To begin the liquor license application process, you are required to complete the written application. Step 3: Complete the Written Application/Zoning Review A liquor license of any type is not permitted within 100 ft. Moratorium areas, located throughout the City, also prohibit the issuance of new Tavern, Packaged Goods, Incidental Consumption on Premises, and Club licenses in certain areas in each ward. Precincts that have been voted dry do not permit the sale of any alcohol. On your first visit, a business consultant will help determine if your proposed business location is in a restricted area. There are several different types of restrictions that may prevent you from obtaining a liquor license in the City of Chicago. You are strongly encouraged to determine if a liquor license is permitted in a location before investing in any business. Step 2: Determine if your business is located in a restricted area If you are purchasing an existing business with a liquor license, you may need to request a Type III Change of Ownership/Shareholders application. Please prepare as much of this information as possible and bring it with you to your meeting. This information is also available in this guide and on the City’s website. You will be given an application and a checklist of required documents that must be submitted within 30 days after you have filed your written license application. GoFood Minta Komisi 20 Persen, UMKM Teriak Keberatan -

JAKARTA, MEDIAINI.COM - Mulai 5 Maret 2021 GoFood menerapkan skema komisi baru, 20 persen + Rp 1.000 dari setiap produk yang dijual bagi mitra usaha baru yang baru bergabung. Sebelumnya Gofood hanya meminta 12 persen + Rp 5.000. Vice President Corporate Affairs Gojek Food Ecosystem, Rosel Lavina menerangkan penyesuaian kebijakan skema komisi baru ini dilakukan perusahaan atas respons dari aspirasi para mitra merchant.

Penyesuaian ini sejalan dengan komitmen GoFood untuk terus mengutamakan pertumbuhan bisnis mitra usaha, terutama pelaku UMKM kuliner. Juga dilakukan agar GoFood dapat terus mengupayakan ekosistem bisnis yang berkelanjutan.

Tingkatkan Pelayanan Lewat Fitur Baru

Rosel Lavina menyebut skema komisi ini memiliki  manfaat beragam, dapat diperoleh mitra usaha, termasuk kesempatan subsidi pendanaan yang lebih besar dari GoFood untuk mengikuti program dan kampanye promosi rutin, serta peningkatan layanan dari GoFood lewat berbagai inovasi fitur GoBiz.

Ia menambahkan, bagi mitra usaha yang mendaftar di periode 25 Januari 2021-4 Maret 2021 melalui aplikasi GoBiz dan telah menyetujui pemberlakuan skema komisi awal 12 persen + Rp 5.000 juga berkesempatan untuk mengubah ke skema komisi 20 persen + Rp 1.000.

Skema sistem bagi hasil ini membuat sebagian usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) yang menjual makanan minuman mengeluh.  Bahkan, keluhan terhadap komisi GoFood ini sempat ramai di Twitter. Pasalnya, para pelaku usaha kecil sampai saat ini juga sedang bertahan dari pandemi covid-19.

Skema Baru Masih Bisa Dievaluasi

Asosiasi UMKM Indonesia (Akumindo) memprotes skema baru yang ditetapkan GoJek untuk layanan antar makanan, GoFood. Skema komisi GoFood memberatkan mitra UMKM sebab perusahaan mengambil hasil dari harga yang ditetapkan oleh mitra.

Ketua Umum Akumindo, Ikhsan Ingratubun mengatakan, skema aturan komisi GoFood yang baru, sebenarnya bisa dievaluasi dan dinegosiasikan kembali. Menurut Ikhsan, seharusnya penerapan komisi 20% + Rp 1.000 tidak boleh dibebankan kepada mitra UMKM. "Sehingga kenaikan harga dibebankan kepada pembeli. Jadi, bukan mengambil dari harga asli," kata Ikhsan.

Apalagi dikatakan Ikhsan, di masa pandemi, layanan antar makanan sangat dibutuhkan sehingga penambahan harga makanan dinilai fair. Skema komisi baru ini dinilai membuat mitra UMKM seperti pihak yang bekerja atau mencari uang untuk penyedia aplikasi. pendapatan yang diperoleh UMKM menjadi berkurang. Selain itu, penerapan tarif komisi baru ini juga tidak sejalan dengan keberpihakan Presiden Joko Widodo terhadap UMKM.

Ikhsan yang juga memiliki usaha Raja Konro Daeng Naba mengatakan, pihaknya tidak mengikuti skema komisi GoFood yang terbaru. "Di masa pandemi, sudah susah malah dikurangi lagi. Hal ini pun juga memberatkan pelaku usaha UMKM lainnya," tutup Ikhsan Ingratubun.(Ken)
