Bucky is canonically taller than sam and there have been posts discussing how racist it is to always depict black people as larger than their white counterparts when that’s not the case

I was so confused about what this was about, bc I just q'ed a height post about them on my main blog and tagged it with how their proportions look really different too, making Bucky seem even taller than Sam, although the difference isn't that much?? buT this is not my main so "??"

Alas! I think this is about my fem!Sambucky sketch? I had no idea about that discourse/issue, and didn't think about their height when I doodled that hand-holding thingy (because Bucky was supposed to like... duck her head? It just did not turn out like that 🙃) But now that I'm aware, I'll definitely pay more attention in the future!

Although I'm pretty sure that Sam is shorter in all my other Sambucky art? So silver linings, yeah?
