The udon was perfectly thick and chewy, amazing. The soup was served very hot and fresh. The veggies were nice and well cooked. The chicken was the weakest point but it didn't distract from the overall amazingness of the soup. I adored the poached egg, it was perfectly poached and really added interest to the dish. The shrimp tempura was fresh and crisp and the batter was excellent. I would highly recommend this soup.
