Today at the office: Yung Bisor namin may pinagawang report. We are searching for data from the years 2019 to 2023, a time period during which I was not yet employed at the company where I am currently working.

Out on my morning walk looking like a well matched queen 👸🏻

Thinking about my peers on here doing some reflecting and setting of goals and pondering if I set concrete goals for myself this year. Retrospectively, yes I suppose I did! Things just kind of happened and I guess seeing them through was the persistence.

My brain dump looking back -

👩🏻‍🏫 Work - Hmm. Well I started in a role that will not exist next year which is a shame. I will still be in a similar role, albeit temporarily until the end of the year. Then, I am not sure what’s happening. My HSC class ranked 1st in our system so that’s pretty exciting. I made a lot of connections with my students and supported them through some pretty heavy shit…

📚 Study - …This then prompted me to start my Masters which I am 3 units into. I have been toying with the idea of pursuing this for ten years so that is a long term goal achieved for sure!

💵 Other work - I wrote freelance exam papers and did HSC marking for some side money 💰 I have said no to the exam papers for next year which I am so proud of myself for.

🏋🏽‍♀️ Training - I went to the gym 170 times which seems to average 3-4 times per week. Sounds right. Jan-Sept is hard because of netball, I was lucky to get to the gym 3 times per week during the season. My gym doesn’t open on Sundays either. Sept-Dec was a solid hit out during the challenge. I managed to lose 10kg, making my total loss since September 2022 16kg without any gains back. I didn’t suffer any major injuries in the gym and this contributed to my consistency and ability to push myself more.

🏃🏽‍♀️ Parkrun - I ran 33 parkruns this year. In April last year I set a goal to get back under 30 mins. I did it this year not once but nine times 🥹 all in the second half of the year. This was my biggest running year since 2019 due to lockdowns etc.

🏐 Netball - My rep and club team both finished 3rd 🥲 I had great seasons, particularly for club my shooting accuracy was the highest and most consistent it’s been for years sitting around 85-90% every game. That was my goal ✅ No injuries that sidelined me - except for my dislocated finger 🤣 briefly. Another goal ✅

💵 Monies - Without putting amounts out there it’s pleasing and also a privilege to get through the year comfortably. I got to travel with my bestie at the start of the year, book a holiday with Josh (Wednesday eee) and still save a good amount for my emergency fund, general savings and pay for my units upfront for uni (although 75% is subsidized thanks government). When I cleaned out my wardrobe I was pleased not too part with too much which means I haven’t overconsumed and wasted.

🏥 Health - I had my endo surgery which had been on my mind for about 3-4 years. ✅ I already feel so many benefits from it and regret not having it again sooner (last one was 2009!). Had another iron infusion. Generally, I do look after my health and try to do regular dental, chiro, GP visits etc. I only saw my psych once this year. I could probably have done with a top up because things got very dicey for me around April, but we made it through.

🥂 Alcohol - I stopped drinking between August-November and since have only had alcohol on 5 occasions (I use a dry days tracker). I’m sorting out when feels safe for me to drink and how much control I have. The reset has really helped me understand why I used to drink, sometimes alone, and that I put myself in unsafe situations when this happens. I still have some soul searching to go but I am on the right track.

👩🏻‍🏫 Work - Enjoy the year. Relax a little. Set boundaries. Know where you stand.

📚 Study - Complete 5 units

💵 Other work - HSC marking and that’s it

🏋🏽‍♀️ Training - Keep up with gym, average 4-5 times per week. Bench 60! Be nicer to people at 5am 🤣

🏃🏽‍♀️ Running - Attend as many parkruns as I can. Go under 28 (home PB). Volunteer more. Maybe do a half again in November? Depends on other factors.

🏐 Netball - Have already said no to rep (can you tell I am being so firm with my resources next year?). Will always play club. Goal - Win grand final again. Shoot at 90-95% accuracy.

💵 Monies - We connected with a financial advisor just before Christmas so plan to see that through and have a look at what we can do! Clearer goals will then form. I also want to stop shouting people things. I am overly generous with this and it needs to stop because a lot of the time it’s colleagues who never do a shout so it never comes back to me 🥲

🏥 Health - Find out what I am anaphylactic to on 28/2 😀 and hopefully don’t die during that test! Continue managing my endo and other factors that connect to all of that. Maintain my weight loss in healthy and sensible means (which I am confident in myself I can).

🥂 Alcohol - I want to continue to be mindful in my motives for drinking, how society has normalized alcohol consumption, etc. I want to be safe, feel healthy and not ruin next days for myself.

📷 - My bestie and I need to take more photos together

📱- I really need to reduce my screen time (cruise will help with this!)

📖- I really need to read more (2 books planned for our cruise!)

🧽 - I keep editing and adding to this lol. I want to maintain a really minimal space inside our home. We have done a lot of decluttering the last few weeks and I am really keen to keep it up. We have a council clean up booked for 2/1 and what better way to start the NY! Can’t wait to drag some of our old stuff out and say see ya 👋🏾

D’où vient la nécessité et quelle est l’urgence à documenter les paysages de la campagne québécoise ? « On ne s’inclut plus dans le monde. On utilise ses ressources » affirme d’emblée Mériol Lehmann. Or, ces ressources diminuent année après année. Pour prouver – ou plutôt – documenter ce risque écologique, son outil, c’est la photographie. L’art de faire parler les images et de mettre les images en dialogue. Si « une bonne photo est une photo qui a du sens, ce n’est pas pour autant du photojournalisme », précise le photographe et artiste. Une façon d’éduquer le regard alors ? « Il y a une narration par les images et il y a une place à l’interprétation ». D’où l’importance, souligne-t-il, de contextualiser les images par les mots, de dire le contexte par le texte pour expliquer.

Ouvrir le regard et l’esprit

Pour ouvrir le regard sur le péril environnemental, Mériol donne à voir les entorses à la terre nourricière par une série de photos éloquentes plutôt qu’il ne cible la photo-choc visant à faire sensation. Si ses photos ont la capacité à toucher les gens, c’est par ce que le photographe en tant qu’artiste nous amène à voir une autre facette de la réalité. Ainsi, du rejet à ciel ouvert des mines d’amiante avec la conséquence de rendre la terre stérile. « Plus rien ne pousse ! » dit-il. Devant l’objectif, il observe les modes de production agricole, les tracteurs guidés par GPS suivant les paramètres des champs, les animaux dit « en liberté » dans les bâtiments et non à l’air libre.

À hauteur de vue

Davantage, pour agrandir le regard sur la réalité, il adopte la photographie aérienne à 60 à 100 mètres de hauteur. « Il faut sortir des images esthétisantes et amener les gens à avoir une réflexion » dit-il. Questionner et pousser à la réflexion, voilà bien l’enjeu de sa pratique documentaire et de sa vision à hauteur de vue. « L’image bouscule l’idée reçue, sème le doute ». À la différence du documentaire critique, souvent revendicateur et plus militant, sa vision du documentaire est d’amener par l’image, à ce que le spectateur se questionne par lui-même, sans lui imposer un message donné. Ces images de la ruralité à hauteur de vue viennent susciter chez lui, des interrogations. À la différence du documentaire avec une position éditoriale très marquée, ces prises de vue permettent une liberté de conscience et favorisent un dialogue constructif, à ses yeux.

Refléter la crise écologique

« Mon travail se devait de refléter cette crise écologique » dit-il. Refléter et aider à voir différemment ? De son point de vue, la force de l’image est de révéler l’écart entre la réalité et les perceptions. Une image forte vient bousculer cette représentation idyllique – cultivée par l’industrie agroalimentaire – d’une vie rurale saine, proche de la nature, avec tout l’aspect bucolique du travail fermier. Aux antipodes de ces clichés qui remontent aux années 50, la réalité est qu’«au Québec, il n’y a plus de vache fermière à cause de l’autonomisation de la traite ». Les fermes en bois avec une vingtaine de vaches ont été remplacées par des bâtiments industriels où des robots traitent autour de 80/90 vaches. Selon lui, l’agriculture industrielle participe à l’effondrement de la biodiversité. Indicateur alarmant de cette crise de sens : c’est chez les agriculteurs qui les taux de suicide seraient les plus élevés, note-t-il.

Derrière l’objectif

Derrière l’objectif, Mériol est un homme de conviction dont la pratique photographique s’accorde avec sa philosophie de l’art et du vivant. En Europe, la vision du monde reste marquée par le dualisme cartésien nature/culture, plaçant l’humain avant et devant le monde. Or, « quand on se pense hors du monde, pourquoi aurait-on besoin d’en prendre soin ? » interroge-t-il. « La notion de propriété de la terre n’existe pas chez les premières nations » fait-il encore remarquer. De même, « ailleurs qu’en Europe, on ne se voit pas en dehors du monde ». L’urgence de prendre soin de la terre passe par sortir de cette séparation, par reconsidérer notre relation au monde. « L’humain n’est qu’un vivant parmi d’autres ». Et « notre survie dépend du vivant ». L’antidote à ce schéma de pensée pourrait bien être de prendre le temps de réfléchir, de poser son regard et de questionner ce qu’on voit. Toutefois, Mériol met en garde contre les réponses simples aux questions complexes. De la même façon qu’il existe plusieurs angles de vue d’une réalité, il existe une diversité de regards et de nuances. « Les solutions sont elles-mêmes complexes » comme une photo peut comporter plusieurs zones grises !

« ça y est. je vais abolir ma tristesse. »

Le 15 octobre 2024, Héloïse Brézillon était l'invitée du service culturel de l'Université Sorbonne Paris Nord dans le cadre du cycle de rencontres TexTo. Bien qu'alternant entre plusieurs casquettes (chercheuse, podcasteuse et artiste) c'est en tant que poétesse qu'Héloïse Brézillon est venue se présenter devant le public de la Chaufferie. Quelques jours plus tôt, le premier recueil de poésie de l'artiste paraissait en librairies. Publié aux éditions du Commun, T3M mêle récits de science-fiction et passages poétiques. À travers les pages de ce recueil, l'autrice nous accompagne sur les chemins de sa mémoire guidée par T3M, une IA conçue pour guérir la tristesse.

Puisque pour Héloïse Brézillon la poésie est un art oral, cette rencontre TexTo s'est tout d'abord ouverte sur une performance. L'artiste se tient seule devant un micro, accompagnée de part et d'autre par les deux membres du collectif "Broohaha", Alex.ia Charoud et Franck Weber, en charge de l'ambiance sonore.

Une voix-off passe. Héloïse Brézillon tient T3M en main. Les lumières tamisées et bruits de fonds électroniques construisent une atmosphère à la fois intimiste et angoissante. Héloïse Brézillon débute sa lecture. Sa voix est monotone, sa prononciation parfois hachurée. La cadence semble aléatoire et les changements de rythmes contribuent au paysage sonore inquiétant.

Nous sommes en 2039, le personnage de l'autrice se rend dans une clinique avec un seul but : "abolir (sa) tristesse." Les médecins, nommés les "blouses", lui présentent T3M, une IA permettant de spatialiser la mémoire et, ainsi, d'identifier des événements-lieux à l'origine de la tristesse. Il nous faut pour cela traverser plusieurs maisons-métropoles à la recherche de la capitale, le lieu autour duquel toute la carte s'est construite. "les maisons sont des métropoles, souvenez-vous vos maisons."

Nous quittons la science-fiction afin de pénétrer dans le premier espace poétique, celui des maisons-métropoles. Au début de chaque portrait de maison/souvenir, Héloïse Brézillon répète "la maison". Le rythme devient tout de suite plus saccadé, la voix alterne entre accélérations et ralentissements.

"au moins il se coupe les ongles c'est supportable"

Le tempo est irrégulier, presque chaotique. L'ambiance sonore ajoute elle-aussi à cette sensation de chaos : nous pouvons entendre des bruits de fonds aléatoires, des bruits de pas et battements, "tic tac". La voix se double d'un effet robotique et d'un écho, le rythme gagne en intensité.

Chaque maison possède des coordonnés GPS propres et contient un ensemble de descriptions et de souvenirs. La narration abrite des yeux d'enfants qui retracent un chemin de mémoire violent, désordonné et caché sous les métaphores.

Cet espace composé de portraits est nommé "la maison trou".

Héloïse Brézillon nous ramène à la clinique T3M, son personnage a un nouveau rendez-vous. La cartographie de sa mémoire avance bien, lui disent les cortégraphes (cortex + cartographe). Le retour des bruits électroniques nous replacent immédiatement dans une ambiance sonore de laboratoire futuriste. Les "blouses" entament une explication poétique des procédés de fonctionnement de la mémoire traumatique. L'IA T3M permet de cartographier la mémoire à la recherche d'un fossile, un événement traumatique. Le but de cette séance est de briser la pierre du fossile afin de collecter les informations sensorielles du souvenir traumatique. Les "blouses" la préviennent : cette fin forcée de l'amnésie provoque une saturation des sens.

Le deuxième espace poétique correspond à une approche sensorielle du fossile. Il est nommé avec une rigueur presque scientifique : "la BMW E12 520 modèle 1980 carrosserie vert olive". Dans cette partie, Héloïse Brézillon procède à la description d'un événement sous plusieurs angles et par le biais de plusieurs sens. Nous débutons avec la mémoire tactile et une description de la banquette en cuir de la voiture. La voix accélère, et chancelle. Viennent ensuite la mémoire olfactive, thermo-réceptive et auditive. Le rythme est marqué par les "bzzz" répétitifs d'un frelon et Héloïse Brézillon décrit des bruits avec une prononciation saccadée. En cinquième et sixième parties, la mémoire gustative et la mémoire équilibroceptive. La voix gagne encore en intensité et un effet d'écho lui est ajouté. Enfin, la mémoire proprioseptive constitue une description d'un état dissociatif.

La performance d'Héloïse Brézillon se termine ainsi :

"la petite fille sait son corps / mais ne sent rien".

Après une salve d'applaudissement pour l'autrice et ses deux collègues du collectif "Broohaha", un temps de pause s'installe afin de préparer la section "questions-réponses". Christèle Couleau, maîtresse de conférences en littérature française à l'Université Sorbonne Paris Nord, rejoint les artistes sur scène afin d'animer la rencontre.

La première question porte sur le processus d'écriture d'Héloïse Brézillon. Étant donnée que cette dernière évolue dans le milieu de la poésie orale, Christèle Couleau lui demande si elle écrit également "à voix haute". Pour Héloïse Brézillon, l'écrit et l'oral fonctionnent ensemble dans le processus créatif. Les parties poétiques étaient avant tout des performances et il a donc fallu les poser à l'écrit. Cependant, il y a eu une réécriture des parties science-fiction pour passer de l'écrit à l'oral.

La discussion évolue ensuite sur l'organisation de la performance et c'est cette fois-ci les membres du collectif "Broohaha" qui répondent. Avec l'autrice, ils ont dû notamment travailler le silence, créer une communication entre les mondes de l'écrit et du son. Cette création a, selon eux, nécessité "beaucoup d'écoute". Ce travail réalisé à trois est celui d'une recréation abstraite de l'espace du récit par le son.

Lorsque Christèle Couleau s'interroge sur les raisons qui ont poussées Héloïse Brézillon à aborder le traumatisme par la science-fiction et l'utopie, celle-ci nous apprend qu'elle était intéressée par une étude des composantes de la violence systémique et de l'impact de cette violence sur le cerveau. Même si exprimer ses souvenirs douloureux à travers la poésie a pu être source de soulagement, Héloïse Brézillon souhaite maintenant dépasser la parole individuelle pour repenser le système global, dans un but de prévention. Les coordonnés GPS de la partie que j'ai nommée "maisons-métropoles" sont évoqués. Héloïse Brézillon avoue ne pas s'être trop questionnée sur leur présence, mais exprime un besoin de retracer les lieux liés aux souvenirs. Quitter l'espace de la mémoire permet de replacer ces lieux et souvenirs dans le réel.

Lorsque l'on navigue sur les sites internet des librairies, T3M est présenté comme un ouvrage abordant les violences domestiques "à hauteur d'enfant". Héloïse Brézillon souligne que c'est elle qui a insisté auprès de son éditeur pour que cette précision soit ajoutée. L'autrice affirme qu'il y a un réel besoin de libération de la parole des enfants. Écrire "à hauteur d'enfant" lui a permis de mettre en lumière l'adultisme qui agit souvent dans ces situations. L'adultisme, selon la définition qu'en donne le professeur Barry Checkoway de l’université d'Ann Arbor (Michigan), correspond à "tous les comportements et les attitudes qui partent du postulat que les adultes sont meilleurs que les jeunes, et qu'ils sont autorisés à se comporter avec eux de n’importe quelle manière, sans leur demander leur avis." En résumé, il s'agit d'un procédé de discrimination plaçant l'adulte comme modèle à suivre et au centre des préoccupations, au détriment des enfants. Le choix d'Héloïse Brézillon de partir de souvenirs personnel faisait aussi partie de sa démarche artistique et politique. Elle répète alors qu'elle souhaite passer d'un chemin de guérison d'une tristesse personnelle à une véritable évolution et prise de conscience collective. Avec T3M, elle veut expliquer et rendre compte du fonctionnement de l'écriture de la mémoire traumatique, par le biais d'une mémoire personnelle.

Enfin, sur la question du positionnement politique de la poésie, Héloïse Brézillon est claire : chaque personne est située. Il est impossible de faire de la poésie sans faire de politique, car se revendiquer "apolitique" est en fait déjà un positionnement très politique. Dans son podcast Mange tes mots, créé en 2018 avec Margot Ferrera, elle aborde notamment des sujets intimes et politiques, toujours dans une atmosphère poétique.

Cette rencontre se termine sur le constat d'un renouveau actuel de la scène poétique française, dont Héloïse Brézillon est l'une des grandes actrices. Certaines pistes sont évoquées par l'artiste afin d'essayer d'expliquer ce phénomène, notamment la facilité d'appréhension de la poésie (par rapport au roman, par exemple) et la variété de scènes ouvertes qui permettent de partager ses créations. Christèle Couleau termine cette conclusion en mentionnant les "Stand-up poétique", des scènes d'arts oratoires organisées par le service culturel de l'Université Sorbonne Paris Nord sur le campus de Bobigny, et en invitant les étudiant.e.s présent.e.s à y assister.

Transformasi Infrastruktur Batubara Sumsel dengan Jalan Khusus 118 KM Pacu Produksi dan Tekan Dampak Lingkungan

Setelah 15 tahun pembangunan bertahap, jalan khusus batubara sepanjang 118 kilometer (KM) di Sumatera Selatan (Sumsel) resmi beroperasi penuh, Dikelola PT Servo Lintas Raya—anak usaha PT Titan Infra Sejahtera (TIS)—infrastruktur senilai Rp1,2 triliun ini menjadi solusi bagi persoalan kemacetan kronis sekaligus katalis pencapaian target produksi batubara Sumsel sebesar 131 juta ton pada 2025. Jalan ini tidak hanya mengalihkan 60% arus truk batubara dari jalan umum, tetapi juga menguatkan posisi Indonesia sebagai eksportir batubara terbesar keenam di dunia, dengan cadangan Sumsel mencapai 9,3 miliar ton (25% cadangan nasional).

Era Baru Transportasi Batubara: Akhiri Dua Dekade Krisis Infrastruktur

Sejak tahun 2000-an, Sumsel menjadi tulang punggung produksi batubara nasional. Namun, pertumbuhan industri ini tidak diimbangi pembangunan infrastruktur yang memadai. Truk-truk bermuatan 30-40 ton terus menggerus jalan aspal di jalur Muara Enim-Lahat-Palembang yang hanya dirancang untuk beban 8 ton. Data Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (PU) Sumsel menyebutkan, 70% kerusakan jalan di wilayah timur provinsi ini disebabkan oleh operasional truk batubara.

Bambang Sutrisno (52), sopir angkutan umum di Muara Enim, mengisahkan pahitnya kondisi jalan sebelum adanya jalan khusus: “Dulu, perjalanan 50 KM dari Muara Enim ke Lahat bisa memakan waktu 3-4 jam. Jalan berlubang, truk parkir sembarangan, dan kemacetan adalah pemandangan sehari-hari. Sering kali mesin mobil mogok karena panas berlebih.”

Krisis kian parah saat produksi batubara Sumsel melonjak dari 85 juta ton (2015) menjadi 119 juta ton (2024). Studi Pemda Sumsel memproyeksikan, tanpa intervensi, kerugian ekonomi akibat kemacetan dan biaya perbaikan jalan akan mencapai Rp1,2 triliun per tahun.

Inovasi Teknologi: Aspal Cerdas hingga Sistem Pengawasan Real-Time

Jalan khusus batubara ini dibangun sebagai respons atas mandat UU No 22 Tahun 2009 tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan, khususnya Pasal 123 yang melarang angkutan tambang skala besar di jalan umum. PT TIS merancang infrastruktur ini dengan teknologi mutakhir untuk menjawab kompleksitas logistik batubara. Jalan sepanjang 118 KM ini membentang dari Muara Enim—kawasan pertambangan terpadat—hingga Pelabuhan Khusus Batubara PT Swarnadwipa Dermaga Jaya di Sungai Musi, melintasi tiga kabupaten: Muara Enim, Lahat, dan PALI.

Fitur unggulan proyek ini meliputi:

Lapisan Aspal Polymer 40 CM: Dibuat dari material tahan beban hingga 60 ton, dengan ketahanan 3x lebih lama dibanding aspal konvensional.

Sistem Manajemen Truk Terintegrasi: GPS tracking real-time memantau kecepatan, muatan, dan posisi 2.000 truk per hari, didukung algoritma penjadwalan (time slot) untuk menghindari penumpukan.

15 Pos Pengawasan Multifungsi: Setiap pos dilengkapi tim yang memeriksa dokumen, muatan berlebih, dan kondisi teknis truk.

“Kami memberlakukan aturan ketat: kecepatan maksimal 40 KM/jam, kewajiban penggunaan ban khusus, dan denda Rp5 juta untuk pelanggaran muatan,” tegas Yayan Suhendri, Kepala Hubungan Pemerintah PT Servo Lintas Raya.

Dampak Ekonomi: Penghematan Triliunan dan Peningkatan Daya Saing

Dalam dua bulan pertama operasi, jalan khusus ini langsung menunjukkan hasil nyata:

Pengurangan Volume Truk di Jalan Umum: Sebanyak 60% arus truk batubara dialihkan ke jalan khusus.

Efisiensi Waktu Tempuh: Perjalanan dari PALI ke Muara Enim yang sebelumnya memakan 2 jam kini hanya 30 menit.

Penurunan Kecelakaan: Angka kecelakaan truk batubara turun 45% berkat sistem pengawasan ketat.

Penghematan Biaya Logistik: Perusahaan menghemat Rp200.000 per truk per hari akibat efisiensi waktu tempuh (dari 12 jam menjadi 6 jam).

“Ini adalah terobosan besar. Penghematan biaya logistik memungkinkan kami mengalokasikan dana untuk ekspansi tambang dan peningkatan teknologi pemrosesan batubara,” ujar Hendra Wijaya, Manajer Logistik PT Batubara Sumsel Energi.

Bagi pemerintah, proyek ini menghemat anggaran perbaikan jalan hingga Rp200 miliar per tahun. “Dana tersebut kami alihkan untuk membangun 10 sekolah dan 2 jembatan di daerah terpencil,” jelas Ahmad Syarifuddin, Kepala Dinas PU Sumsel.

Debat Flyover KM 48: Antara Kebutuhan dan Efisiensi

Meski menuai pujian, proyek ini tidak lepas dari kritik. Pemerintah Kabupaten PALI mengusulkan pembangunan flyover di KM 48 untuk mengantisipasi lonjakan produksi batubara hingga 150 juta ton pada 2026. Namun, PT TIS menilai usulan ini belum prioritas.

“Berdasarkan analisis lalu lintas, jalan khusus ini mampu menampung 2.000 truk per hari. Sistem time slot yang kami terapkan sudah cukup untuk mengatur arus kendaraan,” papar Yayan. Di sisi lain, Rudi Hartono, Ketua Komisi Infrastruktur DPRD PALI, berargumen: “Flyover diperlukan agar jalan khusus tidak menjadi titik kemacetan baru ketika produksi meningkat.”

Komitmen Lingkungan: Dari Penghijauan hingga Pengurangan Emisi

Operasional jalan khusus ini turut menyisakan tantangan lingkungan. Laporan Wahana Lingkungan Hidup (WALHI) Sumsel mencatat peningkatan polusi debu di permukiman sekitar Muara Enim sebesar 20% sejak proyek dimulai. PT Servo Lintas Raya merespons dengan serangkaian langkah mitigasi:

Penanaman 50.000 Pohon: Trembesi dan mahoni ditanam di sepanjang jalan untuk menyerap emisi karbon.

Sensor Kualitas Udara: 10 sensor debu dipasang di titik rawan untuk memantau polusi secara real-time.

Pelatihan Eco-Driving: 1.500 supir truk dilatih teknik berkendara ramah lingkungan untuk mengurangi emisi gas buang.

“Truk yang melampaui ambang batas emisi wajib menjalani servis berkala dan dikenai denda Rp5 juta,” tegas Yayan.

Integrasi Multimoda: Menuju Logistik Batubara Terpadu

Ke depan, PT TIS berencana mengintegrasikan jalan khusus ini dengan jaringan transportasi multimoda, termasuk Jalan Tol Trans Sumatera dan jalur kereta api batubara milik PT Bukit Asam. Integrasi ini diharapkan meningkatkan kapasitas angkut batubara hingga 40% dan mengurangi ketergantungan pada truk.

Proyek ini tidak hanya menyelesaikan masalah infrastruktur, tetapi juga menciptakan 2.000 lapangan kerja lokal, mencakup sopir truk, teknisi, petugas pos pengawasan, dan tenaga ahli lingkungan. “Ini adalah contoh kolaborasi ideal antara swasta dan pemerintah yang harus direplikasi di daerah tambang lain, seperti Kalimantan Timur,” ujar Menteri ESDM Arifin Tasrif.

Hijrah Yudha, Kepala Dinas ESDM Sumsel, menyampaikan optimisme: “Proyek ini diperkirakan akan menarik investasi tambahan senilai Rp5 triliun hingga 2025, memperkuat posisi Sumsel sebagai penghubung energi regional.”
