She brushes her nails on his scalp, massaging and scrubbing the soap in. Rinsing out the bubbles, she gives the nape of his neck a nice pull, loosening any tense muscles. His wife wrings out the water from his hair, applies conditioner, and leaves it in for a few minutes.

“Ow! What was that for!?” Regulus holds his cheek, trying to soothe the pinch. She looks at him, ready to beat him with the conditioner still in his hair. “D'you know what Sirius said? He told me he saw you getting ice cream with Draco! You guys went without me..” his wife pouts.

“Really? That's what you're upset over? You were at Lily's place! What was I supposed to do, not get him ice cream??” Regulus pouts back, thankful his wife isn't actually angry. Merlin knows what she'll do to his hair when angry, shuddering at the thought, praying for his precious hair currently in her hands.

She rinses out the conditioner, giving his scalp one final scrub before wrapping it up in a cute pink towel, one she bought to tease him about. “Would it make you feel better if we went out for ice cream?” He kisses her forehead in a means to make amends. She smiles at him, happy and bubbly for ice cream.

“D'you want help drying your hair?” The girl mumbles as she cleans up the huge bowl of water and products, doing this once a week for Regulus. They find that washing his hair is a nice bonding activity to wind down from the week, just basking in each other's presence.

“Could you help, please? My curls look nicer when you do them..” They move to the bedroom, she sits on the edge of the bed while he sits on the ground below her, head facing the other way. “Pass me the creme, darling,” he grabs the dark purple container, opening it for her and holding it up so she can dip her fingers into the product.

Regulus’ head falls gently onto her lap, breathing having evened out, too blissed out to stop himself from falling asleep. His wife chuckles softly, scrunching his hair gently and palming at his nape to help him feel better. She lets him sleep, putting a towel on her thighs to protect his hair.

“I'm going to kick your shin if you don't get up from my lap.” Regulus chooses to ignore this threat, instead turning his head around to nuzzle it into her stomach, mumbling incoherent words. “Reggie! My feet are asleep, please!” He relents, just a little bit, standing up by and stretching his back.

“Old man,” his wife mumbles, also getting up to stretch. “You promised me ice cream, you know.” He pulls her in for a sleepy, discombobulated hug, shushing her. “Same place..?” He whispers into her hair, still physically in a different realm. She nods, giving a little kiss to his cheek where she pinched an hour before.

They both grab a coat, not in the mood to change as their coats cover them all the way to their ankles. “It's cold out and you still want ice cream? Truly a well oiled machine, you are” he snickers at her, apperating them to the ice cream shop in Diagon Alley.

Walking in, the smell of handmade waffle cones and sweet cream fill the air, temperature even colder inside. “Oh look, they've got a new flavour!” She points out to the glass divider, a swirly black ice cream with gold shimmers in it. The couple have been coming to the same ice cream shop for a decade, having tasted every flavour, new and old. 

Regulus knows that look on his wife's face, having seen it a million times. Turning to the scooper, he says, “Could we get one Black Cherry Cheesecake scoop on a waffle.. and the new flavour- Child of the Stars? in a cup please.” He didn't see the name of the ice cream before, a bit ironic, he thinks.

Serving their ice creams, the boy behind the glass screen rings them up, “11 sickles please,” and Regulus pulls out his membership card, scanning it then paying for his tab. Grabbing the ice creams, they approach their signature table, one the couple have sat at almost every time they come.

Staring at his wife, he can't help but laugh at her expression, clearly confused by the flavour of her ice cream, not being able to place the actual taste. It's days like today that Regulus feels it was worth it, pushing through the hardest of what life had to offer, just to end up back in her arms.

ZackSeph ~ Gold Saucer Date 💙💚

• The idea came a little out of the blue, yet not entirely without its roots or reason. Months had passed since the events of Modeoheim; Genesis was nowhere to be seen. Things at ShinRa have cooled to a moderate temperature, spattered with hints of conflict here and there, but not enough for it to take away the overall air of peace that had settled over the base.

• It was the perfect time for them to start exploring their relationship <3

• Zack had always wanted to take a vacation—a real vacation. Not some pitying trip to Costa Del Sol where he would have to fight Genesis copies with a sandy beach umbrella. He wanted a vacation where he could relax, be unchained from ShinRa, enjoy himself…

• And he wanted to be with one of his favorite people in the world.

• Seph had been there since the first sparks of the hellish fire were lit, shielding him from Ifrit’s vengeful fury when he’d been naive enough to turn his back in arrogance. Their bond traced all the way back to Wutai, the HQ ambush, Angeal… Everything that had imploded, they braced it together, and their relationship only flourished over the span of the storm. They bled together; they burned together; they grieved together; they healed together. Countless nights were spent at each other’s quarters, watching movies and fallen asleep in each other’s arms… An unbreakable friendship had formed, with also a spark of something more. Something beautiful. Something that burned just as bright as Ifrit, and a fire that Zack wanted to run into with all his blazing heart.

• All of which was how the question of a proper, fun Date was born.

• It was also first time Zack had ever seen Seph’s head snap up from his paperwork, be rendered speechless, and break an amusing swath of silence with “…I accept.”

• They walked through the gates of the Gold Saucer hand-in-hand, Zack feeling the anxious quivers as he clutches the smooth leather of his buddy’s glove. He gave him a little squeeze. I’m right here… he was saying, assuring. I’m here, pal…

• Sephiroth squeezed him in turn.

• Although a little overwhelmed, Zack doesn’t leave his partner’s side, the two SOLDIERs staying linked as their eyes darted from stand to stand. Zack wanted to chow down on some delicious greasy grub; Sephiroth wanted water. Result?? They ended up sharing an ice cream cone- vanilla with Oreo crumbs!! Zack got a little splotch on his nose, perfectly centered. Sephiroth dabbed the treat off with a napkin <3

• My… he chuckled, the first beautiful song of the night. You are too much…

• Zack bit the bottom of the ice cream cone, laughing playfully as cookie crumbs spilled onto his date’s hand.

• They shoot for some games, heading into the arcade, Zack taking the wheel as he smashes skeeball and basketball hoops. Sephiroth wondered why Zack seemed so… determined yo win, but ultimately chalked it up to Zack’s lovingly athletic nature. All his deductions are proven wrong when Zack raced up to the prize booth, 10000 game Gil earned, and exchanged the dough for their biggest prize: a JUMBO Zolom plushie!!

• Said Zolom was then draped around Sephiroth’s neck, emerald eyes blinking in surprise.

• For you, bud. And those beautiful eyes of yours.

• As the night deepened and the lights of the attractions blazed, Zack suggested they take a ride on the ferris wheel, knowing Sephiroth would enjoy the scenic views over any “nauseating” thrill ride. The man happily agreed! Some Would You Rather on the line later, and the two were climbing into a car, Zipper the Zolom still wrapped securely around Sephiroth’s shoulders—soon joined by Zack’s loving arm as the ride slowly ascended, carrying them up to the brilliant explosion of stars glimmering overhead.

• Sighing, Zack leaned against his bud as the their car came to a gentle stop, towering over the colorful beads and flares that had become of the park below. So cozy… the plushy combination of Zipper and the hoodie he had convinced Seph to wear, nestling deep into his beautiful shelter. Nowhere on the planet did he feel safer than he did then: soaring above the world, so free, light as a feather, no wings needed…

• He felt Seph lean against his hair only seconds later.

• Thank you…

• Heh… shucks. I’m so glad you had a good time.

• N-no… I mean… thank you. For everything.

• Aww, bud…

• I mean it. Your companionship, your ears, your trust, your love… He stopped, burying into the feathery spikes, the quills quivering as he let out a soft, tranquil sigh. My.. my life… it would never be the same without you. I don’t know where I would be. What I would be doing. How I would get up everyday without knowing you would be there. I…—

• And he paused again, swallowing, emerald eyes gleaming against the night as he let the truth break free in all its earnest, velvet honesty:

. Newt is always the last to fall asleep and almost always the first to wake up. However, unknown to him, Thomas will sometimes wake up early and simply lay there while the other sleeps, watching him. Thomas can't resist and will often run his fingers through his hair until the other wakes up.

TBB S3 E11 Reaction

I’ve watched this episode multiple times already but honestly it doesn’t get any easier. Here we go I guess 😩

- This droid guy looks like the one from episode 4. They’re kinda cute

- The return of Mel! (And Phee 😁)

- Both of them are in a mood 😆. What trip did they just get back from to make them so cranky? Love the throwback to Skara Nall too.

- Noooo not CX-2 😭

- He’s a sneaky boi

- I knew that Phee would inadvertently be how the coordinates to Pabu would be found 🥺🥺

- I’m just now noticing that the back office is playing music and that’s probably why Phee can’t hear the alarm go off. That is hilarious and also very frustrating 😅

- Of course the droid thinks it caused the alarm somehow

- There’s no way downloading someone’s flight log goes that quickly but okay

- Ooooh my girl knows something is up! Her spidey pirate senses are going off. Aghhhh if only she had been a second sooner!!

- If CX-2 ISN’T Tech there is zero reason why he would have stayed behind to watch Phee leave before he snuck off. Also how is he so incredible at hacking into and decoding things 👀

- Hunter’s spidey senses are also on alert. And I love how close he and Crosshair are again, their pre-Order 66 bond has been restored and is even deeper. Crosshair is attuned to when Hunter’s senses go off. And their helmets sitting together on the cart is so cute 🥹

- No NO no NOOO Nooooo. This moment was ruined by the Star Wars marketing team so it honestly didn’t hit as hard as it would have otherwise, but 😭😭😭. RIP Marauder. You will live on in our imagination

- I still can’t believe that they somehow heard our outcry about what would happen to Gonky, Lula, and Tech’s goggles if they blew up the Marauder, and decided to save EXACTLY those three things 🤣 (and Wrecker. So glad Wrecker is “relatively” okay, poor boy)

- Hunter’s slooow helmet turn until we see the starship above the island. Phew. And the Imperial March coming in.

- Omega comforting Batcher 😭😭😭

- Having LAATs swoop down into a town like that would be terrifying

- Man, where’s Maarva when you need her. Fuck the Empire

- “Search every domicile until you find her” is going to go down in Star Wars quote history

- I’m kind of surprised that they didn’t just burn down the town anyway. Either CX-2 is just trying to be super efficient/he doesn’t care past accomplishing his mission, or the Empire gets much more petty and cruel by Kenobi and Rebels

- It’s so interesting to me how touchy CX-2 is with Omega. Why all the shoulder pushes? Shoulder touches are very much a form of affection and communication among clones. Has that impulse in him just been turned to violence?

- Sooo…we basically will never get wet hair Hunter 🤣🤣🤣 I’ll take this much dripping and cute Batcher scratches compensation though

- Okay. I’m just going to say it. The way they chose to have Crosshair miss the tracking device was so disappointing to me. Not the fact that he missed, but how he missed. Having him be distracted and fend for his life and be late for the shot was great. But I wish they had brought his hand tremble into play here as the main mechanism behind why he missed. They’ve been building that up all season and it would have made perfect sense. Instead he rushes and like trips and just shoots too early? So out of character. I didn’t like it and still don’t :(

Dany's names for her dragons, and her reasoning behind them, are pretty interesting. What I find most interesting though is that she ends up claiming and riding Drogon, the dragon named for her first husband who bought and raped her. We aren't given any reasoning behind his naming but I believe it must come from Dany's dragon dream. In this dream, her physical and emotional pain is burned away and she is then able to reconnect with life and those around her.

The green one shall be Rhaegal, for my valiant brother ... The cream-and-gold I call Viserion ... His dragon will do what he could not.'

'And the black beast?' asked Ser Jorah Mormont.

'The black,' she said, 'is Drogon.'"

Viserys is another of Dany's abusers but her explanation for naming a dragon after him makes some sense. All she ever wanted was for Viserys to take care of her as a brother should, now she has a chance to fulfill that need in another way. She'll care for Viserion as his mother and eventually Viserion will care for her.

It also might offer some foreshadowing for Viserion's fate. If I had to guess which dragon would die, I would predict it'd be Viserion dying to protect Dany. This would fulfill Dany's wish that he 'do what [her brother] could not,' which is to say that Viserion will protect and care for Dany. I'm not totally convinced any of the dragons are going to die but, again, if I had to guess then I would say Viserion will shield Dany from some danger and die as a result. Viserys died because he threatened Dany's unborn child, Viserion might die to protect Dany (and possibly another unborn child).

This might also be foreshadowing for whoever ends up riding Viserion. Viserion's rider will do what Viserys could not - they'll protect and love Dany. I've always thought Jon should bond with Viserion (if he gets a dragon) because 1) Viserion is cream and gold which matches the colors Jon is usually associated more than Rhaegal's green and bronze and 2) Jon will do what Viserys couldn't. That's pretty much a given, Jon will love and protect Dany. Something Viserys never could. Viserys also planned on marrying Dany, something he couldn't do, and it also seems likely Jon will marry Dany.

Based on the above passage alone, one might assume Dany would eventually ride either Viserion or Rhaegal. Viserion will do what Viserys could not, he'll love and protect Dany. Best way to do that is as her mount. The bond they never had as brother and sister will manifest as rider/mother and dragon. Rhaegal is named for Dany's "valiant brother" whose memory gives her strength several times throughout the series. She even has visions of herself in Rhaegal's armor, fighting men in ice armor on the Trident - foreshadowing future battles against the Others in Westeros.

Yet she ends up riding Drogon first - the largest and fiercest of the three. "Balerion, come again." There's foreshadowing in that as well. Balerion was the Conquerors dragon and Daenerys will be a conqueror in her own right. She'll be known as "Aegon the Conqueror with teats." With this, it does make sense that she would eventually ride Balerion's reincarnation. Drogo also was a well-renowned warrior, he never cut his braid, and had a khalasar of 40,000 mounted warriors. Naming Drogon for Drogo might be a way for Dany to keep some of Drogo's strength with her. His strength had been her protection when he was alive.

She named her three dragons for "those the gods have taken" but Dany could just have well named Drogon after another member of her family. Her father, mother, or even Aegon the Conqueror. She could have named him after Ser Willem Darry, the only real caretaker she ever knew. There's no explicit explanation given in the text for Drogon's naming so we're left trying to piece it together. Or, I'm left because this is has been bothering me for years now. Let's look at the dragon dream that I believe is the catalyst for Dany naming Drogon after Drogo.

"She would kill herself rather than go on, she decided one night … Yet when she slept that night, she dreamt the dragon dream again ... There was only her and the dragon. Its scales were black as night, wet and slick with blood. Her blood, Dany sensed. Its eyes were pools of molten magma, and when it opened its mouth, the flame came roaring out in a hot jet ... She opened her arms to the fire ... let it cleanse her and temper her and scour her clean. She could feel her flesh sear and blacken and slough away, could feel her blood boil and turn to steam, and yet there was no pain. She felt strong and new and fierce. And the next day, strangely, she did not seem to hurt quite so much...

She touched one, the largest of the three ... Black-and-scarlet, she thought, like the dragon in my dream...

From that hour onward, each day was easier than the one before it. Her legs grew stronger; her blisters burst and her hands grew callused; her soft thighs toughened, supple as leather."

The dragon dream is the turning point for her. Riding her Silver becomes easier and she "began to notice the beauties of the land around her." The dream manifests in reality when Dany's physical pain alleviates and she begins to grow stronger each day. Her experiences with Drogo begin to change as well - she begins to experience pleasure during their sexual interactions, just as she begins to find pleasure and joy in life with the Dothraki. Drogo does nothing to help her, these changes come from Dany (and her dragon dream) alone. She even begins to take control in their sexual encounters (or as much control as a bridal slave can, I guess). Their relationship changes and they become more affectionate to each other. All of this stems back to her dragon dream - cleansing her, tempering her, and scouring her clean.

Dany seems to realize it is the black-and-scarlet dragon she dreams of ("Black-and-scarlet, she thought, like the dragon in my dream..."). This specific dragon is reaching out to her, despite not yet being alive, at her lowest - when she has resolved herself to suicide. This dragon transcends death and life to connect with Daenerys and burn her pain and weakness away. Dany may have claimed Drogon in the fighting pit but it feels like Drogon claimed her first. She claimed him as a mount but he claimed her first, as his mother.

Since she recognizes her black-and-scarlet as the dragon from her dream, the dream that took away her pain from Drogo's rape and led her to gain some control in their sexual encounters, Dany associates this specific dragon with Drogo. With the pain he inflicted on her, the resilience she needed to survive, and the flames in her dream that didn't burn but left her stronger than before. She also places the black-and-scarlet egg by Drogo's heart on his funeral pyre - a place of intimacy and love but this also reminds me of Dany eating the stallion's heart to give Drogo's unborn son strength.

I've always wondered about the dragons breastfeeding from Dany when the pyre was ashes. Maybe, before they started breastfeeding, they ate Drogo while he burned. They do eat cooked meat, after all. This will probably never be confirmed but I love the idea of Drogon eating Drogo's heart to gain his strength.

Drogon specifically is the dragon Dany recognizes from her dragon dream. He burned away Dany's pain (inflicted by Drogo) and made her strong enough to change her relationship with Drogo. He woke beside Drogo's heart and possibly ate his heart too. Dany fears and loves Drogon, as she once feared and loved Drogo.

What about a gen z! reader, possibly one of Goku's children? (perhaps a bit older than adolescence)

The reader could have been destroyed, but since it's Goku's child, Goku Black's body feels a familial attachment to the child and Black decides to keep them. (Black regrets his life choices a bit.)

Both Zamasu's are called boomers, they have never seen a man so simultaneously chaotic and lazy. Reader is angry for killing his family, scared and wants revenge, but realizes that their parents were two weird god dudes. Also, the Reader likes to laugh at Black's awkwardness as a "father".

Both Zamasu didn't bother in understanding the role of a parent

Perhaps the reader wants to escape, plans flicker in their mind. Zamasu kaioshin, can read minds, he and Black are ready to catch the child and punish the child They end up finding the reader bored on the couch after a battle with a raccoon over a piece of cookie.

Gen z says they will have to raid grocery stores during the apocalypse. Zamasu being the god of creation silently creates food. The reader, confused and delighted: - “Is that how people find a sugar daddy??”

gen z: - "GOD HIMSELF BLESSED ME WITH THE LORE OF THE WARRIOR CATS" ------ It's even funnier if Black picks up on the reader's odd humor, and during the battle with the Saiyans, upon seeing “Super Saiyain Blue”, says thoughtfully: but would Jotaro Kujo like that color?

Zamas: He's a marine biologist, they're just blue

And then Goku realizes that his child is alive in this horrible timeline.

The idea of the reader being all “cringe” about Black’s attempts to be a “cool dad” is spot-on. And the dynamic between the reader, Black, and the Zamasus is pure gold.

The log cabin comparison and the reader’s reactions to it are just too funny. I can totally see them rolling their eyes at Black’s attempts to bond and mocking his lack of understanding about what’s cool.

The scene with the raccoon and the cookie is perfect. And the reader’s line about finding a sugar daddy is such a Gen Z moment—it fits perfectly with their attitude!

The reference to Jotaro Kujo and the Saiyan battle adds a fun twist, and it’s a nice touch that Goku realizes his child is still alive. The whole concept is a riot and totally captures the clash of generations and personalities.

Just Dance Theory: Jack Rose's sibling

I'm so glad Littlsiha brought up the Kid of the Swan because I've been theorising this for a while and have just a few days before, made a huge break in the case that I would like to share with everyone and my supporting evidence to why I think Dahlia the coach for Don't Start Now and Flowers is Jack's sister.

Exibit A) Naming Convention

The most obvious connection between these two is that they both have flowers as part of their names.

Exibit B) Costuming

Now, although both the Flower siblings wear suits, with blacks, golds, and pinks prevalent in their designs, that's not the comparison I want to make. I want to compare Dahlia's suit to her mother's costume for Sweet Dreams Are Made Of This.

Both coaches wear black pantsuits over a brighter low cut, brighter top/leotard. Given that Flowers is a song about moving on, self-care and healing, perhaps she has decided to accept her past and better herself from it. Hence why her suit is adorned with her own floral motif.

But this is not the first time we have met Dahlia. The first time we see her is in Don't Start Now, where she wears a blue and gold dress, I will say, though, her top, her shoes and her glove are purple and red, colours that are worn by Jack Rose. I like to think this was shortly after leaving Eternyx as a form of rebellion against her mother and is doing everything to distance herself from Night Swan.

Exibit C) Map Colour Palates

Flowers, Don't Start Now,and Treasure all have backgrounds, which have pale gold and light pink tones to them.

Not only that, but in the later two, they both have sections within the routine where that background shifts to a stronger gold and deep purple, the colour of Jack Rose's glove.

Exibit D) Purple Glove Theory

Before I get into this section, for clarification, when I say signature glove, I'm referring to the glove that all coaches wear that the player matches the controller to.

So, as previously stated, Jack has two gloves. Typically, his gold glove is his signature glove, but in Treasure, the illusion is flipped, using the purple glove as his signature, specifically in this idealic dream under Night Swan's control.

Now, what's fascinating about this Sweet Dreams, Night Swan's glove is pink. However, the trailer for the upcoming Y2K event has an emote where she her glove has now changed to purple, so why would they change it for the emote?

I think this represents a familial bond between the three and by showing the real Jack himself, wearing it in a world associated with Dahlia's colours. Night Swan might be tempting him with the prospect of being a complete family again, as well as his "narcissism."

Exhibit D) Ice Cream

So this is just an interesting detail I picked up on. If anyone has a better explanation, please let me know.

So, the JD Twitter account posted a thread about what the 2023 coaches' favourite foods are. While most of the answers were jokes and references. I couldn't for the life of me figure out what Jack's favourite food being vanilla ice cream is a reference to.

For the JD 2024 Edition celebration event, one of the rewards was an avatar for Dahlia with the quote, "Art is more comforting than ice cream. It helps me break free!" There's nothing in either of her maps or Jack's maps that reference ice cream, so it seems a bit weird and out of left field. Unless this is a comfort food between the two that reminds them of the other.

So what happened between these two siblings and what had to Dahlia after she left?

Well that is a theory and a post for another day as this one is pretty long as is. But I do have some ideas and let's just say their interesting to say the least.

And sort of! Most fics have a general point of conflict I wanna reach and/or moments I wanna build up to and write the story along the way, so 98% isn't planned, but 2% I really want to reach for. Tysm for asking btw, I love chatting about fic ideas!!! (´,,•ω•,,)♡

The main eventual conflict is that fact a) Chill/Blue doesn't want to go back together and become One Whole Bruce Wayne because this specific part of Bruce doesn't like being Batman. He's actually one of the few aspects with some actual self preservation, and simply put: it's exhausting, it feels futile, it's painful, and he's done enough. As the personification of indulgences and whims, Chill/Blue wants to indulge in the idea of retirement, putting his feet up, doing what he wants, eating what he wants, and rejecting the hard standards and restrictions Bruce puts himself on. He wants to indulge in the joys he feels he's been neglecting to be Batman, he's tired of the sacrifice and efforts it takes to maintain on a constant basis.

As you can probably guess, b) the others hate this. Hope/Gold is what made Batman and what saved Bruce from despair by giving him something to work towards, Crimson would be frustrated by the idea of doing nothing at all when he could be doing something, and Lavender couldn't stand the idea of how many people could get hurt by sitting idly by. Both Lavender and Crimson don't like Blue, and frankly wouldn't mind if he wasn't part of the Whole Bruce Wayne anymore, and while Hope can appreciate anything by nature, he isn't exactly gonna run and demand for Blue to stay. But the conflict is the all of them have to be together for the whole Bruce to come back.

And gosh, if you don't mind the ramble I love having character study types fics like these! Because it's demonstrating there is a part of Bruce that can understand he is, objectifying, overworking himself and sacrificing his own life for a meaningful cause, it's selfless for others, but arguably self destructive it taken way too far. It's not good, it's not pleasant, but when there's so many reasons to keep going, (like Hope, Lavender, and Crimson each think about), who cares about the small part of him desperate for sleep? If he has to stay in perfect shape, who cares about the craving for popcorn or ice cream he has? If he has a city to save, who cares if his spine hurts so badly, or his knees ache, or his body is still bruised? Bruce, Batman, to me, is a character who probably give anything to anyone who needs it, and yet deny himself the same generosity at the same time.

I also want moments of Blue bonding with one of the kids, or something of the like. Confessing about how much he likes heights, how much he loves the rain, being strangely, perhaps jarringly open, because he's not afraid of sharing the wrong thing, or how carefully he has to think about what to say, because words are so meaningful to him. I want to show how harsh Crimson will be with other aspects of Bruce, but loathe being that harsh with others. Stuff like that! :D

So this is a niche idea that probably only appeals to me but I can't get it out of my head so I'm sharing it with all of you. AU where Gold (from the Pokémon: Lost Silver creepypasta) gets adopted by the Haunted Mansion crew

Quick disclaimer: I have not played the Hypno's Lullaby FNF mod yet and I have not watched a full playthrough of it yet (I have seen parts here and there though). I've just been listening to the Monochrome song on loop for 4 straight days (it's a banger btw, especially the Perish mix) and fell straight back into my old Creepypasta phase. My entire perception of Gold's personality comes from what I've seen of the FNF mod, read about on TvTropes, and fanon (I did read the original creepypasta story that he's from, but that honestly gives nothing to work with). This is to say, I apologize in advance if I absolutely butcher Gold's canon personality. I am just very fond of the perception of his character I have in my head.

Anyway! The most prominent trait I interpret of Gold from what I've seen of him so far is that he is DEAD. And SAD. And SAD about being DEAD.

And Disney's Haunted Mansion is filled with dead people who are not necessarily as distraught about their predicament.

I imagine Gold (and the many, many Unown inhabiting his corpse) somehow get isekai-ed out of his game and into one of the Disney Parks. He's floating down the sidewalk feeling very sad indeed, groaning "N O M O R E" every so often.

Ghost Host looks outside and sees this lost soul and his companions just floating about. Hosty, not being one to just leave a soul out in the open, decides to take him in.

The Hatbox Ghost and Emily (Beating Heart Bride) adopt him immediately! Gold is like the son they never had. Hatty is absolutely delighted when he learns Gold can detach his head from his body.

Communicating with Gold is difficult at first, seeing as Gold doesn't speak much. But after some time, the other ghosts eventually learn to read the Unown language.

In particular, Gold and Gus (the prisoner hitchhiker) would have a special bond over both being non-speakers (I headcanon Gus as mute)

This isn't to say I don't think Gold has the ability to talk. I think he could, he just prefers not to. More often than not, he only groans maybe 1-3 words at a time. Otherwise, the unown just spell things out for him.

Sally Slater (the tightrope girl) and Victor Geist (the Organist) go out for ice cream once a week. After they get to know Gold, it becomes a regular thing for them to invite him on their outings. They grab a wheelchair for him (so that he doesn't have to use extra energy floating around) and wheel him out of the mansion to grab some Dole Whip.

Gold doesn't talk much. So during these outings, he prefers to just sit and enjoy his ice cream while listening to Sally and Victor bicker and gossip. Even though he never says it, he enjoys their company.

The hitchhiking ghosts are the ones to take Gold on his first tour of the park. Their preferred method is tying up Gold to those big Mickey balloons and dragging him from place to place

They take him on the fast-pace thrill rides first (think Space Mountain, Splash Mountain, Thunder Mountain, etc.) first because those are their favorites (though specifically more Ezra's favorites). They quickly find out that Gold does NOT like that. So Phineas suggests they take him on It's A Small World. Gold feels much better afterwards. :)

I headcanon Gold prefers the more calm rides. So think It's A Small World and the Storybook Land Canal Boats.

Oh, and he absolutely does NOT want to go on Matterhorn. Ever.

At the end of the hitchhiker's Disney park tour, they gather near the castle to watch the fireworks. Hatty and Emily join in too.

Gold is now surrounded by many more friends, who are all dead just like he is. But perhaps being dead doesn't have to be so bad after all.

Y/N found Bart sulking over a strawberry ice cream. He sat down across from him as Bart looked shocked to see him, then pouts as he looked away from him. Bart... Honey... You can't just run away like that. You scared your father and me."

"Go away! You're so busy with Drake now, that you don't have time for me anymore. Bart cried.

"That's not true."

"He gets to fly like you. And I can't. He gets to share something special with you and I hate it. I hate it!" His eyes flash gold and he looks panicked. In a burst of speed too fast for the human eye, Y/N speeds himself and Bart to a secluded place and has Bart use his eye beams in his hands as Bart lets out his anger. When he was done he was crying in Y/N's arms as he held him close. "Oh, my sweet boy. I'm sorry you felt abandoned or jealous, but you know you will always have me and even if it's true you can't fly like Drake and I, you and I still have that speedster bond like your father and Nora do. That's something special."

Bart sniffles. "Really?"

"Really. Now, let's go home. Should we ground you when we get home?"

"No! Please. I'll do anything else."

"Okay. You help your aunt Caitlin at her lab and clean and your father and I won't ground you." Y/N said.

Omniposition—An ice dessert café inspired by Silent

Would Tsumugi say this? Bard is a mischievous ball that grows more and more humongous as you spellbindingly roll it along the contours of your mental snowscape. The latest offspring is Omniposition, an expression of the vision that kindred spirits will be able to see beyond all the clouds of differences in our daily lives and sense one another when so desired from anywhere. Spoilers ahead.

Food Menu

Tsumugi's Dreams: This is a milk confection made with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream and peach sauce and topped with raspberries and a small music note. Found in numerous desserts, milk is primed for association with dreams as it contains the sleep-promoting molecules tryptophan and melatonin. This particular confection represents Tsumugi Aoba's dreams of a career in the music industry and of a life with Sō Sakura. The music note represents the collective wish for her dreams to come true.

Sō's Chocolate Cherry Sundae: This sundae is made with chocolate ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate sauce, and cherries, including a cherry on top. Chocolate is often associated with love and passion and has a rich and complex flavor, which can be seen as a metaphor for the beauty and complexity of music. In the drama, Tsumugi and Sō share a love of music, often listening to music together. The chocolate ice cream represents their love of music, and the whipped cream and chocolate sauce represent the sweetness of their relationship. The cherry on top represents the hope that they will one day be reunited.

Tsumugi's Strawberry Shortcake: This shortcake is made with strawberry ice cream, whipped cream, and fresh strawberries. It is a light and refreshing dessert that represents the beauty of the world around her.

Back in his college days, Tsumugi's sign language instructor glumly took on transcription volunteer work for the sake of his CV, only to melt at the sight of Sō's deaf friend's sun-like smile. It's a sad story if our aged selves will not remember that forever changed his life.

Drink Menu

Eternal Morning Smoothie: This smoothie is made with vanilla, yogurt and frozen apricots and bananas. J-rock band Spitz is heavily featured in the series. The colors of the smoothie represent the colors of Spitz's logo, and the whipped cream represents the band's music.

The Silent Gesture: This is a glass of transparent yet berry-flavored beverage served with a straw bent in the shape of a heart.

The Unspoken Agreement: This is a frozen drink made with ice, water, and the ordering customers' favorite fruit. It is served with a straw decorated with a small piece of paper with a message of reminder written on it. This frozen drink represents the unspoken agreement of friendship, the promise that we will be there for each other no matter what.

Design & Services

Blue silk and Japanese primrose welcome sign: Tsumugi is a type of silk fabric, while Sakura Sō (the order of the name in Japanese) means Japanese primrose, which in turn can stand for youth dreams and first love.

Sign language and translation software: Naturally, this is an inclusive café. But more than that, it does not content itself with starkly contrasting double standards for staff treatment and customer treatment. To facilitate smooth interactions with colleagues and customers who are deaf or hard of hearing, all staff members will be signed up for a comprehensive sequence of sign language courses and equipped with a speech-to-text translation app. The values and café reputation circulated as a result of staff turnover probably inevitable in most F&B outlets are likely to last longer than the most pleasant taste memory anywhere in the world.

Spitz music that is soft and instrumental: Yes, it exists. This will echo the couple's bonding over the J-rock band while creating a relaxing atmosphere that will not be too distracting for customers who are trying to talk. Lights in the translucent stems of the baby's breath decorations below will pulsate in natural shades of colors according to the music rhythms.

Shush! room: This would be a great place for customers who want to enjoy their ice cream in peace, as long as kid-reproached adults like Nana and Sō don't burst into complacent laughter over their signed conversations again. It would also be a great place for customers who are deaf or hard of hearing to feel comfortable by naturally blending in, if they need this type of quiet break from stares.

Knitted pastel and white furniture and rugs that are comfortable and inviting: These will make customers feel at home. Tsumugi's brother is into sewing.

Baby's breath decorations: Towards the end of the story, the five main characters gift and re-gift one another baby's breath flowers. Not all of them end up with who they want to end up with, but they can choose to turn their various corners of a romantic polygon into pulsating components of a life-giving, uplifting network.

Moon-shaped lamps which lighting is soft and calming: The lighting in the café should be soft and calming. This will create a relaxing atmosphere. The couple walk and share jokes viewers are not privy to under the Moon in the last scene.
