I fuck heavy with Hourhand by Suzie (specifically her self cover like MAN she cooked with the vocals) and I think it’s very her coded so RAHHH

In hindsight making her blinded by escapism and delusion + giving her a mad hatter theme is kinda genius cause like

She’s originally written to be associated with the moon (though I have more OCs that are more explicitly moon themed, her vigilante title is literally the Moonlight Mage though so 😭) her running away from reality to new timelines, deluding and denying what happened between her and Josh and trying to block his death from her brain is really fitting cause like

The moon in general (also the tarot card of The Moon) is associated with illusions, and connecting that with how she tries to build herself a false reality via the time-scythe she takes from RL!Tom and fucking about theough timelines is reminiscent of that

+ Josh also feels sun coded as hell in hindsight they are very Sun - Moon duo, especially as he eventually is the one who points out how she doesn’t value him enough as a side kick (the Sun illuminates, and the moon, while beautiful, can only glow while the sun’s casting light it) [though he is being influenced by the tome’s curse, it’s merely amplifying his anger - oh hey hot pink (look it was originally the corruption from JSAB that game was like one of my first fandoms hhhhh) + anger like FIRE LIKE PASSION LIKE THE SUN !!!!!]

Also haha Lunacy/Lunatic > Luna > Moon > Emery slowly losing her mind as she dives through timelines with no restrictions or regulations

Tbf Tom and Astrid are also very moon-sun coded but also flipped personality wise (Astrid is the calm and cool while Tom is the sunshine) but she’s themed after a star and he’s themed after like a vague blue wisp (holy shit Wisp mention in 2025)
