Yum! This is my gluten free version of this week’s #GreatAmericanBakeAlong 😀I am on the #TinselTroop team! My son and I made these with Schars Gluten Free puff Pastry! It has ginger pudding filling in the large tarts and caramel apple and white Ghirardelli white chocolate filling in the small tarts. Each puff pastry was topped with Ghirardelli white chocolate melts and topped with crumbled Tates Bakeshop gluten free Ginger Zinger cookies. I also put a piece of the candied ginger from the cookies in the middle of the caramel tarts. We made white chocolate feathers with the left over chocolate melts for some sparkle! This was lots of fun as our homeschool cooking project this week! Christmas University is fun for the whole family! Cinnamon Rolls for dinner? Why yes we shall! Seriously if you are not in Christmas University by @christmasisnotcancelled & @jen_lilley you should be! Tonight we learned how to make cinnamon rolls from @jerrodblandino and it was so fun! I added the sprinkles myself because even food could use a little glitter! This was amazing! We haven’t had soft amazing gluten free cinnamon rolls for over 13 years! Using Jerrods tips I was able to adapt to gluten free and it turned out so amazing! My family loved them and my nephew told my son that he wants to learn how to make them! So excited to get my #ChristmasUniversity packet and sweatshirt today! If you all want to do something fun and love to help others at the same time then join Christmas University (Make believe University made by @christmasisnotcancelled that benefits Toys for Tots)! The first two weeks were so fun! I am doing this with my son for extra holiday themed fun for his homeschool! @jen_lilley and her business partner Ale are making this a super special holiday season. They are hoping to get 20,000 toys for children in need this Christmas. We purchased a package for a child in honor of someone special and they will be sending out a card! It is so cool! My husband wants to do another package too in honor of someone else! It is a beautiful thing to do!
