Is your oc a leader? Who do they lead?

As owner of Nameless, Sato is naturally in the leader role, even if she doesn't want to be in that position of making life-changing decisions. But if she doesn't look out for her people, who will?

3. How well or not well does your oc take constructive criticism?

Depends on who's giving it.

If it's some total internet stranger, she probably won't even pay attention. Back when she was an Idol, she's used to watching the public swaying wherever the wind blows - usually saying stupid shit that they wouldn't dare to in real life. Not to mention, she's well-acquainted with the fact that the most unreasonable people are often the most vocal. She rarely takes any criticism from strangers seriously.

If it's someone closer like a friend or family, she's more inclined to listen because she feels most of the people in her circle are the "let live" type - she's pretty sure most of her friends and acquaintances have some sort of felony or crime against humanity to their name, therefore she must be really fucking up in some way if people are criticizing her. She'll genuinely listen to them but whether she'll consider the criticism as something to take action on is a different story.

5. How does your oc take pride in themselves and others?

She's quiet when it comes to pride in herself - mostly because she feels her accomplishments are paltry when compared to the people she's acquainted with.

After she was introduced to the supernatural world, everyone she's interacted with have been powerhouses in their own right - and it's severely messed with her perspective. Lev, back in the old timeline, grew so strong that her presence alone upgraded the Nameless Cult to a second-tier faction. Sasha, despite her impish nature, is a polygot and an electrical engineer rolled into one lightning-wielding fighter. Damien, the previous leader of the Nameless Cult, established the original cult into a self-sufficient support system for everyone - without cheating like she did. Mads is a literal angel with the power to heal by reversing the harm done. Kris is a god with a capital G, and his apostle Nata is shaping up to be just as powerful. Those are only just to name a few.

Because she is surrounded by all these amazing people, she genuinely doesn't know how extraordinary she is. Because even though she "cheated", if other people had the same opportunities like she did, they might not have been able to capitalize on it like she did.

Connected with that and if it's the right time and place, she often expresses her pride in other people's achievements with sincere appreciation as it's something people care about. And when people get excited because they care about something, she can't help but get excited too.
