14 march 2023 — i did a lot of werq-related thingies. honestly, the tasks in general were few, but i guess the 😈 is in the details, so to speak. like uploading all the articles ive written in our site drafts—now dazz easy, right? but it took me a while bc i think i uploaded like more than 10, or maybe even more than 15, so i was like, "when is this going to end, oh my gosh?¿?¿". lol. i also scheduled some for publishing and then crossposted a few on facebook. today was surely a productive day for me, not just werq-wise, but also home-wise.

New Moon In Aquarius: A Night of Nothing

So, while this sun Pisces is getting dimmer, the new moon in Aquarius is putting an end to such journey. No not that this Capri guy is not nice, he is definitely the type of guy who will make his partner go head over heels. With his strong, smart, and delicate charm, every girl would long for more. It’s been a while since I read the last post discussing Naruto and Sasuke relationship, whether they share a romantic feeling for each other.

The problem is though I was once so sure they should have ended up together, I’m now dealing with an internal scream saying what if NS had been just the way they were. What if The pillar of the whole series was that Naruto sympathized w the other’s suffering so much. Such empathy with a stubborn head and a surprisingly strong heart led him to finding out his believes system and eventually fought for it. Now that Im all blogging and writing, I see a lot of us young pipol being represented in Naruto. Aren’t youngsters confused and difficult and rough and eager and yearning for the truth, are they? Coincidentally(?), unfortunately (?), his vision of the world he’s been building would have been incomplete if Sasuke was not in it, like a wholesome piece from your childhood that you don’t want to lose your grip on. We also shouldnt forget The whimpering dreams at night that just didn’t leave him alone.

And what if people just behave like a gay man in love but the fact that they are straight. The thing is that Naruto is not based on a dilly- dallying slice of life setting, it is quite the opposite.

Ah the question that everyone wants to know the answer of. Well, seems like Kishi prefers NS.

Kishi keeps (or used to at least) track of the fandom which is pretty common for creators who amass a significant fan following, as in who is the most popular character and why, who isn't and for what reasons, and I am positive he not only knew about the popular ships but he also played around it, trolling everyone. Lol, that jerk. Regardless, he certainly drew and wrote Naruto as an impish punk ass troublemaker. And Sasuke as the dignified, sensual and stylish avenger. Quite a lot of canon art consistently portrays Sasuke as the feminine counterpart to Naruto's masculine energy. Since they also represent yin and yang, yin represents feminine energy while yang represents masculine in Chinese philosophy. The SNS tropes also depict Naruto as the hero and Sasuke as his heroine is this classic and epic love saga. From what NS characterization I have read or seen, it is not always entirely accurate. A lot of NS fanfics are also pretty dissatisfying, and some of them, even the popular ones, are pretty inaccurate and poorly written. But most SN fics are more overtly shit. All in all though, I have seen NS characterization portray SNS much more accurately than SN. SN theories anyway are pretty rubbish. What with their faulty sun and moon allegory and the filler shit they rely on.

This top bottom thing honestly has a lot of pointless mystique about it. It's not that mysterious. Or even important.

It's not like Sasuke is some delicate twink and Naruto is some bear. In the manga itself, neither Sasuke nor Naruto come off as overly masculine or overly feminine, they are still very young, still coming into their adulthoods. They are still in the process of self discovery. In part one, Naruto is more childlike and Sasuke is like a jaded adult already, led by trauma, although Naruto relieves a lot of his tense lines heh. In part two, Naruto is adulting but his childlike spirit breaks out now and then. While Sasuke acts like a femme fatale around Naruto a lot of times. He is also quite bossy and take charge. Which annoys Naruto, but it's just an act by that time. He not so secretly enjoys it. Hehe. Which does remind you of other couples, as in how Shikaku's wife is bossy but Shikaku likes it secretly. Or how Kushina is bossy and take charge but even though henpecked Minato is sometimes exacerbated, he still loves it on Kushina. He adores her, just like Shikaku adores his bossy wife. Similarly, post Shippuden, it feels like Naruto is the henpecked husband who adores Sasuke, and even though he sometimes complains and makes funny faces at Sasuke's bossiness, he secretly loves it and simply won't have it any other way. Sasuke also knows that he can be himself around Naruto as much as he wants and Naruto would like him just as he is. He also knows that Naruto himself has a good head on his shoulders and both respect each other's abilities and belief systems.

I'm gonna go ahead and say, Sanji isn't really in my top 5 most favorite characters in the OP world. However, he is gravely misunderstood in one of the many aspects that he is disliked for, and that's his very unusual and impractical adoration for women.

Anyways, I can't believe I wrote 3 paragraphs to defend him against my friend who was "disappointed" because he did what (he had to do) he did this chapter.

It was no secret Jihoon and Yeji had been having a lot of sex. Everyone was well aware that Jihoon was going through rut, so of course, Yeji was going to help him. And while maybe some people in the pack weren’t really the most careful when it came to sex, Jihoon and Yeji were one of the couples that nobody thought wanted a family right this second. Hell, even Mingyu and Danbi didn’t plan theirs, but they had little Jiwoo anyway.

But then one evening before Jihoon and Yeji were going to bed, she laid down on his chest like she always did while he gently stroked her soft ears, and she mentioned, “I haven’t had my period for the last week.”

Jihoon stopped. His hands stopped moving, he stopped breathing, and he didn’t even blink as he stared at the ceiling.

Yeji wasn’t one to gossip when it came to her and Jihoon’s relationship. She made sure he was the first to know that her period was late -- very late. She didn’t go telling any of the other mates, she went straight to Jihoon with the information.

But that didn’t mean none of the werewolves couldn’t hear what she was saying.

“Um...” was all he managed to get out for a moment, “w-were you supposed to have gotten it already?”

“Yeah,” she nodded, lifting her head to look down at him, “around Sunday. Last Sunday.”

He had no idea what to say, so he just stared up into her green eyes, searching for some sort of answer that neither of them had. 

“I was gonna ask someone to go with me to the market tomorrow to get a test, but I just wanted to tell you first,” she told him.

“I’ll go,” he offered.

“Can we take one of the girls, too?”

So the next day, after an almost sleepless night on Jihoon’s part, Yeji, Jihoon, Soomin, Wonwoo, and Joshua went to the market. Yeji complained about the audience, but Josh just laughed and told her everyone already knew about the situation.

“Living with people with unnaturally good hearing sucks, doesn’t it?” he teased.

Jihoon hardly got any sleep even though Yeji snored softly on his chest all night. While she wasn’t too nervous either way about having a baby with Jihoon -- she was more nervous about how he was going to react -- Jihoon was terrified. He didn’t think he was ready, he didn’t think they were ready, and he wanted to wait on it.

But if Yeji did end up being pregnant, he knew he was going to let her decide what to do next. Even if he was scared, he wasn’t going to tell her what to do with her own body.

Yeji called on Soomin to accompany her since she seemed to know a little bit about everything. Wonwoo wanted to go if Soomin was going, and Jihoon asked Josh just for some moral support from the person they’d considered their in-house doctor for the longest time. Even if Joshua didn’t know as much as a doctor did, he sort of taught himself a few things.

“Did you guys not use protection?” Wonwoo asked while the three wolves stood back and let the two girls talk at a booth they were buying the test from.

“We did...mostly,” Jihoon mumbled with a shrug. “Look, sometimes we just didn’t. You know how that time of the year gets, okay.”

“Yeah, we get it,” Joshua nodded with a chuckle. “So...what’s the plan then?”

“What plan?”

“If she’s pregnant?”

Yeji and Soomin turned away with two tests placed in a small bag, walking back toward the three boys.

Jihoon let out a nervous sigh as he watched his mate, “I have no idea.”

“Scared?” Wonwoo guessed, but there was no teasing tone in his voice. He was actually concerned for his brother.

Jihoon tried to offer a small smile to Yeji, who looked at him with a mix of nervousness and worry, “Terrified.”

Jihoon sat on the floor in the hallway outside the bathroom, while Soomin helped Yeji with the tests. In the living room, the pack sat and waited. They tried to go comfort Jihoon and settle his nerves, but he kept insisting he wanted to be alone. They could hear his nails tap nervously on the floor, though.

“What does that mean?” he finally heard Yeji ask.

There was silence.

Jihoon’s heart dropped.

Downstairs, the pack looked around at each other with wide eyes. They didn’t think Soomin’s silence could be anything good.

After a moment, the door opened, and Soomin slipped out without saying a word to Jihoon. She just glanced down at him with an unreadable expression before going to the den to find the rest of the pack.

Jihoon stood as Yeji stepped into the hall to find her mate. He stared down at her with anxiety written all over his face, his golden eyes searching her face for any sign of what the outcome was.

Finally, Yeji’s face broke into a smile. But not a bright smile that said ‘we’re starting a family’. It was almost a smirk that said ‘you were afraid for nothing’.

Jihoon let out a breath he didn’t realize he was holding, laughing out of relief as he wrapped his arms around his mate’s waist and hugged her tightly. It wasn’t that he was happy they weren’t having a baby together, he was just relieved it wasn’t happening before they were ready.

Downstairs, still awaiting any sort of verbal confirmation of what happened, Junhui finally asked, “Is the silence good or bad?”

Soomin just shook her head, “I’m not telling. They can tell you.”

Jihoon and Yeji decided to just not tell anyone of the outcome, and let them figure it out when her stomach never got any bigger.

8k celebration!!!

Election day is 3 days from now.

Somehow, I managed to get through the campaign period without having heated arguments on social media nor posting any of my sentiments.

I was only vocal about the candidate I am supporting when I am with my family or if when people from work directly asks me about it.

To sum it up, 80% of everyone I know is voting for Leni Robredo. I am not.

The reason is because up to now, I still dont feel like her experience is enough to become the president of the Philippines. Maybe I lack the information to convince me of that but yeah, as far as I know, that's my opinion about her. I am also not a fan of her character which is another reason why I dont initially see her as an option. Dont get me wrong. I am not discrediting her of all the good projects she has accomplished. But again, these moves and projects are not president material for me.

So my boyfriend and I were discussing politics a lot. And Im happy because the discussions were always objective. It's never about being biased on another candidate. It's always about what he/she has done based on what we heard from the news or what we read. But the sources we talk about were seldom from social media. If ever we mentioned some that was from facebook etc, we really dig into it. We search articles that will testify to that scenario, to that issue.

And after all the discussions, we felt like the one who fits our ideas and sentiments is Ping Lacson. No one else. We were both sure that we want Ping to be our next presidents.

And then, days passed by, we both knew that Ping isnt going to win the election. 100% sure about that. It is very obvious that there are only two choices: Bongbong Marcos and Leni Robredo.

Social media and surveys clearly pointed that out. And that felt really disappointing. Everyone on social media makes us feel na we have no choice but to choose between those two leading candidates.

Now, because Im always browsing through my feed and because Im always with Leni supporters, Im beginning to think that maybe my vote wont be put into waste if I just give my vote to her. She's a whole lot better than Marcos if you'd ask me. I have no doubt about that.

So my boyfriend and I talked about it again and we've been praying about it every night as well. Last night, we came up with the justification that we should not vote just because someone is the lesser evil. We should vote who we really want and not be swayed by what the world dictates.

So we are back with Ping. And my I find it sad that I am not able to express my opinion with others because of the sickening cancel culture. A culture where when if you're different, if u have a different belief, a different opinion, you r out. It's a scary world we live in.

It is also sad that pipol r now normalizing disowning friends and relatives bcoz of a difference in political opinion. How r we to express freedom if we r out their hunting everyone who is different from what we want. Freedom of expression has officially died.

I wish the election would end now. I am not scared of the results. I have faith that God is in control no matter what. This is not speaking out of privelege. This is speaking out of optimism, hope and faith. No matter who gets that position, God has placed us exactly where He wants us to be.

WE WOTCHED THOR: July 16, 2022

SO, we finally got our 4 cinema passes from Powerplant (yihs, d one that we got as consolation for Spider-Man No Way Home last December) and we used 2 of 'em to wotch THOR: LOVE AND THUNDER.

AND EBRIWAN HATED ET. BUT WE LUVED ET. We loved et so mats. ohgahd. The tears. The music. The Taika Waititi. The cheeldren. We really couldnt get wai ebriwan didn't like et. They kept sayin shiet like d CGI not good or sumshiet. mothurfukkers. DAZ ET?

Before wotchin d movie tho, we tried lookin fOR DAT MYTHICAL SANDWICH PLACE we saw before when we were in powerplant. But alas, et wasnt der animor :< We looked and walked ebriwer but we couldnt find et. We settled for Banh Mi Kitchen's sub sandwiches WHICH WERE PRETTY DARN GUD, indeed. We also drank sum starbucks, a really faht custard-y donut, and truffle chips with himalayan salt *insert salt bae here*

Aftur the movie, we also went to Carmen's Best for their Madagascar Vanilla HIHI There, we saw some Gentleminion-looking Zoomers. Dey was all clad in their black ties and suits (all of em looked asian, not dat et was dat important).

Then for hoooours we waited for both of us to git hungry so we could eat sum reaaally gud dinnur in powerplant but NOU >:( Our shtbag appetites said nou to ebrithin. Et was naht tempted to eat anything --et was immune to sizzling plates op beef and 7-ft tall pikchurs op ramen.

we kept goin around powerplant --visited fullybooked and bought SUM BOOKS and went around MUJI to look at shiet (shikahn bought a really nice shirt der). but eventually, went to dat mall's version of a food court for rich pipol. sat there for sumtime and finally decided et be time to gou hum.

but alas, once again, our poopoo breyns hab failed us. et was rainin.. HARD. and nou Grab would tehk us home. Shikahn got soakin wet coz d poor bebi was hailin cabs. one finally took us though and dat was probably the end op dat day's advenchur.

" lizzy mermay 6 - May 19 : kindle": yikes ! I almost forgot this posting day too... (so 3 others works are finished because of daily training, thats a good stock !) For this theme, I must admit that firstly I had no idea what kindle meant, I had to googoole translate. (dont judge me, I'm french, by nature I should not even be able to communicate with you, engliche pipole)  It was one of the most difficult to find because it stole the idea I had for "deepsea" and or "wild things" theme, so I changed the others ones... So this is a lantern fish that owns his personal torch to read books at night (from the book shell of course). I liked to make this ugly animal in the nature turn cute as hell ^^. _____ [fr] Damn ! j'avais presque oublié de poster ce jour aussi... (donc j'ai trois autres travaux finis vu que je bosse quotidiennent, ça fait un bon stock !)
