There is a lot of chatter lately that the market is picking up. It has happened so recently that I thought it was just in our local market but when you start to see your brokerage pushing marketing propaganda across the whole company it is safe to say that everyone else might be talking about it too. I suppose it remains to be seen but I am a firm believer that even if it is not happening and people begin to talk about it happening then the phenomenon can manifest itself. This may be a case where we speak the market shift into existence. If that is the case then now would be that great time to take advantage of low prices, seller credits, lower competition, contingencies in offers, and falling interest rates among many positive factors.
