Crunch Time: The Ultimate Crispy Smashed Potato Recipe!

Ingredients:

Small potatoes (about 1-2 inches in diameter) – as many as you'd like to make

Olive oil – for that golden crisp

Step 1: Boil 'Em

Step 2: Cool & Smash

Since 1936 a member of my family has been a alumni of NC A&T, as well as the marching band, or the dance team (when they were formed) many focus on destroying and healing generational curses with in families, my family is no different, however this is one family tradition that has been a blessing to my family.

My great-grandfather said that and old preacher man once told him the boys in his lineage would be like thunder (mighty drummers) and the girls would be like lightening (mighty dancers) after listening to him play the drums.
