ugh it's 4h30am and i should be asleep, i have a test today but i cannot sleep

this day was brutal from start to finish and i'm exhausted and want to just drift away for a bit in tranquil waters with the sun on my face and the trust that everything will be alright but nothing's ever fine actually and the only peace i find is in the moments of nothingness when i should be asleep and when i'm alone but it simply is so rare that i end up wide awake at 4h30am needing to sleep with my mind and body refusing to let go only to start another insurmountable day of grief and bleak despair and worry

so, yesterday i had one of the most insane experiences ever with my mother involving omegaverse

i had already explained the basics of the A/B/O tropes, but she was reading a story on some pay-walled platform and hit the paywall... next thing, knowing that i am used to reading online on some platforms she asked if i knew somewhere to find the story without needing to pay and stuff. anyway.

i, a naive and kinda dumb person asked which was the general plot. only for her to explain.

SHE WAS READING OMEGAVERSE WITHOUT EVEN KNOWING IT WAS OMEGAVERSE SHE WAS READING. i had a laughing fit and could not stop and tell why i was laughing so bad, and did she ever ask. AND TO MAKE STUFF WORST, IT WAS STRAIGHT OMEGAVERSE, but that is a topic better left for never.

Anyways. After that I ended up explaining some of the more common tropes and plots present in A/B/O stories and what was the likely ending to the dumpster fire she was reading. i told i could find similarly plotted stories if she wanted, but idk about a place to find pay-walled stories for free to read.

So, that was my night yesterday.
