i’ve been a very heavily closeted furry for the last like 12 or so years, and i made some friends irl, who are furries, recently that made me feel comfortable enough finally admitting it to someone besides myself.

i have been struggling with designs and characters and nothing seemed to fit quite right. nothing felt like a reflection of me. until i came across a small stuffed ferret in a little japanese chain merch store, of all places. i looked at it and felt “that me!!!” but passed it up. weeks later it was still eating at me, i couldnt stop thinking about that stupid toy. so i went back and bought 2.

i looked them up and its an AMUSE brand from a set of Gokigen Ferrets but the yellow seems to be out of production now.

her name is Aurora and i know my reason for attaching to this design are extremely impersonal, it is how it is until i connect with another sona.
