The number of colossi you fight in Shadow of the Colossus was originally much higher--but was cut multiple times during production. The number stayed at 24 long enough that there were 8 nearly-fully-realized colossi that were cut from the final game. There's just enough information out there about where the beta colossi were in development before they were cut to make them *incredibly* enigmatic, including little tiny bits of footage and concept art and beta screenshots that all combine to make a fascinating scavenger-hunt type situation.

It's a giant enemy spider. *begins beatboxing a wild Pokemon battle theme medley* In all seriousness, this was one of the scrapped colossi that got farthest along in creation. There exist screenshots of it from beta builds of SotC, and we know that fighting it would've required Wander to slash at its legs while riding around it on Argo. However, its battle gimmick was too complex for the devs to finish in time, so it ended up cut.

Hot Coffee minigame

(I chose not to embed a video for this one because of its sexual nature. You can look it up yourself if you want.)

First off, this does include sexual content. So, while San Andreas was in development, one of the mini-games for players involved interactable sexual encounters with CJ's (the main character) girlfriend. However, due to trying for an M rating instead of Adults Only, the mini-game was made inaccessible during gameplay, although the lead-ups to them were still there. Modders found this minigame, and created a mod that made the mini-game accessible, calling it "Hot Coffee" due to CJ getting invited inside for coffee after a successful date. This ended up leading to a class action lawsuit alleging that players were misled on the correct rating for the game.
