seth  frowns  as  he  watches  kate  spiral  out  of  control.  she's  usually  so  calm  and  together,  which  is  insane  considering  how  young  she  is.  kate  fuller  generally  holds  herself  together  so  well,  and  seth  doesn't  think  he's  ever  seen  her  spiral  like  this.  ❝  hey,  ❞  he  puts  his  hands  on  her  shoulders,  attempting  to  maintain  eye  contact,  ❝  kate.  breathe.  look  at  me.  ❞  he  tries  to  keep  his  voice  level,  trying  to  break  her  out  of  whatever  it  is  she's  spiraling  over,  ❝  you're  going  to  be  okay.  i  promise.  ❞
