#DailyGratitude STILLNESS. Amidst the madness, creating time to breath, reflect, and meditate can be one of the most powerful tools we gift to ourselves and to others. There’s no need to do anything crazy to create the environment for us to go deep within ourselves— all it takes is a position of comfort and our breath.🧘🏻‍♂️ .
