rlly wish that there was a way for me to have good mental health AND be able to have great grades but everytime i start getting great grades again its cause my mental health is going down and vice versa

best part about this is that my brain is apparently currently so fucked and burnt out that even if i try to proritise my grades over my mental health I still get average grades at best and shitty mental health
