PRE FILTER: is a metallic strainer with magnet. It removes magnetic and coarse suspended particles and to protect inlet pump from damage due to abrasion.
FINE FILTER: removes all suspended particles up to < 1 micron. Filter Elements are either non-hygroscopic molded cellulose cartridges or cleanable (with reverse airflow) edge type filter candles. Filter cartridges are easily replaceable. Additional Intermediate filter is provided to increase life of fine filter elements.
DEGASSING & DEHYDRATION CHAMBER :It is designed to remove large portion of dissolved impurities (Including Moisture) from oil. Knitmesh packing trays and oil dispersing system are provided to have sufficient exposure of oil to vacuum during filtration. Oil level is controlled with float switch. It will be provided with:
Shower arrangement and Raschig ring trays for formation of thin oil film to get more exposure of oil to vacuum.
Siphon seal to ensure longer travel of oil during degassing (for 2V plants)
Sight glasses, illuminating lamps and float switch to control oil level.
PRV before degassing chamber & SCV after Outlet Pump will be provided to avoid flooding of degassing chamber in case of power failure.

Get Familiarize With Panel Mounted Pressure Gauges, Mining Gauges And Sanitary Gauges
Panel mounted pressure gauges
The panel or console of a driller is the place where a panel mounted pressure gauge is fitted.  These gauges are equipped with a dampener assembly and this assembly is remotely mounted. It is not connected to the gauge. The gauge is attached to the dampener block and it is done by copper tubing. You can expect the same amount of functionality with the dampener assembly like that of a box mount. When fitted, it may seem far off from the gauge. Actually, the remote damper is quite near to the gauge. You have to understand that they are two entities. Based on the build out specifications and application, the space between the dampener assembly and gauge can vary. Panel mounted pressure gauges are an ideal option where the operator has to detect a good number of gauges as once.
Mining gauges
For long wall mining, a Mining Gauge is being widely used to check pressure. The working pressure a good instrument is maximum 70% of full scale value and the over pressure limit is 25% of full scale value.  The filling liquid used is glycerin standard and it comes with a lens made of polycarbonate. Brass is the material used to make the wetted parts and the case can be described as one piece forged brass case. When it comes to pointer, aluminum anodized black is used and the accuracy level of top quality mining gauges is ±3-2-3%. Top manufacturers offer a 5 year warranty for their products and a 3 colored zone is installed for making the pressure reading extremely easy. The range of these types of product is 0-9000 PSI/BAR and as far as connection is concerned, you can expect a 3/8"Steck-O quick connection with good pressure gauges.
Sanitary gauges
These types of gauges have been designed to remain undamaged all hostile sanitary applications. When it comes to dairy, beverage and food installations, 3A approval is mandatory for a Sanitary Gauge. The pharmaceutical applications are extremely demanding and they always require uncompromising sanitary gauges and high quality products are also used in the chemical industry as well. Stainless steel is the material used to make the case and polycarbonate lens is installed in these types of instruments. The over pressure limit is 25% up to 600 psi and the accuracy levels of advanced gauges are 2.5”: 1.6% and 4": 1.0%. The system and case fill are good grade glycerin and the internal parts are made using stainless steel.   An adjustable micrometer pointer is attached and it always improves the accuracy level in the best manner. All leading products come with a 5 year warranty and quality series is available for all types of gauge systems.
