Yum! This is my gluten free version of this week’s #GreatAmericanBakeAlong 😀I am on the #TinselTroop team! My son and I made these with Schars Gluten Free puff Pastry! It has ginger pudding filling in the large tarts and caramel apple and white Ghirardelli white chocolate filling in the small tarts. Each puff pastry was topped with Ghirardelli white chocolate melts and topped with crumbled Tates Bakeshop gluten free Ginger Zinger cookies. I also put a piece of the candied ginger from the cookies in the middle of the caramel tarts. We made white chocolate feathers with the left over chocolate melts for some sparkle! This was lots of fun as our homeschool cooking project this week! Christmas University is fun for the whole family!
