*While holding your hand, he twines his fingers with yours then gives it another gentle squeeze. His grin grows when you ask for a kiss, eager to do so since you met up at the other train station. He finds you adorable at the way you ask and it makes his heart do flips like crazy* “Y-Yeah? Can I?” *He asks almost breathlessly while leaning in closer to you*

*The other hand that’s cupping your face brushes its thumb gently against the apple of your cheek. His eyelids lower and he shivers when you say you want him to be yours* “Want you to be mine too, please?” *He whispers against your lips, taking a moment to watch your reaction with how close you two are. He rubs noses with you then brushes his lips against yours before slotting his lips overs yours in a kiss. He keeps you steady with his hand on your cheek while you two bask in the cool spring sun streaming in the train station exit, petals flittering around*

*The kiss wasn’t too long but not too short either but it has Hajime blushing up a storm. He looks at you with brighter eyes when you two pull away before he ducks his head in bashfulness* “I hope that was okay.”

*The nervous jitters would take a while to completely disappear for me too, but having that reassurance that he really wanted this was enough for now. The smile on his face and the way he slipped his hand into mine gave me hope that we both were on the same page. I nod my head when he asks if he can really kiss me.*

Yes. *My voice feels a little strained with all the emotions, but I was certain of my answer. The way he held my face so gently only made me that much more certain.* Yes, I'm yours.

*Him lingering so close and brushing his nose against mine made my heart squeeze with affection. I loved how sweet he was to me and how he didn't seem to feel the need to rush anything. My breath catches in my throat as soon as his lips touch mine. It was probably cliché, but kissing him definitely made me feel a bit of a spark. I wasn't just kissing a guy this time, I was kissing my boyfriend. The truth of that makes me melt against him, bracing one hand on his chest while the other rests lightly on his waist.*

*It surprises me a little when blushes and looks away bashfully. He was so attractive and perfect to me, that it was silly for him to be anything but confident. But seeing a softer side of him, and knowing I could make him blushy like this made me like him even more. He was so real.* It was more than okay. *I slip my hand into his again and lean into his side.* This is the perfect way to start our date.

Ok, so Muppet AU! Every ability user in canon is a muppet, except for Dazai, who nullifies both abilities and the physical state of being a muppet!

Now that that’s established:

Bram is already kind of a muppet, right?

(Whenever Bram spreads the vampirism, the newly infected muppet just gains a pair of glued-in fangs)

Corruption is just muppet-Chuuya on a string, being swung wildly about like the killer rabbit from Monty Python and the Holy Grail

Imagine you are a muppet for as long as you can remember, and then one weird human pokes you, and suddenly you are also human for the first time alsksjdjf

Oh and the best part of this AU is Ranpo!!! Because if Fukuzawa convinced Ranpo that he had an ability when he was fifteen, then that means that Fukuzawa simultaneously had to convince a human boy that he was a muppet.

And Ranpo believes this for years.

Ranpo, a human man: “Haha, I have the best ability in the agency! >:D”
