Sanded vs unsanded sides of a very long nose. This is the first layers of primer and first sand for Entropy so I can see what really needs help. I still need to print his lower jaw again. I may try on Jonothan (my elegoo saturn), we'll see. This is going to be a long journey, but worth it in the end. I still have to decide how I want to do all those eyes too. They have to be more flat than most of what's available so I'm looking at sculpting them, one way or another. The last picture is the head with his other primed pieces. This little dragon is such a diva. I've been calling her princess because the more "together" she became, the more she needed to be waited on. I still may add a few touches but she's all shaved and ready to have some decent pictures taken. She will be up for adoption soon. She is a Darwin. Immortal kiss is what I'm calling it. I'm happy with how it turned out. I was moved by an image: an X-ray of a kiss. I thought it was beautiful because you could see the intent in the bones. I wanted to capture some small part of it and make it immortal. Love fades, lust is fleeting, but some things are strong enough to create an eternal pull. The light here is terrible today. I tried to catch and edit the color so it was closer to what I see. Sometimes the blue is so bright and summertime very subtle as the light changes. He has all these very shimmery parts that I couldn't get to come out. Those are a soft luminous green but they just look like a texture in the pictures. They are in the golden areas. What kind of a name should a face like that have? I created him yesterday while I was on call with some of my friends who I like to sculpt with. I'm thinking of realeasing some of my heads without a body. There are some that I never had any intention of sculpting a body for and I thought, while I get the full dolls completed, I could make these bodiless adventures available since I would be forcing them onto the body of another character anyway. What sizes would you want to see if I do that? I'm just having thoughts about what might be fun and unteresting to create while some of my more intensive big guys are putting me through the ringer. I need to order mold material, get acrylic to make mold boxes so I stop melting the mushroom containers with the heat gun, resin for these pours and for the master pours, and add pressure pots as I cast more complex larger pieces. I have committed murder! Well...sort of. I printed the 5cm Adrius skulls and then got a bit carried away arranging them into a very pleasing design. Here you can see all 3 sizes. The largest and finished piece is my own necklace that I have worn since I finished it. That's the 9cm size. Then you can see the 7cm which is still very present but a bit less imposing, and now the 5cm which is downright cute. These will be up for sale as soon as I finish them off. I may wait to cord the smaller ones until I get a size from the people who want them as the doubled up leather will just not be that great through the channel and I'd want it to fit properly. I wanted to see if he'd hold it... he will. Then i moved his arm... still held it... wandered off... guess what he did? So i guess i need to make some point feet for this body. The lines for it are inspired by ballet dancers and i tried the pose after seeing a video of this beautiful slight young man do this in street clothes (not something you see every day with the grace that it was given). Ezekiel Light carries one sword and two knives. His art is his dance, deadly and righteous, his words are a spell woven of light and darkness in the oldest tongue. He is an innocent, pure despite being soaked in the blood of darkness. He can not save them all, but he can save one, his one, his Ashe who he will watch rise like a phoenix from the wreckage of what's been done to them. He can also apparently hold that pose with me shaking the damned table! And he's underway. CAIN IS MY BIGGEST! So big that i apparently needed caps loc to mention it. He's going to be 80cm most of which is leg. I've always drawn him thin and lean, perhaps a touch bony, with legs for days. I may give him jointed hands, we'll see. His hands are very similar to Zeke's with broader palms. I think making the jointed hands for the 80 first will give me some good experience to potentially cary to the smaller sizes. He's a lot bonier than my other sculpts and a lot more muscled.
