I hate/love being a depressed girl....

When I was in middle school I knew I was depressed and didn’t want help than after high school I got help and got meds for it too ... it’s helped. But I’ll always live with it cuz it does consume me at times even with medicine... I realize what I’ve been through all my life was assault after assault... some from people I am suppose to trust but get let down by them hurting me and making it feel like it’s all my fault... I know it’s not my fault... I grew up quickly cuz of it... I know what I went thro broke me and degraded me... but I’m stronger and broken at the same time... I love being depressed cuz I feel a numbing sensation when I remember things & I also hate it cuz I am not like other girls who’ve never been hurt.... & I would never wish what I went thro on anyone... it just sucks that it happened.... I’m stronger than ever but I’ll always remain broken and I’m okay with that.

I just wanted to say I’m proud of everyone here (and the people I missed, because that’s a guarantee). You’re all doing amazing given the current circumstances.
