soon launch of les éditions musicographiques related to editorial performance project ‘musicographisme_1’.

For this first proposition, an interpretation of the piano piece ‘Vexations’ from Erik Satie (1893) was performed by Vonverhille, founder of the music label Maturre, in an analog and digital session during the exhibition ‘musicographisme_1’ by Maycec at Gr_und, Berlin. 9th November 2018.

[seven performance artists]  [open session] [re-sculpturing space] [visual jam]   For the event, seven performance artists working within different disciplines engaging in an open session  to create ActionScape #1.   The structured and thematically focused interaction of instruments in a musical jam results in soundscapes. In a performance jam, musical instruments are replaced with the individual forms of performance practice developed by the participating artists. The soundscape turns into an ActionScape. Interdependent fragments of musical structures are replaced by interdependent fragments of action.
