So crazy how we just decide to start new training programs in the winter!? Like thats the time when you mostly crave comfort foods and hot drinks hehe..#joking #amIRight? But this is what i am up too currently , and this is my story, in quick mode : Had endometriosis Surgery to remove, and it came back quite quickly , had to use some strong hormones to subdue it , but it only made me sad and crazy and i had allot of pain. Then God stepped in , and healed me.. Took my burdens , and set me free 🖤 how great is His love !!! (This was a journey) #GodsTommingIsPerfect Now i am free from medications and pain and i just want to continue taking care of my body. I have such a great friend as well @leonenalbie who always supports me She created a group and added some more lovely ladies , all with their own story - too motivate us all . I also want to add : Romans says you will be made new , by the renewal of your mind… We need to constantly guard our hearts , and take care of our thoughts .
