bubbles im going so crazy rn thinking about david keeping a journal and using reading glasses when using it

he wrote about the day he met angel, every one of their dates, their first kiss, the day he told them he loved them, when they moved in together and just. everything that comes to mind when he thinks of them, he writes so fucking much about them and everything that he thinks about them.

he writes about the adorable annoying things they do and lists all their favourite things so he can keep track of it all. he describes all their little mannerisms like biting their tongue when they’re concentrating or how they puff out their cheeks when its cold.

he writes about the way they certain pronounce things differently to him. he writes about how when they get really excited or laugh too hard, they hit the surface next to them (which is often him, much to his chagrin)

he keeps this notebook so fucking hidden even an fbi agent couldnt find it because god forbid anyone sees how fucking in love this man is

i am so not normal about them there are tears streaming down my face im breaking down

i must go sit down and curl into a ball this instant. this post. i am kissing you on the cheek and promptly hanging this on my wall. i’m in love. this is so long but i’m going insane no other choice

so many things first THE READING GLASSES. give david glasses. he deserves them. second the fact that he has written about every big event between them :’) he started journaling after his dad died and he didn’t really have anyone he felt comfortable talking to but he had to get the thoughts and feelings out somehow,,, you can see him getting happier through the entries [sobs]

he started the list of their favorite things on a page that’s permanently bookmarked and he’s constantly adding onto it. there are a few things that have changed and theres a simple little line through it with their new favorite written over (they discovered strawberry cream cheese and their bagel preference changed immediately)

he also has a list of things angel has mentioned on the fly that they want to do bc he doesn’t want to risk missing anything. they’ll drop a nonchalant we should do this and it goes into the journal that night while they’re in the shower

thinking about him writing little things like “when i kissed angels nose last night it was freezing. how can they be a furnace and have their skin be so cold, i didn’t even know noses got cold like that” just being david but in journal form agdjfksh

but yea no one will ever. Ever. find his journal. it’s on the highest shelf of the most inconspicuous closet and david thinks that if anyone discovered it he would pass out from embarrassment
