I just wanted to add that in my brothers city the local government changed from their own services to some bullshit company who had a ton of prerequisites for your trash being picked up which most of the apartment complexes did not meet. The city nor the civilians were made aware of this. it only came to light later, about 75% of the cities trash was not picked up and things just kinda shut down until volunteers from the previous trash service took over. I dont know how it resolved but it was insane. Ill have to ask him sometime soon
