every vote helps. every vote counts. we can do this, gordinheads. we can vote him to victory. and if you dont give a rat's ass about fire emblem, would it be too much to ask you to push a button and spare a vote?

but why should you care about him? honest to god, the only reason i care about him is because there was this two episode fire emblem anime ova where gordin was the funniest bitch onscreen.

there are, of course, other fire emblem characters i like that have a better shot of winning, and i'm sure it's the same for everyone else. and, y'know, gordin doesn't get that many votes each year. so why do i support what i know is a losing battle? because if, by some small chance, i actually succeed, i cannot describe what the magnitude of this victory would do to the fire emblem fandom. i want to see it. i so badly want to see it. i will do anything and everything in my power to see it until the heat death of the universe. i believe in this cause because it's really funny, so i will see it through until the end.

if you wanna know how its going so far i spent a third of my file play time playing the chapter of fire emblem shadow dragon where you recruit princess minerva and have to save her little sister, only to get her killed by the last one of the lance wielders minerva summoned before you get her on your side. in that same playthrough i had my axe guy and cain, who i solely upgraded for the chapter killed.

i know gordin is terrible as a unit but have you seen the iconic horrible shadow dragon anime english dub. i luv him

Caeda almost immediately endeared herself to me by getting a 6-stat level up, while Gordon did the opposite by only getting HP :\ And yet I may still end up using him because apparently in order to get Norne I had to kill someone else in Prologue IV. Oh well. (Maybe I’ll use Jorge or Tomas?)

Either way I have not! I only vaguely knew it existed. …Honestly I’ve had relatively little interest in the OG Fire Emblem but I was looking around at DS roms and went “…ah screw it. I’ve been wanting to play FE again anyway. Might as well try something new!”

That said oh my god that sounds amazing. I LOVE terrible dubs. I may have to look that up.
